I almost don't want to tell everybody how amazing Makenzie is as a nail artist because I don't want her to get super booked ! Haha BUT of course I have to let everyone know how amazingly talented and precise she is with her work. She is super personable, experienced and will give you exactly what you want. I was referred by a patient who's nail design was very well done. I immediately called and made an appointment, thankfully I was able to get in within the same week because normally they get booked very early so I suggest booking ahead of times especially during holidays. This establishment is located in a very busy plaza, lots of parking, acceptable all major cc's and cash. I showed Mackenzie the photo of the nail design I wanted and she did just that plus made it look even better! I left truly happy with my choice. She took the time to make sure the colors were just right, including the base color to even match my skin tone. I will most definitely be back next month, and highly recommended her if you're looking for a nail design well done. I will probably also come and check out their regular pedicures in the future. read more

Worst service! Had to go back multiple times to fix my nails because they either broke or polish kept coming off.

My last review was 10 months ago so a refresh is needed. Still a 5 star experience. I drive 26 miles just to come here. They use sanitary tools and liners in the foot bath. They even updated their massage chairs. This is one of the few places that does nails and pedicures where I can relax and breathe. (they have good ventilation) Mackenzie puts beautiful and/or fun art on my toes. Having pretty toes is my splurge. Make an appointment and ask for Mackenzie. read more

The salon is clean, the nail artists are super talented, but there are some cons. I made an appt the day before, didn't get into a chair until about 30 mins after my appointment time. The gentleman who did my nails was very quiet, but took extra care on both my pedicure and my manicure, he did a great job on both. Services are a bit pricier than other salons in the area and it seems they try to overbook appointments and get in all walk ins- it felt quite chaotic and there was no social distancing whatsoever. I'm on the fence if I'll try it out again. read more

Honestly my first impression was that it was clean & the employees were friendly. I opted for the basic pedicure which was $35, and added gel polish which is usually an extra 5 or 10 anywhere else..... came to $58 here. No one bothered to tell me about the insane upcharge. I would have gotten regular polish if that were the case. I was given all of a 30 second massage (this is literally my favorite part so I was dissappointed). Then I was transferred to a nail tech who spoke 2 words to me. Cut every single nail at different lengths, and made me bleed with a nail file. He didn't ask what shape I wanted, and went ahead and assumed square was best for me. A fill that was supposed to cost $40 now costed me $53 because he used a nail clipper. I'm honestly wondering if I'm being punked. I'm happy with the way my toes look, but I would not have spent $111 on this mani pedi had I known initially. I was super pumped to find a good place just to be let down again. Pissed is an understatement. Giving 3 stars because Yui was awesome, helpful, friendly, and I watched all their tools get cleaned & repackaged which is a big plus. Not sure if I'll be back. read more

All covid safety precautions were being taken, masks, temp checking, hand sanitizer was plentiful, plexi barriers at manicure tables, sanitizing everything between customers. My girlfriend suggested I try her nail spa for months . Raves about it and her manicurist. So I decided to give them a try. I couldn't be happier with my experience. This place is clean, the people are very friendly and the work was excellent. I had my nails and feet done with designs. They have other services that I will try when I return. The main thing is this salon is CLEAN and they do not reuse buffers, pedicure foot scrub, flip flops, and toe dividers. They use liners in the pedicure bathtub. Just moved to town and needed a new nail salon to go to. Nail Spa received great reviews. I was able to walk in and get seen. Salon is clean and everyone is friendly. I was happy until I really didn't like my nails and my technician ( Helen) didn't like that I was unhappy. She went from friendly to very irritated and didn't offer to change so I would be happy. Just became really rough with my nails and really irritated. I've been getting my nails done for over 30 years and this is the first time I've had the individual doing my nails get irritated with me for not liking them. And very argumentative. I hate leaving poor review. So great salon, bad experience with Helen. I'll just have to try other people in the salon. Oh and I paid $100 dollars for a new set and ombré with design that I don't like. read more

