Terrible service. They don't take AMEX. So I offered Zelle or Venmo. Owner said to say Zelle. He didn't get my Zelle payment right away. My bank held it to Thursday so and made me pay double because he didn't get his payment right away. Double charged and would let me leave until I made another Zelle payment. I have never stuck to a nail salon as much as I have with this one. Usually, I go inside a nail salon and the first and second, even third time, they do a great job. After they get familiar with me, they stop caring about the quality of their work. But not at this salon. They do a great job every time and always listen to what I like. I'm very specific about my nails and their shape. Lin and the rest of the girls are always so kind and attentive. They work so hard and do a very detailed job and at the end even give a heated shoulder massage. I love this place and its cleanliness. So happy to finally have found my nail place! read more

Went with my father and had a mani/pedi done by Nicky/Nikki (unknown spelling) and my father had a foot and back massage. My dad enjoyed his massage and I had an amazing experience with Nicky. She painted every part of my nail (a common pet peeve I often have when getting my nails done), spoke amazing english, and did a great job with the massage. I noticed not only Nicky but all the employees were very considerate, asking often if "everything is okay" and making sure the client and staff member is on the same page. They were also very innovative in their massage, putting a trash bag over a hot towel to massage shoulders. Overall an awesome experience, highly suggest! read more

Absolutely terrible. the entire experience was bad start to finish. my boyfriend, his sister and I went in yesterday for 2 full sets, and 2 pedicures. When my boyfriend and I came in we were practically pushed into chairs for our pedicures with little to no communication from any staff. other then the girl who did mine immediately trying to up charge my pedicure by 20$. from start to finish my pedicure - including gel polish - took 15 minutes. my nails were not shaped. my cuticles were not done. and i did not even get a foot or leg massage at all. my feet were in the tub for maximum 2 minutes. my boyfriends pedicure was longer than mine - but was still very rushed and took about 20 minutes. not to mention WHILE i was getting my pedicure. someone came over and started doing my set. the tech asked what color/design i wanted so i showed her a picture. she said she could do it - but then immediately asked if she could do something COMPLETELY different. she then cut my natural nails - but didnt round them. literally clipped the tops off all my nails, leaving the sides how they had grown. it looked like my natural nails had a flat top... the acrylic tips were applied completely crooked on 6 of my nails. i told the tech they were crooked and she said it was because my nails being uneven and said she would fix them after she applied the acrylic. fast forward - they were still crooked, the tips of my nails were at angles and not straight across. i ended up just saying screw it because i had already told her 3 different times they were crooked. i ditched my design idea because i was not going to pay extra for something i was unhappy with. so she painted them a solid color. the top coat does not even completely or evenly cover ANY of my nails. and all of this for $105. absolutely ATROCIOUS. thankfully i was able to get in for an appointment somewhere else for Friday to have them all completely redone and reshaped WITH the design I originally wanted. I absolutely will not be coming back. read more

I chose to have a "spa pedicure" at Miracle Nails last week and I loved it! I did some investigating of reviews and there were some negative reviews that almost stopped me from going. All I can tell you is my experience was very positive. Vicky gave me an awesome pedi with message, removing dead skin and trimming. Literally just got to my truck and looked at my nails! They are uneven, lopsided and not the shape I asked for. I asked for square with rounded corners and got an oval, square whatever shape mixture. Not to mention, they feel like if I push too hard on them they are all going to fall off! Had to micromanage the lady doing my nails so she got them looking nice and she still didn't do a good job! I paid $25 for only gel polish. I've had gel polish for years & never had issues removing it myself. When I went to take this off it absolutely would not come off. I wrapped my nails in acetone 4 times and used professional gel polish remover with a metal scraper 4 times and I still have polish on my nails. This is insane. I guess I need a sand blaster. Nevermind they didn't bring the polish down to the cuticle so it looked grown out right after I had them done. My natural nails are also completely trashed. If you like your nails I don't recommend this place. read more

Spent 2 hours and 15 minutes in this establishment, even with an appointment for a pedicure and dip. Worst spa experience ever. Toe and fingernail colors didn't match...even though was told they would (a light pink). Toes were a light pink. Fingers were a light apricot. Nail lengths were all different and shaped pointed, not rounded as requested repeatedly. Awful. Most I was offered was to redo polish on the toe nails. read more

So here's the deal with miracle nails. My daughter and I have been going here for over a year. My daughter has a full set and gets gel and fancy add ons. I get regular mani pedicures never use gel (destroys my nails). There are some that do an excellent job and take the time to get your nails how you like them and are very competent technicians. There are a few that do not do such a great job and you really have to be prepared to speak up and get them to do what you ask or redo if it's not right. having said all that, everyone that works there is VERY nice and very willing to at least try to fix something if it not to your liking. I've had to do this myself. You always get a little shoulder massage included with any service and if you get the deluxe pedi the leg massage is always on point. Prices are in the average range but I will say, I never feel like I've overpaid for the job and customer service we've received. We have gone to other places around town from the very fancy to the somewhat questionable and always end up back at miracle nails. read more

Second time I've been here. I like it. Thought it would be dirty but surprised it's clean. The techs were nice and helpful. They also give complementary neck massages after the nails being done. I went here, and I was very much so pampered. I enjoyed the experience. But the Nails cost and quality(aesthetics and last) were not equal the price, especially compared to many nail technicians in the area. I personally got acrylics, and they looked nice but cost 45 dollars (and i was charged 5 after one nail broke from too little glue the next day) and the aesthetic, i did not enjoy this. I moved into the area and would come here again, but only for my regular nails. read more
