Beautiful place BUT they don't tell their customers that the tip has to be paid separately via Zelle or Venmo. Meaning the owner doesnt have to pay taxes on the tips that their staff makes. I felt very uncomfortable paying someone that I don't know and when requesting a manager they would not provide one to me. Just got the best gel pedicure ever from Kathy. I know it's going to be great when I'm admiring her nails when I walked in. She's so kind and my toes look gorgeous. Super long massage, very relaxing experience and Kathy made sure that my light polish color was even - no streaks (hard to do w the light colors). So happy!! read more

After researching I decided to try Divine Nails and requested Henry based on some of the positive reviews that included his skills.. Not only is this salon gorgeous and brand new , but the services were spot on. Henry professionally completed both acrylic nail fill and polish change on toes with precise shaping and polishing. I really wanted to like this place, but my experience was terrible from start to finish. The staff honestly didn't seem to know what they were doing. My nails were done sloppily, and they didn't even bother to put on a top coat, which is just basic nail care. The quality was so poor that my nails looked like they were done at home--definitely not what you expect from a professional salon. On top of that, the prices were ridiculously high for the lack of skill and effort. I paid way more than I should have for results that didn't even last. There's absolutely no reason for them to be this expensive when the service is this bad. I don't normally leave negative reviews, but this was honestly one of the worst nail salon experiences I've ever had. I won't be coming back, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. read more

Like so many other foreign run nail salons they pass along the merchant card fees to the customer and try to state that it is the credit card company charging the fee. True all credit card companies charge fees, however majority of merchants absorb those fees and don;'t blame the credit card companies. The staff is nice, cordial, the salon clean and modern however the quality is a hard three stars. However the credit card policy is one so this review averages a solid 2. I went to the new Divine Nails on Fruitv ille Rdfor the first time today. It will be my last . I had a regular manicure. The attenent was a man( I will not mention name). It took a total of 15 minutes. I felt that he did a very poor job on my cuticles . He then put a drop of lotion on the back of my hands. I thought I would get a nice hand and arm massage as I'm accustomed to but he basically patted the cream on the back of both hands for 10 seconds if that and then told me to get up and go wash my hands off. Then he did the very quick manicure. Brought me up front to the drying machine and left me with no words. I went to pay and asked if they would put the tip on my credit card. (Yes, I still did tip him 20%). They said I could not put it on my card it was only cash or Zelle. Luckily , I had the cash, which I usually don't or he would not have gotten a tip. What I went for was a nice, relaxing treat but left feeling rushed and unhappy. I will find a new place that suits my needs. Too bad, as this is convenient to my home. read more

I visited Divine Nails in the Fruitville Farms shopping center for the first time. My appointment was for a gel manicure and regular pedicure. When I arrived I was directed to a pedicure chair. I asked the nail tech for her name and she replied (in English), "My name is N---". I said to her, I have gel polish on my nails and she nodded her head and said "okay." She did not wrap my nails. I have been to other salons where they used a chemical on the nails to remove the gel so I wasn't too concerned. The tech did not speak throughout the pedicure and was painfully slow. The pedicure was poor - nails not filed well and polish on the skin around the nails. When she was finished, I was directed to the nail table and another tech sat down and prepared to wrap my nails! I asked why my nail weren't wrapped when I came in and that I told the nail tech I had gel polish in my nails. She replied, "she can't speak English so she didn't understand." I said that she spoke some English and indicated she understood I had gel polish on my fingernails. She basically shrugged and wrapped my nails. Then she immediately started pulling off the wraps and scraping the polish off. My nails were terribly torn up with this process. When I complained, she said this was how she always did it. She rushed through the manicure and but did an acceptable job. What was supposed to be an enjoyable time getting my nails done ended up being upsetting and maddening. The staff is clearly not prepared or experienced. I will not be going back. read more
