This is by far the best nail place in Sarasota. Snow and Wayne take their time and their services are top notch. I've never been disappointed with my nails. They never rush, always go above and beyond and my nails (fingers and toes) last for weeks! read more

Outstanding service, professional, spotless and sanitary. Great selection of colors, DND, and Opi polish. They may have more but I honestly didn't notice. This was a spur of the moment impulse decision and I'm glad they had an opening for me. Snow, the manicurist, did my gel manicure and she knows what to do. She expertly gave my nails a much needed shaping, checked with me several times to ensure that I was pleased with her progress. Snow was friendly, attentive, and after her relaxing massage my nails really looked pretty and ready to kick off the summer looks. She's fast with quality experienced work. Absolute pleasure. Off to the Massage chair I went and found that I really needed it! Wayne did my pedicure. Friendly, gentle, and left my toes and heels so smooth. Oh, so relaxing. Wayne was detailed and ensure my toe nails were evenly shaped and removed dead skin too. I honestly didn't even feel him working on my cuticle, that's how gentle he worked. Great way to end the work week. It is an extremely peaceful friendly salon with reasonable competitive prices without the drama. Loved it! Plenty of parking in this plaza, too! Oh, Yelpers don't forget we get $5 off for the first visit when you get a manicure and pedicure! Yes, they honored it! read more

Just had a pedicure from Wayne! It was amazing. He worked an hour and a half on my feet. And yes I called around 3:00. And he stayed late to get me in. Staff was super and didn't rush me out. And the price was crazy. I left double. Will be going back. read more

Clean, clean, clean! No wonder it's called Sparkle. I've been going to Wayne for pedicures for the past year. He is extremely Efficient and kind. I love this place, been coming here for probably 11 years now. Super clean, super nice people, and always do an amazing job! They sterilize their instruments as well and open the bags in front of you! That stood out with me because that hasn't happened anywhere else. Great selection of nail polish too:) read more

This is the result of a really bad experience with this place.... Hannah did my nails and after 2 days they broke..... so I came back and the owner fix them, but Hannah gave him the wrong color! And after he saw that, he was like "oh don't worry give it 1 day and it will be fine" but.... after 3 days my nails look really funny! So I called them to see if they could help me and yes they can help me but they can only see me at the end of the day again( last time I had to go at 6pm with my baby) (And I was gonna take my mother to have her nails done as well..... )is not fair!!! When I have to spent 3 hours of my time to come back because they didn't do a good job! And now I need to go at the time they want? I was going there for the last couple of years and last time I stopped going there because Hannah did my nails and she didn't take the time to do a good job.... Is so sad because the owner does a great job! Hopefully I will find something better elsewhere. read more

I had never been here before and thought with the reviews that it would be great! I was so so disappointed and felt I was being rushed out for his next appt. If they would of told they could of not done a great job with my dip nails. I would of gone somewhere else. Nice staff thought. read more

I am visiting Sarasota and went to this salon based on its reviews. While getting my pedicure the employee took out to look like a cheese grater. She started using this on my right foot and within seconds I was missing CHUNKS of skin off of my heels and foot. The pain was unbearable. There was NO communication that I was bleeding and I would stay away from this salon. read more

A bright, pleasant, and clean nail salon, with lots of different pedicure options. They have a good selection of OPI colors for regular polish, and of course gel options too. I really enjoyed my Diamond Pedicure ($35) which included a lower leg massage with exfoliation and paraffin wax wrap on my feet. I like that the Mani/pedi tools have been sterilized in sealed packages. read more

I visited this salon on Wednesday after reading the reviews and because of its proximity to my house. I'm new to the area and seeking a "salon home". I was greeted when I walked in and asked what services I needed. After the manicurist drew water for me and began drilling the polish off of my toenails, he left to assist another client. After about 5 minutes he came back to me and told me that he couldn't do my nails at the time because he had an appointment. What!? Why wasn't that explained BEFORE. Perhaps ALL business isn't appreciated at this salon. Needless to say, I won't be visiting again. I left with half of the polish removed from one foot to head to a different salon with better service. Inform your guests of potential wait time and don't overbook. Update: I walked to my car for two minutes to grab my AirPods from my car if that's what you want to call an "interrupted appointment". read more

Best salon ever!! Best decorations, so feminine, classy and cute. And they have the best selection of color ever! He has a whole line of shellac/gel polish, with their matching regular polish (for toes) in a whole array of colors. As someone who loves neutral, romantic colors, I was so impressed with all of the options. Can't wait to be back!! Oh- and they gave me a free mimosa during my pedicure, which was amazing. 10 stars! :) read more

