Listen, I have an announcement to make! My lash technician is AMAZING! very professional, skilled, gentle, efficient, personable, kind, and patient. Forgive me, as she will remain nameless. Otherwise, she'll be booked out years ahead. She does amazing with volume sets that I couldn't get anywhere else. I have been to several lash tech places and so far she gets the trophy. Overall, Lash Boutique has a lovely staff and for the most part won't disappoint. My sister sees another lash tech that she likes to stick too. With that in mind, you can't lose with whomever you see. On to other topics; my appointment was a refill visit. Place is always clean, with decent music playing in the waiting room. Parking is much better over the weekend as opposed to the week day. read more

I love the team at Lash Boutique. Wonderful service, always professional. Highly recommend!

I went in for microblading and Melissa was great. I had my touch up a few weeks later. I noticed that the top of my brows had lost most - if not all of their color. I waited a little bit to reach back out because I hate being confrontational. I sent pictures to point out the issues and they offered for me to come back in for a complimentary touch up. I went in today and saw Melissa and she fixed the issues and they look great! I love when a business takes pride in their work and is willing to work with the customer to make things right. read more

This was my second time coming here for a lash lift & tint. Unfortunately I had such a great experience and results from my first lash lift& tint salon in New Jersey that now seems like I won't be able to get the same results in Florida. After doing some research I ended up here hoping that my lash lift & tint would be as good or close to it, but unfortunately this was my second time giving this place a try and it didn't, my first time the girl didn't clean the tint well around my eye and it looked like I got punched in the eye. It was stained but after a few hours of scrubbing around my eye so I wouldn't take off the tint, it finally came off. This second time, it was a much cleaner job but the lash lift was still not there. The staff is always very friendly and nice. Price is reasonable, however results aren't anything noticeable (in lash lift) for my case at least. I have decent long lashes but don't like the extensions due to maintenance, experience and living in Florida going to the beach and pool is always nice to still have lifted lashes after getting out the water. I got a lash lift at another state (they used Lash bomb product) and it was everything I was looking for! My natural lashes very high up and dark tinted, received so many compliments. I was hoping this location was going to be just as good but it wasn't. Not that they did anything wrong at all, the service was good but I left and it looked like 10% of a lift was done, which I can get more lift with my eye curler and mascara. Again, not their fault but I'm looking for a good result that is worth the money. The establishment is pretty nice decorated, spacious, bathroom is clean and appointments are required. They accept all major cc's and cash. It's in a medical building so there's plenty of parking. Ps. I appreciate the owner Kristina, super nice. She took the time and reached out to me to address my concern and fix it which is greatly appreciated however I don't see how it can be resolved if the product didn't work twice so I turned it down she suggested getting another lift which she said it would be complimentary of course. Even though I turned it down it shows this is establishment is run by a good businesswoman who is willing to try to fix the issue. I shall continue my search for a good lash lift & tint salon ! read more

After my unhappy visit to Lash Boutique, Kristina the manager, contacted me and made things right. She was very apologetic about my experience and offered full removal and lash redo. Kristina has customer satisfaction on top of mind and is willing to go the extra mile to guarantee quality. Thank you Kristina! read more

my lash tech was sweet to me but I am not happy with my lashes. I wanted a volume set tor my family photos. I have been getting my lashes done for a very long time & this is the first time I chose to go somewhere new. I feel like I have a hybrid set and I can see that not every lash is lashed. my lashes do not look professional and I left feeling like a need a fill :( clean place & sweet techs just am upset with my lashes read more

I scheduled a brow consultation appointment after loving the results of the brow artist Kristina I had seen online. I showed up at the scheduled time and checked in with the receptionist Grace. After 20min of zero acknowledge by Kristina as she came out and brought a couple of others back, I asked the receptionist about my apt. She said it was scheduled for 1p....Again, over the phone it was set for 11.45a, which I said when I checked in. Why it was changed without my knowledge and why I wasn't informed at arrival that it had been changed, and why I was allowed to sit there with no communication/acknowledgement is beyond me. And there's no way they thought I arrived over an HOUR early for a brow consult, that would be ridiculous. They may or may not do great work but the client service was lacking. Disappointing experience. But luckily there are other brow artists. read more

