When I arrived I was told they couldn't do the procedure because I was on a certain medication. It would have been nice for them to 1: put this information on their website or 2: tell me at the time of making the appointment or 3: put this info on the paperwork I did online or 4: add this to the email confirmation. Although other med spas do not have this restriction it's their option to have it. If being on certain medications is their hard stop- they should let clients know. This tells me all I need to know about how they conduct business. I drove an hour for this place and I was planning for other procedures in the future, but no thanks.Then, on top of all of that, they couldn't figure out how to refund my deposit. I'm not interested in being their client.

I recently called to schedule an appt for a massage after a trip, and while they did not have an opening, the receptionist (also great) suggested a facial. I realized after changing climates, this was actually what I needed. Kellie was wonderful as always, completely attentive to my skin's needs, and I couldn't be happier with my freshly tightened and moisturized face. It was also extremely relaxing.

While the offices are in a business park, the massage suites are clean, quiet, relaxing, spacious, and comfortable. If you don't mind not paying extra to wait in spa themed waiting room, you will find their focus on your care and comfort more than worth the prices. I will definitely be back!

Buyer Beware - Misleading Promotion at Ageless Spa Center (5857 21st Ave W, Bradenton, FL)…read more I am sharing this to make others aware of a very disappointing and misleading experience at Ageless Spa Center in Bradenton, Florida. My daughter was visiting from out of state and wanted to try Botox. I came across a Facebook advertisement local to my home promoting the following: * First 10 units FREE * $10 per unit for the next 20 units (minimum 20 units) * Any additional units at $14 (instead of their usual $16) * $25 deposit required to "secure the appointment and lock in the promotional rate" There were no options to select different promotions--this was the only offer presented. I followed all steps exactly as advertised, paid the deposit, and shared the promo with 17 friends and family members, several of whom (including my daughter) booked the same way. At the appointment, after the ARNP reviewed placement and units, I explained I wanted the promo exactly as advertised: 10 free units and payment for the 20-unit minimum at $10/unit. I was then told they had "accidentally combined an old promo with a new one." I showed the ARNP the live Facebook promotion that was still actively running. He was clearly confused and called his supervisor. On speakerphone, the supervisor said, "That's not possible." The ARNP then: * Took photos of their active Facebook promo * Walked through the booking steps himself * Verbally confirmed, "This is what our site actually states" * Asked how he should handle it since this is what customers were being shown The response from management was that it was a "mistake" and that they would not honor the booked promotion. Instead, I was told I could choose one of two different promos--neither of which were presented or selectable during booking. Another manager (Roman) joined the call and: * Claimed they have "never had" a promo offering 10 free units plus $10/unit * Said it "doesn't make sense" * Flatly denied advertising what I was actively viewing and recording on their Facebook page At no point was there: * An apology * An attempt to make it right * Any effort to retain goodwill or salvage the experience The promotion was quietly corrected later that evening, but I have video recordings and screenshots of the original advertisement and booking process. Mistakes happen. What was most upsetting was not the error itself--but the refusal to acknowledge it, the denial of what was clearly being advertised, and the dismissive manner in which it was handled. I'm sharing this so others can make informed decisions and be cautious of click-bait style promotions that are not honored once you arrive and have already paid a deposit. This was particularly concerning given that the appointment was for a pre-cancerous spot that required attention. I found the decision to turn me away unnecessarily rigid and lacking compassion. While I was offered appointments the following day, I chose instead to seek a new provider who demonstrates greater care and consideration for their patients.

She was rude and as previous reviews state she micro-manages everything. Her personality is both drab and she seems miserable. Jolene was the esthetician that I was going to see, she was great and I looked forward to seeing her and receiving treatment. Customer service is important and the owner lacks a sense of understanding and to basically not believe me is unfair, I'm delivering the paperwork that I copied. I will not recommend this environment. Too many great places to go.
