I stopped by this shop to inquire about permanent eyebrows. On this particular day,, the door was opened, the sidewalk sign highlighting their services, and zero customers. There were approximately 5-6 individuals standing around. When I walked in the receptionist walked to the back of the store followed by the guard on duty. The entire shop huddled in the middle of the store including the guard. No one acknowledged my presence or opened their mouth for ten minutes. I've visited the countries where all of the workers from and didn't have a problem. If you have A lack of experience working on different skin tones, admit it. Expanding ones knowledge base is enlightening and and makes us well rounded people. Fortunately, I don't patronize places that exclude others. Financial freedom means I can spend my money elsewhere! All of the shops in downtown Sarasota are welcoming except the brow shop. My rating of the brow shop is ZERO For lack of customer service, rudeness, and exclusion. read more

Amazing experience with Marlene for my lip blushing , I have to admit that I was a little nervous while doing the research but I thought it will be worth it! It has been 4 weeks and I'm so happy with the color and results and haven't even been in for my retouch. Marlene is a complete artist and is very sensitive to the discomfort and was constantly reapplying the numbing cream and checking in on how i was doing. I would highly recommend this to anyone who wants to wake up in the morning with natural pink lips and feel many years longer without doing a thing! I'm not going to say my lips weren't swollen for a few days! They were VERY swollen but within a week the peeling and swelling was under control. Sonya handles my eyelash extensions. She is so good and talented in getting you the right look for your eyes. First off, the product she uses is the best. I've known people, who have gone to other places, that have had bad reactions to the product. I've not had one issue with the lash or the glue. The first time I had them done it took a day or two to get use to the feel, but after that you don't notice them. I thought I might try it for a month or two, and I'm now a year in and can't be without them. Especially as you age and your eyes narrow and you lose lashes, this is a super quick way to open them up and make a nice difference. I love the time she spends on you, making sure that EACH lash is perfect. I'm looking forward to having my brows done in the fall. read more

I purchased a Groupon to have my eyebrows done. I've called, texted and contacted the business through their website over the past 3 weeks and haven't received ANY response. I've already paid for my purchase and this business will not respond to schedule an appointment. This is so unprofessional. This business has used Groupon to gain exposure for their business and it's shameful they apparently are not honoring these purchases.