I had my brows micro bladed by Melissa. They faded SO fast and could hardly see them after they set in a few weeks later. I still have to fill in my eyebrows which was the point of getting them done in the first place. I mentioned my dissatisfaction to the owner and she agreed they did not look up to par but said I need my brows tinted instead. Great, me spend more money for something even more temporary than the microblading. No thanks. read more

I went here a few years ago so please keep that in mind. Practices may have changed. I went for a bow tint and shaping and a lash lift. They never asked if I had any allergies. I believed they used natural color (henna) but they did not. I had an extreme reaction and lost most of my eyebrow hair. For the lash lift the tech put tons of glue on my lashes and the glue on in my eye. I went back and they said it was just allergies and didn't offer any refund or advice. I had to go to the dermatologist and I ended up with an extreme staff infection and permanent scars on my eyebrows. Again this was in 2018 so things may have changed since then. I can understand not asking about allergies but I can't understand the lack of compassion or even the fact that they didn't recommend I go to a doctor sooner. Both the manager and the tech just brushed me off. Not to mention no offer of a refund. I debated posting this review for a long time but I think it's important that I share it. IF YOU HAVE A HAIR DYE ALLERGY DONT GET A BROW TINT HERE. read more

Do not recommend. Microblading lasted about 2 weeks. Did go back for follow up and that also lasted about 2 weeks also. Did not receive any after-care advice. read more

I took the classic 2D class with lash boutique. SAVE YOUR MONEY! I NEVER give bad reviews which is why I will be leaving names out of this comment. I think it is imperative that others know how poorly this class is ran in order to save their money and go somewhere they can truly learn, grow and succeed. The products that were given were of the utmost worst quality. Thank god I do my own research because I realized that the instructor gave us glue that was 0.05 second dry. Most lash techs I know don't even use that quick of a glue. As a beginner you should be using slower drying glue, you should know about how the humidity affects the glue, you should have hands on training with someone who is there to help guide you. This class was a huge WASTE of money. This class will NOT help you learn or grow as a lash tech. read more

Kristina is an extremely talented lash artist and referred to me by my master hair stylist. She understands your needs and her lashes would last for over three weeks - but that's my limit! I play tennis 3X/week in Florida heat & humidity with little to no lash lost! She is brilliant and highly recommend her services! Thank you, Kristina! read more

I gave them a 4 because there isn't anyone to greet you when you walk in. Even when you have a seat and lash technicians are coming in and out of the room. No one said anything. For a 1st time client this was awkward. Gigi did my lashes. She was very professional. I explain I had lashes 2x before and they didn't last. She was confident that these lashes would last. I don't blame her. She did a awesome job. Maybe my lashes just don't work with glue. Within 9 days I lost sooooo many lashes, it wasn't worth it to get them redone read more

On vacation. Needed lashes. Showed Kristina pic of my usual lashes. She said got it and did a perfect job!! Thank you so much.

I had an appointment for the afternoon the receptionist girl called me to change to the morning instead of after noon I said ok when I get there she was like oh you don't have an appointment and she called the receptionist she said yes she called me but she forgot to change it in the system she didn't take me because she has another customer coming which she wasn't there. and I live hour and half from these. very disappointed read more

Love the Lash Boutique! Kristina is great and did microblading for me. Iryna does my eyelashes and is fantastic ALL the time! She is quick and has a soft hand. They use top of the line products and I have had zero problems with them. My eyelashes come out perfect every single time. I would highly recommend anybody wanting to try to go here! read more

Tried a lash lift & tint with Kendal the other day. It took much longer than I anticipated, which wasn't an issue for me, however, the results aren't great. The chemicals used stunk horribly and the salon wasn't as relaxing as I'd hoped. My lashes actually look shorter than ever and I regret spending the money & time getting them "lifted." I left with my lashes even more damaged than ever & paying for it at a premium price. read more

