This was a spur of the moment impulse decision and I'm glad they had an opening for me. Snow, the manicurist, did my gel manicure and she knows what to do. She expertly gave my nails a much needed shaping, checked with me several times to ensure that I was pleased with her progress. Snow was friendly, attentive, and after her relaxing massage my nails really looked pretty and ready to kick off the summer looks. She's fast with quality experienced work. Absolute pleasure. Off to the Massage chair I went and found that I really needed it! Wayne did my pedicure. Friendly, gentle, and left my toes and heels so smooth. Oh, so relaxing. Wayne was detailed and ensure my toe nails were evenly shaped and removed dead skin too. I honestly didn't even feel him working on my cuticle, that's how gentle he worked. Great way to end the work week. It is an extremely peaceful friendly salon with reasonable competitive prices without the drama. Loved it! Plenty of parking in this plaza, too! I came to Sarasota for a business trip, and right at the airport my nail broke. I had a meeting the next day and needed to find a nail salon urgently. At that point, I didn't care who did my nails, I just needed them fixed. I found Nail Addict, walked in, and Marie did my nails while Emily did my pedicure. I absolutely loved Marie. She helped me remove my old nails and when I told her what color I wanted, she immediately went to the back to find it instead of pushing me to choose from the book. She is incredibly talented. I don't know if it's her technique or what it is, but she did my nails perfectly and beautifully. I'm even tempted to get them done again before I leave, even though I don't need to. I wish we had someone like her in Arizona. Emily was such a sweetheart too. She did my pedicure and it looks amazing. The place was also decorated so cute and it's in a beautiful area.

The worst French manicure I've ever received. I spent over $120 and expected much better quality…read more The cuticle work was extremely poor. No cuticle remover was used, so my dry cuticles were simply pushed back, which was painful and left them looking rough and uneven. There is polish all around my nails, the pink polish appears old and isn't opaque, leaving a streaky, bumpy finish, and the French tips are uneven and inconsistent. To make matters worse, the salon itself looked run-down, with several things appearing broken and outdated. Overall, the experience felt rushed and unprofessional, and the final result looks nothing like what I paid for. I left feeling disappointed and frustrated. For the price, I expected clean application, proper nail prep, and attention to detail. Unfortunately, I can't recommend this salon based on my experience.

Unfortunately, my last visit was very disappointing. Amy was rude, and this time I requested gel polish because I was going on a trip and wanted something long-lasting. I specifically asked her not to file over the gel because it thins it out and makes it less durable, but she still did it anyway. The gel manicure did not even last a week, which has never happened to me before with shellac or gel. My pedicure also started peeling within a week. Sadly, after this experience, I will not be returning.
