The atmosphere was great. Clean, airy, spacious. Super clean areas. I called ahead and was taken right away. Tony did a great job on my acrylics and Pham did the design. All the staff were nice & friendly. A good deal of color selection and offer a variety of services. The Pedicure was very good and have multiple options for type (full spa experience or a good pedicure). Prices are on par with other salons but their friendly service was exceptional. As a first timer, i will definitely return when I'm in town. Great experience! read more

Poor experience all around. The place is nicer inside than you would think but my experience with my nail tech (name tag only said "6") was just awful. She started with a really good massage so I was excited! But wow.. Everywhere I've ever gone for a French pedicure always lines the white and cleans it up, well not here. It's crooked and uneven and just awful looking. Underneath my big toe was rubbed raw and blistered. Unfortunately I didn't notice til the end of my visit that my nail tech was wearing latex gloves... I'm allergic. I don't remember the last time I had to specify no latex considering it's a rather common allergy and more places are opting for nylon just so they don't have to buy 2 types of gloves. So now I have ugly nails and open skin on my feet while being exposed to an allergen... nice read more

This place doesn't look like too much from the outside but the inside is absolutely gorgeous. I don't live too close to the area but my daughter needed her eyebrows done so we stopped through. While sitting in the waiting room, it made me sad that I don't live close enough to come here regularly. The nail techs were engaged in personalized conversations with their clients about their actual lives and loved ones. The nail art I saw coming off the clients leaving was insanely beautiful. The front desk guy was so friendly, cracking jokes, and we were helped immediately as a walk in, even on a very busy Saturday morning. My daughter loved her brows and I highly recommend this place!!! read more

This is my daughters review of her experience today. She's 15 and said it was the worst experience she's ever had. We got here and they sat me down in a chair and then she made me get up and move to a different area and sat me down. They didn't let me pick a color or anything. I was in the front and she was arguing with the secretary the whole time yelling and kept putting my hands down to yell in my face at this lady. So now the nail lady was angry and kept hurting me by getting her anger out on my nails. She then started filing my nails with the nail file and she didn't ask what shape I wanted and she made them ugly and short and then got three color options and told me to choose. She was so rude cause I was a kid. Then I was thinking for like less than a minute like I didn't know what she was doing like if she was joking and she said "YOU GOING TO CHOOSE?!" And I was like "hehe yeah." So I chose a color I didn't want and then she started doing my nails but my cousin's was same price as mine and literally the same treatment but because she is an adult they made it better for her with a massage on hands and shoulders and they put like this hot towel and oil and let it sit but I didn't get that even though my aunt told them mine and hers were the same. Then the lady wanted me to put my nail in the UV light but I only saw one so I took that hand out to put the other one in like the other places do but she slammed her hand down and said "THERES ONE UNDER THE TABLE" and so I was like "alright" like my goodness and so I did that and she kept taking them out too early too because she was rushing and wanted to be done. I literally have polish all over my fingers and she filed them in a gross shape that I didn't ask for. And then she asked if that's all I was getting and I didn't know, so I was like "um I'm going to have to ask my aunt" and she's like "YES, *points in my face* YOU! ASK YOUR AUNT" Additionally, the shelves were literally white with dust. Do yourself a favor and don't go here. read more

This review is totally no services. I feel the need to let someone know and take the proper steps to correct the over welling powerful smell of chemicals used in this shop with NO ventilation. It ran me right out. I am not a newbie to a nail salon over 30 years I have been having manicures. The salon is nice and cute inside but please don't let you employees be exposed to this smell all day. It is out of control. read more

This was my first time here, I got a dip manicure and the same day I broke my thumb nail, I called and was able to come back in the next day. I told them I thought the dip manicure was too thin and I preferred thicker nails otherwise they'll break..like the thumb nail did. Wow... the fumes from the acrylic nail monomer is obnoxious! Is there even ventilation?!?! I walked in and walked right back out.

The worst pedicure I have ever gotten. Polished flaked off within 4 days. Not sure how they can have other positive reviews.
