Otherwise, she'll be booked out years ahead. She does amazing with volume sets that I couldn't get anywhere else. I have been to several lash tech places and so far she gets the trophy. Overall, Lash Boutique has a lovely staff and for the most part won't disappoint. My sister sees another lash tech that she likes to stick too. With that in mind, you can't lose with whomever you see. On to other topics; my appointment was a refill visit. Place is always clean, with decent music playing in the waiting room. I went in for microblading and Melissa was great. I had my touch up a few weeks later. I noticed that the top of my brows had lost most - if not all of their color. I waited a little bit to reach back out because I hate being confrontational. I sent pictures to point out the issues and they offered for me to come back in for a complimentary touch up. I went in today and saw Melissa and she fixed the issues and they look great! This was my second time coming here for a lash lift & tint. Unfortunately I had such a great experience and results from my first lash lift& tint salon in New Jersey that now seems like I won't be able to get the same results in Florida. After doing some research I ended up here hoping that my lash lift & tint would be as good or close to it, but unfortunately this was my second time giving this place a try and it didn't, my first time the girl didn't clean the tint well around my eye and it looked like I got punched in the eye. It was stained but after a few hours of scrubbing around my eye so I wouldn't take off the tint, it finally came off. This second time, it was a much cleaner job but the lash lift was still not there. The staff is always very friendly and nice. Price is reasonable, however results aren't anything noticeable (in lash lift) for my case at least. I have decent long lashes but don't like the extensions due to maintenance, experience and living in Florida going to the beach and pool is always nice to still have lifted lashes after getting out the water. I got a lash lift at another state (they used Lash bomb product) and it was everything I was looking for! My natural lashes very high up and dark tinted, received so many compliments. I was hoping this location was going to be just as good but it wasn't. Not that they did anything wrong at all, the service was good but I left and it looked like 10% of a lift was done, which I can get more lift with my eye curler and mascara. Again, not their fault but I'm looking for a good result that is worth the money. The establishment is pretty nice decorated, spacious, bathroom is clean and appointments are required. They accept all major cc's and cash. It's in a medical building so there's plenty of parking. Ps. I appreciate the owner Kristina, super nice. She took the time and reached out to me to address my concern and fix it which is greatly appreciated however I don't see how it can be resolved if the product didn't work twice so I turned it down she suggested getting another lift which she said it would be complimentary of course. Even though I turned it down it shows this is establishment is run by a good businesswoman who is willing to try to fix the issue. I scheduled a brow consultation appointment after loving the results of the brow artist Kristina I had seen online. I showed up at the scheduled time and checked in with the receptionist Grace. After 20min of zero acknowledge by Kristina as she came out and brought a couple of others back, I asked the receptionist about my apt. She said it was scheduled for 1p....Again, over the phone it was set for 11.45a, which I said when I checked in. Why it was changed without my knowledge and why I wasn't informed at arrival that it had been changed, and why I was allowed to sit there with no communication/acknowledgement is beyond me. And there's no way they thought I arrived over an HOUR early for a brow consult, that would be ridiculous. They may or may not do great work but the client service was lacking. Disappointing experience. But luckily there are other brow artists. read more

I went here a few years ago so please keep that in mind. Practices may have changed. I went for a bow tint and shaping and a lash lift. They never asked if I had any allergies. I believed they used natural color (henna) but they did not. I had an extreme reaction and lost most of my eyebrow hair. For the lash lift the tech put tons of glue on my lashes and the glue on in my eye. I went back and they said it was just allergies and didn't offer any refund or advice. I had to go to the dermatologist and I ended up with an extreme staff infection and permanent scars on my eyebrows. Again this was in 2018 so things may have changed since then. I can understand not asking about allergies but I can't understand the lack of compassion or even the fact that they didn't recommend I go to a doctor sooner. Both the manager and the tech just brushed me off. Not to mention no offer of a refund. I debated posting this review for a long time but I think it's important that I share it. I had my brows micro bladed by Melissa. They faded SO fast and could hardly see them after they set in a few weeks later. I still have to fill in my eyebrows which was the point of getting them done in the first place. I mentioned my dissatisfaction to the owner and she agreed they did not look up to par but said I need my brows tinted instead. I took the classic 2D class with lash boutique. SAVE YOUR MONEY! I NEVER give bad reviews which is why I will be leaving names out of this comment. I think it is imperative that others know how poorly this class is ran in order to save their money and go somewhere they can truly learn, grow and succeed. The products that were given were of the utmost worst quality. Thank god I do my own research because I realized that the instructor gave us glue that was 0.05 second dry. Most lash techs I know don't even use that quick of a glue. As a beginner you should be using slower drying glue, you should know about how the humidity affects the glue, you should have hands on training with someone who is there to help guide you. This class was a huge WASTE of money. This class will NOT help you learn or grow as a lash tech. read more