She does give a fantastic pedicure as well. I only go in once a month and my nails hold up my pedicure looks great. I highly recommend this place and Anna. This is my go to spot when I get my nails done, but the young white female technician was rude and unprofessional. I normally get the gel manicure which costs around $30. I have had several of the technicians here and they are very friendly, accommodating, and efficient. I've never had a bad experience here until today. I came in with the my mom and sister to get manicures. I was assigned a newer tech who was very patient and very accommodating. My mom was assigned the young white female technician, while my sister waited. My mom wanted a full set, white French tip --which she has had done at this location before. The young female tech kept trying to explain that her nails were "too short" and that she couldn't do this or couldn't do that. So she suggested to wait for another tech. Yet, This was not the issue. She then took my sister to do a gel manicure to then complain about what my mother wants "was complicated and if she wants to get that manicure then she needs to stop biting her nails. If I can stop smoking then she can stop biting her nails." Not sure if its protocol to belittle people who come to a nail shop to get their nails fixed, but her customer service skills are subpar to say the least. Getting frustrated and being abrupt with customers when you can't perform a task is not good for business. I'm not sure how much longer she should be at this location with that demeanor. read more

I am no stranger to gel nails/nail salons in general but this place gave me the worst experience that I have ever endured. I went in on a Tuesday for a pedicure and gel polish change for my fingers. I ended up waiting almost 30 minutes after they said it would only be a few minutes. The lady that did my pedicure cut me twice and then grabbed the cuticle pusher so far forward that it caused me to bleed. She then got upset with me after I jumped. When she went to paint my nails, she kept telling me how short they were and that she couldn't paint them. When it came time for my gel polish change, the lady did not apply any sort of base coat and also painted on my skin. The whole time I was getting my pedicure and nails painted, another tech, Mackenzie I am pretty sure, kept talking extraordinarily loud about her political view and views on what classifies a veteran as a veteran. She kept sharing with her client how her family members fought in Vietnam which was a "real war" and how members of the Armed Forces today who have "only" been to Iraq or Iran are not real veterans. I thought that this was very tacky and completely unprofessional. When I got home I went to wash my hands and two nails started to peel-less than an hour after getting them done. I returned four days later on Saturday morning as the rest of my gel nail polish, that is suppose to last for at least two weeks, had peeled off as well. I walked in at 8:55 and they open at 9am. The Mackenzie girl greeted me and I had explained that all of my gel polish had peeled off and I believed it was because the previous tech had not used a base coat or primer. She snapped back at me telling me that not all gel polish brands need a base coat-which is true. However they do ALL NEED a primer. She said for me to sit down and someone would be with me when they got there. About 15 minutes later, she said "just come with me and I'll just do it." She was visibly pissed that she had to correct the issue and had an attitude the whole time. Needless to say, I will not be returning. read more

I've been here 5 times now and I can say I am not impressed. Staff is nice. If you're looking for a simple mani/pedi then go for it. If you're wanting something with a little more pizzazz I don't recommend it. I normally get a basic pedi and gel mani. About a week and a half into it the gel starts peeling up. I found myself out of town in Miami when it was time for my next mani. I had it done there. Gel lasted a whole month NO problems Came back here again today. Showed the young lady the gel mani and design I wanted. My pedi went well, she did my nails and got ready to do the top coat. I said no wait, what about my design? She asked to see it again. Now I do not do nails for a living but the flower I wanted (half daisy) did not appear to be terribly detailed. She tried twice to no avail. I decided to let it be because at this point I decided it would be my last visit here. When I showed her the design she should have said- I can't do that you need to wait for someone else OR she could have done my mani and then asked one of the other nail techs if they would mind doing the design. I wish them well and like I said ladies, if you want to have a quick pedi after shopping at the outlets go for it but you if you the kinda girl that know what you want and likes attention to detail then look elsewhere. read more

I stopped in because I read a review someplace and it was indeed a great experience! Clean, friendly and fast - they seem to have a good rapport with their steady customers (I saw a number of people come in that had appointments and generally they seemed to know their customers by name). The lady that did my pedicure did a great job (Katie) - better than I've had in a while. I have been popping into places but this will be a frequent spot for me for SURE! I use to go to this spa on a very regular basis. They only nail tech I would let do my nails is Trey. What a great technician! He had an amazing sense of humor and no matter what dollar amount you spent, he treated you as if it was a million dollars and you were going to get a million dollars worth of service. From the minute you walk in the door, Betty the owner is always beeking off in Vietnamese, which is fine but the tone in her voice and the responses she was getting from her employees was most likely defensive. It always appeared to be a hostile work environment and most of the employees looked miserable. I also heard reports of many customers calling in with foot fungus after leaving here. Avoid MacKenzie with all cost! For such a young person she is the most outspoken and opinionated human being ever! I just hope when I grow up (and I am 60) I am as smart as she is.
