The nail technician who did my pedicure was horrible. She asked if I was a tourist or from out of town, and I guess that gave her the impression that she could provide poor service because I would never be coming back. This happened on June 13, 2026. It was the worst and fastest pedicure I have ever received. After trimming and filing my nails, she immediately painted them without properly completing the rest of the pedicure service. I paid good money expecting good service. I actually had to ask her to lend me a bottle of nail polish so I could finish the job myself. Only then did she decide to help, and she did so with a bad attitude. I have never gone to a nail salon and received a pedicure that lasted only 12 minutes. I do not recommend this place to anyone. I made an appointment for a manicure and pedicure here, based on reviews online. I am handicapped and use a Walker or cane. This salon is accessible and staff were very helpful and friendly. My technician Jen was very good and spent time on leg and arm massage above and beyond the normal routine. She wore a mask and gloves. She accommodated every request. Language barrier was a slight problem, but enthusiastic service is a plus, and I managed to make my wishes known. No OPI products, but great color choices of D&N products. Really glad I found this place close to my house for my regular manicures and pedicures! The first thing I noticed is that they are very clean, friendly and the service is great even when it starts to get busy the staff makes sure that the service remains good and not rushed like other nail salons that just try to get people in and out. They do get busy in the afternoons and weekends so the best thing would be to make an appointment however they do take walk ins if you don't mind waiting. They are located in a plaza that has a few small businesses so there is a lot of parking available. ATM inside and they accept cash as well as all major cc's, if you pay cash you will get a discount after 10 visits which is really nice! They have a lot if different polish colors to choose from whether you prefer gel or regular. I have seen some of the acrylic work they do and it's really nice. This was my second time here, I got a regular manicure and pedicure by Jay who was very informative and did a wonderful job. Prior I had gotten a pedicure by another woman here who also did a great job which caused me to return and after these two visits I will definitely be coming back more often! read more

I really enjoyed my experience here! For a full set acrylic with gel color and a basic pedicure I paid $120 after tip. Tony did my nails and he is detail oriented which I love because I look at every little thing when my nails are done. I get my brows done on the weekends by Kayla and she does amazing too and makes sure they're not too thin. Wonderful atmosphere and reasonably priced compared to other places around town. I had an appointment with Jay for a manicure and pedicure on 10/5/21 and he did a great job! He was gentle, professional and even has a sense of humor. He took his time to give me a neat and clean manicure. He shaped my nails exactly as I requested. It's been a week and my nails still look really good. Ladies did an amazing job cleaning up my dry rough feet. Very quick even during rush/lunch on a Friday before a holiday! I didn't find my usual OPI color, and forgot to bring it from home, but they had a gorgeous olive green with gold shimmer OPI. You can tell it is a family-run business. Visiting in town while on vacation, me and my two teenage girls came in without an appointment. They were nice enough to accommodate us but the woman just pointed and said go pick your colors. They were doing gel and I was doing dip. There was no difference between the nails to pick from and we didn't know what we were looking for. I'm used to looking at a book for dipping gel. When we finally got seated, a gentleman did my dip only dipped in the acrylic one time and in the color one time it lasted a total of four days before it started peeling back, job was rushed and not happy with the service and the attitude here, I will not be back. I'm usually not picky about my nails. However, I had to write a review about this experience. I asked for a mani and pedi. The pedi was rushed and I decided to brush this off because I had a trip to prepare for. However the same technician, a woman, did my hands. I think her mind was elsewhere because she almost put the wrong color nail polish on my feet and hands twice. Also, I had to repeat myself. I even had a picture and the end results for my hands looked completely different. I had 3 nails missing from a previous manicure elsewhere. The finish results were so horrible I wanted to cry. It looked like pieces of gum had been glued to my nails. It looked nothing like the picture. I even had to ask others of their opinion and everyone agreed it looked horrible. I went to another nail salon and they even agreed that it looked really bad. They fixed it and it looks completely different. Thank goodness my birthday nails were saved at another salon. My first experience when they opened was not great. I got someone with extremely shaky hands that was very rough with my toes. Now I'm sitting here with an appointment made 45 mins ago in cold water not being helped while 2 people got pedicures before me. They wanted to help me after my mom was had a fully completed pedicure. They kept saying that people had made appointments with combos (nails and toes) I told them I was also gel nails and toes. Worst experience with a nail salon in my life. If I could give this zero stars I would. In the morning I called to see if they do the new colored powder nails. A male answered 'oh yea yea we do the powder.' So I made a 2pm appointment for a pedicure. Show up and immediately told to 'pick out a color', no hello, welcome, acknowledgement at all. This younger rude girl thinks leopard print pajamas are acceptable to wear to 'work'. I told them I wanted the powder nails and no one had any idea what I was talking about. Sat in the pedicure chair for about 30 minutes before someone came to work on me- even though I made an appointment. The nail person dug into my toes making them bleed. As a new resident in the area, I tried this nail salon three times. Know what? Three strikes, they are "out" of my contact list! Staff is friendly, but appeared bored with what their doing. The techs without clients were either sleeping on the pedicure lounges or were at their stations with heads in computers or smart phones. A client who was ready to go had to call out for someone to help her put her shoes on. My tech did not pay attention to the temperature of the water for pedicure, had little energy to do the job and then left smears of polish on my cuticles. The top coat used was old and thick and I even mention this fact. " No, no, it's good." Is that why my polish is now smudge several hours later? I'd like to start off by letting you all know that I came here only because it was another nail place close to my work after I had read a bad review on another nearby nail salon. That review stated the other salon (not naming) the reviewer felt rushed and didn't get good service or quality work. So here I am instead, at diva nail salon. Very clean and the girls were very friendly faces when walking in. However please BEWARE and do not sit with a young man with a tattoo on his left arm. He rushed through my gel nails so quickly and so obvious. At one point when a few people walked in (seriously only a few) he pounded his fist against the table. I mean come on really? My gel manicure is awfully done, I should have not paid them the $27 let alone still tipping him $5!!! But it was not the salons fault. Maybe they should consider getting rid of that lazy nail tech.