First of all, I would like to say that my technician was lovely...nice in manner and adequately proficient. The salon setting was private, sleek and relaxing. Unfortunately, I believe there was a communication barrier and to be clear, I'm not faulting the technician or the salon....Just stating that my expectations were higher and the outcome was unexpected, therefore disappointing. New to lash extensions, this was my 2nd set. My first set applied elsewhere were fine (a bit long but light, upswept and natural- looking with no awareness they were in place) ....but the only available appt times were weekends. This review is specific to the lashes and perhaps the selection. The lashes are stiff as horsehair, irritating to my eyelids with a constant awareness they're in place. There is no upswept curl, rather they stick out with curl at tips and totally lack the lightweight, fluffy feeling of the formerly-placed lashes. The result is a 'closed' look making even large eyes look smaller. Placed yesterday, I'll probably have to remove them before the day is over! I voiced concern before I left because the corners felt weighed down but heavy tight booking prevents any follow up until Wednesday. To compare and contrast: my first set of lashes had a very nice upswept curl, were light, appeared natural and I never knew they were there. I walked out of the salon with no second thoughts. Unfortunately there was no flexibility in scheduling. These lashes are inferior to the first set in feel, appearance and overall look for my face, they 'felt' heavier and I voiced concerns before I left. Ultimately, I decided to give them a 24 hr trial, as there are no immediate options. I'm thinking my outcome could have been different with a clearer understanding of what I wanted. read more

So pleasantly surprised with my keratin lash lift. My daughter talked me into this. I did not think it would make any impact on how I look. Wrong! I look like I am wearing everyday mascara all the time, even when I just wake up or get out of the shower. Irina was very kind. Having someone work on your eyes with them closed for an hour could have been nerve-wracking, but she has a soothing way about her and the room's decor just adds to that. I've been getting lash extensions for years and I also do lash extensions myself. This place is not good for the prices they ask. I asked the Russian woman to not put volumes on me because they were weighing my lashes down and causing lash loss but fill after fill she would still put volumes on me. She also randomly just started making my appointments with a new girl that was TERRIBLE at lashes, I'm assuming because she was new but her manners were terrible too! She would snap gum in my face the entire time she was doing my lashes. She didn't listen to my preferences and just did the only style she knew how to. Wish I could give this place ZERO stars. I had my mother, who is a breast cancer survivor, go in for a keratin lash lift and tint for a mother's day gift. When you have breast cancer your hair does not grow back the same, it is frail and often not as thick. I had spoken to Kristina the supposed manager and she spoke to me as though I was uneducated. The issue was that my mother who only knew what the keratin treatment was went in with excitement. The technician proceeded to tell my mother her eyelashes were too short and the treatment wouldn't do anything for her. That she should get extensions instead (a total sale hoax). As a licensed esthetician myself, there is no such thing as extensions that aren't damaging to your eyelashes. My mother not knowing what the treatment was and what it involved, agreed. Now my 60 year old mother is in tears for fear of the few eyelashes she does have since there is now glued on extensions to them. My business and those who I recommended will not be returning. Hope the owner is aware of the managers tone and treatment of clients. read more

You will not find more knowledge, responsible amazing friendly lash stylists in this area!!! You just won't! I was going to an unnamed place that RUINED MY NATURAL LASHES!! I WAS DEVASTATED!!! I got them on for a friends wedding!!! It was so awful! I also use latisse... I was literally at the verge of tears when I called Kristina who got me in the NEXT HOUR with Irena. This is two months ago or so! Irena salvaged the lashes I had left and put on amazing shorter lighter lashes so I could wait for my other ones to grow in! She is SO KNOWLEDGEABLE! My lashes are growing back long with the use of my latisse and I'll soon get them off and get a lash perm there which I had, had before and was extremely happy with the results! They will not damage your normal lashes here! They will do what they think is best! you should always go with what they say because they have your best interest in mind. Asking for something ridiculous they might not oblige! This is by far the best lash studio I have ever been to, it's relaxing, painless, you can make appointments with serious ease and you will always get an appointment confirmation! If anyone ever says anything negative about getting lashes here it's because you did something they did not recommend to do to your lashes. You should not put mascara on them, get them wet 48 hours after getting them done, and always wash with an oil free wash! You can get them wet after the 48 hours just dry them off, and make sure you brush them! I'm in and on the water all the time and it has never hurt my normal lashes! I dive, fish and do lots of outdoor activities on the reg and my natural lashes are in full tact. Irena and Kristina are absolutely amazing! I will never go anywhere else.
