Clean interior and quiet. I had a gel manicure and regular pedicure. Great prices for the area. Massage chair was standard but confusing to operate. Older equipment and older crowd. Here's the not so good: My technician was proficient but rough. When doing my cuticles she was pulling not cutting. My gel mani was applied quickly and not exactly clean. Biggest peeve, when manicurists use their nails to remove polish on my sick! Yuck. Use the nail stick with acetone, don't scrape my skin. There are plenty of technicians, mostly older, who all spoke English but chose not to engage with the customers. Not a welcoming inviting place. It only took 26 minutes it was the worse pedicure I ever had and I have one done every 3 or 4 weeks in a different place, but I was in the area and I thought ,I will give them a chance.. No leg massage, my feet was scrub by a little brush. After she finished putting the top coat on my last toe, she turned off the massage chair started taking the plastic off the tub and told me to sit on the chair to dry off my feet, not been there more than 30 seconds she came back and told me to paid because she might get busy. Generally Salon is good, but like many of these salons, with a foreign way of doing business they pass on the Merchant service fees from any credit card transaction onto the customer. We did a walk in (two of us), they were very friendly and accommodating. Also had my baby with us and the nail techs looooved her. Quality nails and service, I've had such bad experience with nail techs in the past months so this was refreshing. The price is fair, the salon is clean, the music was relaxing and there weren't a million tvs on to overstimulate the mind. Massage chairs were great, seemed new and the decor was v aesthetic. I have gone to this establishment several times. Nothing fancy but I can usually get in last minute for a decent pedicure. Some technicians are better than others so service can sometimes be inconsistent. Prices are fair and staff are friendly! Lots of nail color options. read more

New to Sarasota and I googled this nail place and saw they had a pretty good review. But I guess one can't always rely on reviews!! I visited this nail place on 6/15 and I'm not happy with the way my nails came out. There's a lot of imperfections that can be seen on my nails, since having gel fill done at this nail place! Not only did it take a long time for the lady to do my nails, Which that wasn't a big deal for me, if my nails would have come out nice! Now I have to hide them and not show them off!! I'd recommend trying somewhere else if you're looking for a higher standard service. All staff was speaking a different language throughout my experience. I had communication difficulties with my nail technician. She was very nice and sweet, but did not understand what I was trying to tell her. No new OPI collection. And when I asked for OPI black onyx she used a different brand on my toes, and only used it for gel. Resulting in toe polish that looks cheap and bumpy. I tried this nail shop twice just to make sure I didn't give an inaccurate review. But they are horrible! Barely greet some and extremely nice to others. It's weird. The tech did a horrible job on my nails, and when I came back to get them fixed the other tech was rude about it. Even when they were fixed, she rushed through it. You can see dents, missed polish spots etc. It was awful. I agree with the other yelpers about how rude they are and treat you like they don't care about your business. If you are not a person they deem "important" you flat out don't matter and the shoddy service reflects it. I will NEVER give them another dime of my money. Go elsewhere! read more

Sundays (BIG +) seems busier then weekdays. Loving this place! At first I was concerned as there were so many chairs, I was concerned they would rush me out especially as it was a Saturday morning before Easter. Not the case. I had a deluxe pedicure: $35 and a polish change. Anna took her time to do an amazing job. They do the hot towel wraps on your legs which to me is pure heaven and the sign of a truly deluxe experience. One of the best pedicures I've ever had in Sarasota / Bradenton and I've lived here full time for 10 years so I've had many many pedicures. The first time I came here I needed a quick shellac manicure. The guy was efficient but within 4 days one finger chipped. I came back to have them fix the chip and get a pedicure, place was packed which I expected for a Friday evening. I took a seat in the waiting area and over heard the employee tell a woman their credit card machine wasn't working today. This really needs to be something they tell people in advance. I have been coming here on and off for a while. Normally my nails are good. Today I made the mistake of bringing my own Gel polish because their selection is so limited and last time they were out of my first 2 color choices. They battled me and a women kept telling me my gel polish isn't gel and doesn't need the light. Because I don't like to argue with people I went ahead and told her that's fine and I let the gentlemen paint my nails on normal. Now I have to go home and re paint them and put them under the light myself because they are smudged and ruined before I have even left the parking lot because they demanded to fan dry a polish that's clearly designed to have the UV light. I'll have to find another place that is less argumentative and acknowledges that people can buy their own gel polishes. $30 wasted because now I'm going home to repaint these myself.