I was a regular customer at Sparkle Nails, but stopped going because they do not keep appointment times. They should not take walk ins and make customers who make appointments wait 30-45 minutes past their appointment time. This happened to me repeatedly at Sparkle Nails. It is rude, unprofessional and unacceptable. It is particularly bad when you bring a friend, make appointments for 2 people and they completely screw up by making one of you wait 45 extra minutes because of their poor planning, and in turn, you miss your dinner reservation. I even gave them ANOTHER chance after this, and they did it again. My mother made the mistake of going today and they did the same thing to her. Clearly, they have no clue how to schedule appointments and do not respect their customer's time. I have a very busy schedule and my time is valuable. I will not be returning to Sparkle Nails again. There are many other nice nail salons in Sarasota who are able to keep appointment times. read more

It was the fastest manicure I've ever gotten. My friends felt rushed and were not happy with their experience eit. We had called beforehand to make sure they were available to take us. It hasn't even been a week and my gel manicure looks terrible. The day after I got my nails done I saw a crack in the paint on my thumb and ultimately the corner chipped off entirely. I was planning on getting a pedicure that day also but happy I didn't because it allowed me to find my new go-to salon. The edges of my nail look like they can be peeled off. I know everyone has off days but as the customer I'm not happy and will not be returning. read more

Called and asked for pricing they mislead me with a Lower price than they actually charged me when I was there. Horrible customer service. They just want to lie and let you at the door so they can up charge you and have the excuse "I misunderstood you"... hmm no buddy I repeated myself 4 times. Don't go there, horrible business you cannot trust. read more

I just had a gel polish manicure by Tina. She took her time and did a great job. She also said if the nail chips or I have any problems within the next two weeks, they will fix it for free. I also like that they don't charge you to take the old gel polish off if you are getting a repolish. That's good customer service. Most places charge at least $5 to take off the old. The place is decorated really cute. It has that classic beachy theme. You don't see that too often in nail salons. I liked it. I will definitely be back for a repolish and try one of their pedicures that so many people have raved about. I will update my review after I get a pedicure there. read more

Sparkle Nails - Fill- in and red polish! AWESOME! - Nail Salons Near Me - Sarasota, Florida

DECEMBER 2016 REVIEW UPDATE: So, my second review seven months after my first Sparkle Nails experience, and here's the verdict: AAAHHHHHMAZING!! Seriously, these guys are the best. I got lucky with no wait and sat down for a pedi and gel mani immediately. I mentioned the special I had last time and they said that wasn't running anymore but offered a comparable special to it, with a $10 price difference from the one I had before, so it was basically a non-issue. I opted for the Green Tea pedi like last time because it was a divine experience the first time. I had about a 5-7 minute fresh orange slice and green tea scrub massage. Then an exfoliating hot treatment (leaves your feet baby skin smooth) and then a hot stone massage. Wow! Just, wow!! I cannot sing enough praises for how great this pedicure is, truly. All the while the technician was working on my toes, I had someone come over and do my manicure, without having to request it, very nice. I enjoyed a great chair massage, a couple of Bellini drinks and watched HGTV. Very relaxing and pampering for a young mother of a very active infant! I wish I lived in Sarasota just for this nail salon, honestly! I love, love, love this place!! I will definitely be back again in the summer when we're here again. Highly recommend. Techs worked on me: Kevin (pedi) and Hana (mani). MAY 2016 REVIEW: Best pedicure of my life!! I had a hard time finding a nail salon open on Memorial Day but man did I luck out with Sparkle Nails. I came in for a gel manicure and a pedicure and opted for the Green Tea pedi as recommended by Huey. It was pricey ($55) but the gel only cost $5 extra, so the total ended up being $60. I believe this was a special. Anyway, the pedicure takes about an hour and it is so amazing. Exfoliant scrubs, lotions, massage, hot stones, ahhh pure heaven. My skin is extremely smooth and it's like a whole new layer of baby softness has been exposed. So glad I opted for this pedi, but for me it's definitely a special treat experience. The gel also looks great. Overall, I'm extremely pleased and will definitely return. Oh and the decor is gorgeous and super relaxing. Plus they offer drinks (I had champagne) at no extra charge. Wonderful experience! Thanks very much guys! read more

Nikki is the best!!! I would not go ANYWHERE else for my nails. They really care about the health of your nails not just your money.

Loved this place. Did the happy hour deal. Was quiet not too busy and not rushed. Promptly got offered mimosas. They had a great color selection, the staff were friendly and great. Hot stones, oranges, exfoliating creams. Loved the long leg massages. Me and my friend agreed best relaxing time in a while. Amazing deal for the money and were treated like queens!
