if you don't know a certain tech and make an appointment with that specific person they are lying to you about it your "appointment" you don't actually have one. when you don't ask for someone by name you are basically call ahead seating and girls up front aren't trained well enough to know that if at a certain time slot all techs are booked....they shouldn't make a "next available appointment" at that time slot. they also do not tell you any of this until you go and sit down and wait for 20 minutes when you made an appointment. just fair warning so you don't waste your time. read more

I booked an appointment at this nail salon for 10:30 am. Upon entering, I was told to wait 10 minutes to be seated. After waiting 15 minutes, a Woman approached me and took me to a chair, started running the water and then asked me to wait for a tech. After sitting there another 10 minutes with no one coming, I walked out. When I left, I informed the person at the front desk that I was canceling my appointment and won't be back. When I stated that, the person at the front desk seemed to not care about my business. Very disappointing because I've always had a pleasant experience there but this was disheartening. Great service. Kim was my nail tech. She was able to repair my nails and do my liquid gel fill. She helped find the right color combo for my fun, summery nail design. Overall, good experience. My only negative is I wasn't told until the end that I couldn't leave a tip on my card. I did review the feedback after and so that would've been helpful for me to know. This rating should have been 5-stars, but my nail technician was on the phone for 20-minutes at the same time she was trying to do my nails. I had chosen a cream color for both fingers and toes -- and I wanted a "glow of gold" on my finger nails. I had also requested a manicure (doesn't that mean soaking and trimming cuticles, etc.?) Well, I didn't get a manicure, and the finger and toe colors don't look the same to me. Other salons don't allow employees to make phone calls while with customers. I finally found a nail salon that does exactly what you want and still at a reasonable price! I was first introduced to this salon by a patient who had gotten a gel manicure with a lovely design. I immediately googled and called to make an appointment. I made sure to let them know I wanted a gel manicure with a design so they would book me with someone who is experience in designs. I got there in time and was seen right away by Tony who did exactly what I showed him, I had screenshots of different nail designs. He was very friendly, quick and knowledgeable. The salon looks decent size from the outside but when you walk in it's even bigger! You can see how clean and they seem to have a great system to get you in and out without rushing the work. Made an appointment with my friend at 6pm. Walked in at 5:55 and was sat right away. I went in for an overdue acrylic fill from a previous salon that didn't do very good so I was nervous about how they'd turn out this time. Thanh was able to do my nails just like the picture that I showed her and she was gentle/focused. The fill cost $65 which I think is a little pricey but oh well. I'm saying this because while I was seated the tech asked me to show her the design from their page and she quoted me a price, I said ok. Then when I got to the nails the nails look nothing like the photos btw the nail tech said don't use the nails on nothing or they will pop off then when she started to draw my white tip I told her I didn't like them she then replied" it's 7:30 "meaning "we're closed" so she was not interested in giving me what i initially asked for then when i said this is not what i asked for she said what I actually want cost more I said you didn't say this initially oh also she gave me a little acrylic I left there looking like I needed a fill! plus you're telling me to get out by saying it's 7:30. This is the first time I've gotten a pedicure (I just left there 5 min ago) and didn't leave a tip. The young woman who did my pedi started out by almost scalding me (and I can tolerate pretty hot water), then she was so rough throughout that I almost asked her why she was being so rough, but I was not certain she could understand me and I can't name her, because she was not wearing a nametag. She could see from my lower shins that the skin there is reddish from my stasis dermatitis (not contagious and is okay to have pedicures), but she almost rubbed them raw! She also seemed to intentionally cut and shape my toenails in a very painful way. Because it was consistently rough throughout, I wondered if she was angry. I thought I had found my new nail place, but each of the 3 other times I've gotten pedicures there, the technicians seem take on a different attitude when I say I only want a basic pedi, but at least they weren't torturous! I hate writing reviews like this and really wish there was a way to tell this young woman how bad she hurt me. read more