First of all, I would like to say that my technician was lovely...nice in manner and adequately proficient. The salon setting was private, sleek and relaxing. Unfortunately, I believe there was a communication barrier and to be clear, I'm not faulting the technician or the salon....Just stating that my expectations were higher and the outcome was unexpected, therefore disappointing. New to lash extensions, this was my 2nd set. My first set applied elsewhere were fine (a bit long but light, upswept and natural- looking with no awareness they were in place) ....but the only available appt times were weekends. This review is specific to the lashes and perhaps the selection. The lashes are stiff as horsehair, irritating to my eyelids with a constant awareness they're in place. There is no upswept curl, rather they stick out with curl at tips and totally lack the lightweight, fluffy feeling of the formerly-placed lashes. The result is a 'closed' look making even large eyes look smaller. Placed yesterday, I'll probably have to remove them before the day is over! I voiced concern before I left because the corners felt weighed down but heavy tight booking prevents any follow up until Wednesday. To compare and contrast: my first set of lashes had a very nice upswept curl, were light, appeared natural and I never knew they were there. I walked out of the salon with no second thoughts. Unfortunately there was no flexibility in scheduling. These lashes are inferior to the first set in feel, appearance and overall look for my face, they 'felt' heavier and I voiced concerns before I left. Ultimately, I decided to give them a 24 hr trial, as there are no immediate options. I'm thinking my outcome could have been different with a clearer understanding of what I wanted. read more

I got my eyebrows microbladed by Kristina and I LOVE them! I've wanted to get them done for years but wasn't sure where. Kristina was personable and very informative about the whole process. Everything was clean and professional. I highly recommend this place to anyone that is considering getting their eyebrows microbladed!! I had blonde, translucent eyebrows that are practically invisible, and it was a huge insecurity for me, I was always making sure my eyebrows were done no matter where I was going. Now I have gorgeous, full, natural looking brows that I don't have to fill in every morning!! I am SO HAPPY with the results!!!! read more

My eyebrows look AMAZING thanks to Kristina's microblading skills!!! I am in LOVE with them. Beyond that, she made the process so easy and relaxing...which especially impressive, as I tend to be a bit of a wimp when it comes to pain! Kristina gave me thorough information on the procedure itself and the aftercare process. She answered all my questions and more. Her office is squeaky clean, and she clearly takes hygiene very seriously. If you're considering microblading, Kristina is definitely the way to go! My brows look flawless, and more than a month after I got them done, they look crisp and perfect. I am (obviously) thrilled that I went with Kristina! read more

I requested an appointment online and Kristina responded the next day. I have been super subconscious about my eyebrows for over 10 years (they were non-existent) so I contemplated Microblading for quite some time. After extensive research, I landed on Lash Boutique and I could not be more happier. Kristina did an amazing job and I feel like a brand new person. 100% would recommend this place to anyone! read more

I read every review before setting an appointment with Kristina to do both microblading and 3D Russian Lashes. I was so nervous! This is your face so I was scared. I was SO COMPLETELY SATISFIED and LOVE, LOVE, LOVE both my new eyebrows and lashes! The boutique feels like a relaxing spa and is super high end. The place is spotless and Kristina uses the most hygienic procedures. She is focused, listens to what your goals are and has talent! I am so glad I didn't go to the other Microblading Salon in South Tampa! It's worth the drive and the prices are totally fair. I give Kristina and this boutique my highest recommendation for both brows and lashes! read more

Lash Boutique is a professional - first class eyelash extension and brow specialty salon. Wintering in Sarasota for 3 months from Boston I was very skeptical whether I would find a lash expert that I could trust to do my lashes and brows to meet my high standard of expectation. I did my research and then found Kristina! She is an expert - professional and extremely efficient! Her studio is clean, bright and my lash extensions were impeccable! She comes highly recommended and my search is now over as I know exactly who to see next season. Thank you Kristina! read more

I went to Kristina today for the first time and I am beyond excited about my new lashes!! The boutique is so beautiful and very clean. Kristina is very fast, almost unbelievably fast! I had an appointment with the owner and it was discombobulated and I ended up getting an appointment or somebody different and walked in this place it was kind of meant to skeletons nobody was there the front desk girl didn't even know my name and then an appointment with somebody else and I wonder to this day if she even has license to practice you have to have a aestheticians license it was not posted anywhere and neither was her superior my lashes fell off within a week and think of us I had my nova lash is still on. I drive two hours to come down there for an appointment to be disappointed yeah I work night shift work at the hospital and I'm definitely a perfectionist and with cleanliness when it comes to the eyes and kind of weird so I would definitely not go to this place or never recommend it especially being in Sarasota you would think they would be on the higher endi've clean the nest and the owners just tacky read more

