I've been going there from 2005 till 2021 when I became a paraplegic. I paid my old tech girl to come to my home for mani/pedi and she wouldn't come alone, according to another nail tech. So they both came, I paid same amount to my old nail tech Myra? , I think, and I paid Lynn $65.00 to give my Care Giver a manicure, which she removed the polish that night when she returned home. After my reg girl wouldn't come by herself, I had Sarah coming for just mani/pedi, no soaking feet nor, fingernails, just removing polish, trimming, filing and applying polish. After her doing this 3-4 months, I developed a nail fungus on my big toe nail, so, the next time she came, I had her use MY TOOLS, as I had gone to two Podiatrist, both telling me I had a nail fungus! The 2nd Dr. removed my entire nail and prescribed a medicine. Sarah doesn't know this as she hasn't bothered responding to my text msgs I then phoned the shop and spoke with the owner, Lynn, I think is her name, Bryan's wife, I tried to ask her IF she or any of the girls would come to my home as I was a paraplegic and had to pay $95.00 + tip to go there and, that I'd have to have it done in my wheelchair. When I used the word paraplegic, she started laughing, trust me, it's nothing to laugh about. We pay $350.00/daily for Care Givers, to to mention the medical supplies and, I have to sleep, live, in a hospital bed! So, for those of you that live near UPCC or Honore, I'd make sure they are using clean tools before they touch you or your nails. read more

Recently moved to the Bradenton/Sarasota area, I did a quick maps search of local nail salons near my job, read the reviews and opted for Luxury Nails. My Pedicure was done amazingly. I am very happy with the perfection the technician has done. She did the French tips wonderfully and thin as I like them. Great color choices for gel polish. The price was a little cheaper than I pay for, back home in Missouri as well, so that was a nice surprise. The salon it self was super clean and the massage chairs were nice, thankful there was no butt massage in the chairs, whew, because that is not comfortable I will definitely be returning for my next visit. read more

Unfortunately I have to write a review for my experience this Monday. Tom was my technician and I am sad to say it was money and time wasted. My pedicure was ok however he filed my nails so much that I now have a infected blister on my third toe. I mentioned many times that I was a dancer and it is now affecting my daily work. My acrylic fill is also a disaster. There are so many places on my nails where it is completely not filled in and you can see the previous color underneath. There are hairs in the gel manicure that I did not have the time to fix. I spent over two hours getting both of these done and I am unbelievably unhappy. I do not recommend. Tom also kept making comments about the colors I selected and them being too light and how I would need three coats. I don't know what he was trying to say with that, I get my nails done all the time and I understand that's what needs to happen. It was irritating because he said it so many times as if it were a burden to him. read more

Soo, first question is always is the place dirty. No it is cluttered and very red but seems kept up with it. A guy did my nails and the towel he did it on was a little dirty and that got on my sns. Then he gave me stank face for messing up my nails. My shape is a little wonky with some nails more almond and some are more circular. They have great sns colors so maybe I just got a bad tech.
