I booked an appointment at this nail salon for 10:30 am. Upon entering, I was told to wait 10 minutes to be seated. After waiting 15 minutes, a Woman approached me and took me to a chair, started running the water and then asked me to wait for a tech. After sitting there another 10 minutes with no one coming, I walked out. When I left, I informed the person at the front desk that I was canceling my appointment and won't be back. When I stated that, the person at the front desk seemed to not care about my business. Very disappointing because I've always had a pleasant experience there but this was disheartening. Needless to say, I am now sitting in the chair at Flora Nail Salon. I was greeted well and got taken care of right away. You have lost a good client. read more

if you don't know a certain tech and make an appointment with that specific person they are lying to you about it your "appointment" you don't actually have one. when you don't ask for someone by name you are basically call ahead seating and girls up front aren't trained well enough to know that if at a certain time slot all techs are booked....they shouldn't make a "next available appointment" at that time slot. they also do not tell you any of this until you go and sit down and wait for 20 minutes when you made an appointment. just fair warning so you don't waste your time. read more

Great service. Kim was my nail tech. She was able to repair my nails and do my liquid gel fill. She helped find the right color combo for my fun, summery nail design. Overall, good experience. My only negative is I wasn't told until the end that I couldn't leave a tip on my card. I did review the feedback after and so that would've been helpful for me to know. This rating should have been 5-stars, but my nail technician was on the phone for 20-minutes at the same time she was trying to do my nails. I had chosen a cream color for both fingers and toes -- and I wanted a "glow of gold" on my finger nails. I had also requested a manicure (doesn't that mean soaking and trimming cuticles, etc.?) Well, I didn't get a manicure, and the finger and toe colors don't look the same to me. Other salons don't allow employees to make phone calls while with customers. This was a month ago and I immediately emailed Blossom Nails Spa with my complaint. I have never heard back from them. I am very disappointed, because I thought this was the perfect salon for me. I finally found a nail salon that does exactly what you want and still at a reasonable price! I was first introduced to this salon by a patient who had gotten a gel manicure with a lovely design. I immediately googled and called to make an appointment. I made sure to let them know I wanted a gel manicure with a design so they would book me with someone who is experience in designs. I got there in time and was seen right away by Tony who did exactly what I showed him, I had screenshots of different nail designs. He was very friendly, quick and knowledgeable. The salon looks decent size from the outside but when you walk in it's even bigger! You can see how clean and they seem to have a great system to get you in and out without rushing the work. Hi I just move back home after living in Texas for a while. So happy to be back. I went to Blossom Nail Spa for the first time I had a most wonderful experience. Wind was my tech he was so polite and gentle did an amazing job. I have to get used to only having one tech to do both services but they do offer 2 techs at one time if you ask. The facility was very clean really cute everyone was cheerful. I even met another client there. I love new friends . I will be making another appointment soon. I had dip nails done at this salon and the nail tech did a great job but when was time to pay I founded out that they charged me extra $10 for removing my cuticles. The dip nails are already expensive and this should be included! Be aware. read more

the owner is very rude. My daughters has acrylic With french. And her nails started falling off two days later, by the 4th day they we all off! I was very upset because they were $65. I called and "the man" said they will replace it for free. As soon as we walked in the ugly faces started. Not a greet or apology. Except the owner gave us an ugly face and she started talking her language. After "the Man" addressed us. The same tech took care of my daughter. And rudeness continued. They kept talking about us, maybe( they were next to us) My daughter was very uncomfortable and sad. she kept saying they were making her nervOus. Overall. Made an appointment with my friend at 6pm. Walked in at 5:55 and was sat right away. I went in for an overdue acrylic fill from a previous salon that didn't do very good so I was nervous about how they'd turn out this time. Thanh was able to do my nails just like the picture that I showed her and she was gentle/focused. The fill cost $65 which I think is a little pricey but oh well. I had one hour to spare today before a photoshoot and leaving town for a couple of weeks on two different business trips. I swung by here and was immediately seated. I had time to choose my color. I narrowed it down to two different ones and asked the male tech what he thought. He chose the blue one. He brought over the powder and I said that looks purple and he said it's the same number it will turn blue. I should've known. I asked for rounded square shape. I have left the salon with square purple nails. He didn't even ask if I was happy with them, maybe my face answered that. Disappointed and mad I'll have to soak these off. I'm saying this because while I was seated the tech asked me to show her the design from their page and she quoted me a price, I said ok. Then when I got to the nails the nails look nothing like the photos btw the nail tech said don't use the nails on nothing or they will pop off then when she started to draw my white tip I told her I didn't like them she then replied" it's 7:30 "meaning "we're closed" so she was not interested in giving me what i initially asked for then when i said this is not what i asked for she said what I actually want cost more I said you didn't say this initially oh also she gave me a little acrylic I left there looking like I needed a fill! plus you're telling me to get out by saying it's 7:30.