So pleasantly surprised with my keratin lash lift. My daughter talked me into this. I did not think it would make any impact on how I look. Wrong! I look like I am wearing everyday mascara all the time, even when I just wake up or get out of the shower. Irina was very kind. Having someone work on your eyes with them closed for an hour could have been nerve-wracking, but she has a soothing way about her and the room's decor just adds to that. My daughter had hers done too and it's even more impressive on younger, longer, fuller lashes. We will definitely be back. If you are on the fence at all about a keratin lash lift at Lash Boutique, call make your appointment today! read more

I've been getting lash extensions for years and I also do lash extensions myself. This place is not good for the prices they ask. I asked the Russian woman to not put volumes on me because they were weighing my lashes down and causing lash loss but fill after fill she would still put volumes on me. She also randomly just started making my appointments with a new girl that was TERRIBLE at lashes, I'm assuming because she was new but her manners were terrible too! She would snap gum in my face the entire time she was doing my lashes. She didn't listen to my preferences and just did the only style she knew how to. I would recommend amazing lash studio over this place any day read more

Wish I could give this place ZERO stars. I had my mother, who is a breast cancer survivor, go in for a keratin lash lift and tint for a mother's day gift. When you have breast cancer your hair does not grow back the same, it is frail and often not as thick. I had spoken to Kristina the supposed manager and she spoke to me as though I was uneducated. The issue was that my mother who only knew what the keratin treatment was went in with excitement. The technician proceeded to tell my mother her eyelashes were too short and the treatment wouldn't do anything for her. That she should get extensions instead (a total sale hoax). As a licensed esthetician myself, there is no such thing as extensions that aren't damaging to your eyelashes. My mother not knowing what the treatment was and what it involved, agreed. Now my 60 year old mother is in tears for fear of the few eyelashes she does have since there is now glued on extensions to them. My business and those who I recommended will not be returning. Hope the owner is aware of the managers tone and treatment of clients. read more

I had my lash done here I wont be back she had so much glue on lashes that. I had to go else where to have removed lost some of my lashes. Sarasota's Best of the Best! After moving from Miami, I was very hesitant i could find someone as good as my last girl . . . until I met Kristina at Lash Boutique, She is the ultimate pro at achieving the natural lash look I desire. I literally get 2-3 compliments a day on how amazing my lashes are. I love her personality and the studio is spotlessly clean and beautiful. read more

You will not find more knowledge, responsible amazing friendly lash stylists in this area!!! You just won't! I was going to an unnamed place that RUINED MY NATURAL LASHES!! I WAS DEVASTATED!!! I got them on for a friends wedding!!! It was so awful! I also use latisse... I was literally at the verge of tears when I called Kristina who got me in the NEXT HOUR with Irena. This is two months ago or so! Irena salvaged the lashes I had left and put on amazing shorter lighter lashes so I could wait for my other ones to grow in! She is SO KNOWLEDGEABLE! My lashes are growing back long with the use of my latisse and I'll soon get them off and get a lash perm there which I had, had before and was extremely happy with the results! They will not damage your normal lashes here! They will do what they think is best! you should always go with what they say because they have your best interest in mind. Asking for something ridiculous they might not oblige! This is by far the best lash studio I have ever been to, it's relaxing, painless, you can make appointments with serious ease and you will always get an appointment confirmation! If anyone ever says anything negative about getting lashes here it's because you did something they did not recommend to do to your lashes. You should not put mascara on them, get them wet 48 hours after getting them done, and always wash with an oil free wash! You can get them wet after the 48 hours just dry them off, and make sure you brush them! I'm in and on the water all the time and it has never hurt my normal lashes! I dive, fish and do lots of outdoor activities on the reg and my natural lashes are in full tact. Irena and Kristina are absolutely amazing! I will never go anywhere else. You want knowledgeable professionals doing your lashes this is your place! Love you Irena! Thanks for saving my lashes! read more
