    NEW OWNER, SAME OLD SCAM - AVOID AT ALL COSTS! If you love getting ripped off, overcharged, and gaslit when you call it out, then congratulations--you've found the perfect nail salon! * Kim, the "new owner," personally oversees pricing--but instead of a price list, they charge you based on how rich they think you are. She literally asked me how much I pay for rent and if I live in a nice building before deciding how much to overcharge me. * Magically, my total was HIGHER AFTER I signed, and they "adjusted" my tip from $30 to $45 without my permission. * They charged me for services I NEVER received. * I paid for gel, but they used regular polish and lied about it. * Gel doesn't chip, right? Well, mine started peeling THE NEXT DAY. Proof they cut corners and think customers are too dumb to notice. * One of my nails broke within two days. I guess their definition of "quality" is different from everyone else's. * Instead of refunding the overcharge, they gaslit me and told me to "come back" so they could "fix" my nails--when my problem was with their shady billing, NOT their work. * No apology. No accountability. Just manipulation and excuses. And let's not forget: Kim is sitting here with a full set of veneers while running a business that scams people out of their money. But sure, let's pretend this isn't intentional. I've already disputed the charge and reported them. If you want an honest nail salon that doesn't treat you like an ATM, take your money somewhere else.

Zero communication is returned from owner when contacted! Injuries obtained at work are disregarded no incident reports or care what so ever from owner! Massage therapists are not allowed to have access to past soap notes (client charts) so god forbid something legal comes up which falls on the THERAPIST not the owner therapists are unable to have access to those client charts and screwed in the end! When this issue about the no access to client charts was brought to owner she couldn't care less or give any intention of trying to help fix the issue or find a better way! When corporate was physically in house in person they all stated to employees to not ever hesitate coming to them with any questions or concerns so they can help uemployees out, however when an employee did have to contact them due to being ignored on issues by the owner multiple times for multiple days owner got angry and said do not ever contact corporate which is beyond shady behavior! No room for growth or any incentive or appreciation shown and raises are not a thing! When an employee was diagnosed with a serious health issue which could lead to effecting work and asked to speak to owner about it and brought it up to owners son on management team it was completely disregarded! Employee hours being cut without reasoning or even a conversation and had to figure it out on their own by looking at schedule and was told that owner has been trying to talk with employee about things that need to be addressed and a meeting day and time was set up with owner to do so and owner couldn't care enough to even show up yet then cut employees hours! Issues that were needing to be spoken about were petty and in personal life and had nothing to do with the job what so ever! Have more respect for yourself and avoid this place as an employment option!

    I'm posting this review with reluctance because I absolutely adore my MT at this location. I…read moremaintained a membership for over a year and had to cancel in Oct 2024. I actually spoke to their manager, Haley, who was understating of the situation. She even told me that I had 3.5 hours on the books to use. Further she advised if I was not able to utilize them within 60 days just to let her know and she could reinstate them. Fast forward to mid December when we called to book an appointment. Haley got on the phone and advised the only way I can get those hours back is to sign up for another membership. After multiple phone calls with Haley and false promises escalating to the owner, I found they attempted to charge my card again in December, months after I cancelled. This is after they have refused to allow me to use the 3.5 hours that I have already paid for!! Even after cancellation, they charged my credit card in November, December, and January! This is so unprofessional and money-grabbing on their side!! Haley essentially called me a liar, refused to allow me to use my hours, did not own up to any mistakes that they have made on their end. If they make a mistake in the booking, they are completely happy to charge you for the hours. I arranged my schedule one day to come in for a micro derm facial. Low and behold, they did not have somewhere there that could do the facial. They talked me into doing a routine facial and a massage Nothing was done to make up for the mistake. Never did manage to get the microderm session. Do not trust this place. All they want to do is take your money. I'm sure they'll do their little tap dance when they respond.

First of all, with so much scamming and breach of security in some of the world's top companies (including banks), how can you possible think that it's ok to demand clients leave their credit cards "on file" in order to simply book an appointment??? That is unheard of!! I cannot think of one reputable company that would ask/keep your information such as that "on file". I get it that your time is money, and you feel the need to charge a client if they are a no show no cancellation but if your services are really that great, you're cliental should be established and cancellations should be minimal. And if a client DOES have to cancel for whatever reason, are you then at liberty to simply charge their credit card for a no show?? Sometimes that just goes with being a business owner. As for the staff, well, the experience I encountered from the owner was rude and impersonal. Instead of making a client feel like you're about to have this amazing experience, it was more cold, fake, rude (almost like an imposition) from the beginning of procedure to simple conversation. When you're clearly annoyed by someone asking about pricing, perhaps you should educate yourself on client etiquette. An eye roll response is NOT very professional!! This is a very personal experience. As an owner, you of all people, should be as equally invested in your clients as they are in your services. If you're not really interested in your clients, don't ask personal questions but more importantly, when the individual is in the middle of replying to your question (thinking you were genuinely interested), don't then greet another client and begin having a conversation with that person! RUDE RUDE RUDE!!!! Unfortunately, the fake vibes are very present.
