I had no appointment but I walked in and Amy was quick to tell me she would assist me. I needed a Manicure and Pedicure after months of neglecting my hands and feet they needed some TLC. Amy was very professional and tender and caring at the same time. I had the "Essential" treatment for the Pedicure for $40 and a basic Manicure for men ($18). My total came to $58 and I was in and out in less than 45 minutes. I gave her a $15 tip cash (they prefer cash no tax that way). This was one of the best experiences I have had at this or other nail salons locally. read more

Not a great nail salon. Came in for a pedicure because I moved from a dry climate and needed a good exfoliation. Left with dead skin still on my feet and the polish job was sub par. Will not be returning here and was not impressed. read more

I posted on their own web site and noticed that everyone else received a response but none on my review. The best part of this place is Katie my technician now for 3 yrs However I wish she worked elsewhere The place can use some cleaning and other workers as well as the owner should show more respect for their patrons. Previously my biggest complaint was the fact that one in particular male technician when on break or waiting for another client, continues to listen to his phone without using earbuds. What's the deal?? It's an easy request. Just tonight he sat right next to me in a pedi chair listening to something in Vietnamese while I was trying to hear the TV which by the way play cooking stations ??? No relaxing music or TV shows. This place can certainly use "American" advice on how to accommodate their patrons. Unless I somehow find another "Katie" I guess I'll have to learn to deal. read more

I walked in without an appointment. There were plenty of nail techs so u didn't have to wait. I did a soak off & dip manicure. She did a great job. Is he took her time and made sure all the nails matched. Everyone was laid back and seemed friendly. Price was great, about $10 less than I normally pay. $42 pre-tip. read more

A good friend of mine's wife went in there to get her nails done, and they charged her waxing lips that they never told her they were gonna charge her for her for her eyebrows that she did not ask for didn't even do her the way she had showed them a picture to do their nails and then complained about massaging her legs because she hadn't shaved her legs and then told her to go home and shave her legs now that they were all done. do NOT go here. my friend wanted to get her nails done as she's going on a trip. she's a mom and as a mom it's important to have that quality time alone just taking time for yourself. the inspo pic she showed them was one nowhere near what she received. she then got her eyebrows waxed and they decided to tint her eyebrows, which she didn't ask for, and waxed her lip which again she never asked for. she asked for a leg massage and they rubbed her legs barely massaged her. we're disappointed in the service and treatment of customers. she could've gone somewhere BETTER for the same price and better results. disappointed and pissed aren't even the words. if you have expectations don't go here! read more

not sure what is going on with this place. I used them last year regularly and was satisfied. This winter I went in for a manicure and pedicure and was highly dissatisfied. They took me 30 minutes late for my appointment, rushed through my manicure and pedicure, and left me with bleeding cuticles. I will never go back. read more

Save your money. Went in on Saturday to have nail extensions and by Tuesday I had lost 75% of the nails. I had Katie. Would not recommend. My nail tech gave me the best spa pedicure with hot stone massage and a beautiful manicure. I wasn't pressured for upgrades, although I was asked, she accepted my decline to the suggestion. I like that the techs aren't overly talkative lol but they were friendly and that's what matters. I was not happy with my polish change. In between filing and buffing and sanding the technician never told me to wash my hands. She polished over the dust. She didn't smoothie nails after filing them they're all kinds of jagged underneath. I guess for $31 what can I expect. I will not be going there again. read more

I tend to frequent the high end salons back home for most of my mani/pedis, but I am not familiar with Bradenton and didn't know where a good salon was located. My husband and I like to share a pedicure for an afternoon date and I was pleased when we were greeted and seated together. There aren't many pedicure stations so I was worried they would break us apart from each other. The tech was friendly and didn't pressure me for upgrades or extras. He engaged in conversation through most of the procedure. It was a little warm inside the salon, however they did have an oscillating fan nearby to circulate the air. I would've preferred a little air conditioning, especially since I'm 8 months pregnant, but I suffered through alright. The establishment would benefit from a little makeover. My husband and i went here today to have a mani pedi. It's a good, clean place for a basic mani pedi. I suggest calling ahead if its in season. We did and were seated first before some walk ins. My mother and I walked-in as first timers and they were able to take us immediately for a mani/pedi. We had a husband and wife duo who were super friendly! The hot stone massage was amazing and the polish looked great. I finally removed the polish from my fingernails after 2.5 weeks because one was beginning to peel, which I find happens every time I use OPI brand (but 2.5 weeks is what's to be expected, so no complaints here). My second visit was a serious disappointment. The technician arrived a few minutes after my arrival and clearly was in a very bad mood. Her pedicure was poorly done: she barely clipped the nails, seemed annoyed when I wanted to explore several colors, she didn't file my nails and didn't push back the cuticle. She managed to do a brief massage and a few hot rocks. It was all so superficial and with the slightest effort. If I decide to return, I will avoid Victoria and ask for another technician. Let me say I am not a harsh reviewer- usually only come on to give places deserved good reviews to encourage business. I was so disappointed in a place where I have previously had good service. When I came in for a manicure, I didn't realize one of my hands up to my elbow had a thin layer of dirt on it from previous trip to Home Depot. When I realized, I let her know and she did nothing. It wasn't until she started rubbing moisturizer on at the end that I finally asked if I could please go wash it off before she did that. She thought it was funny. Additionally, I started having a coughing fit (getting over the sick) that was so bad I had tears streaming down my face. She ignored me then said, "Oh, sorry, we don't have water." Umm... what?!? I didn't need anything special- I hadn't even asked for water, but I did see another employee carrying in bottles of water to restock... Honestly, it was kind of strange how little they cared about my service. I usually keep quiet, smile and tip well, so this seemed very unwarranted. read more

I have gone to this salon few times in the past 6 months. Everytime I went the service would get worse.Couple days ago I went in with my mother in law for a pedicure. We were in and out of there within 30 minutes . The female technician that assisted me was going so fast it scared me. She looked miserable. My color ended up over the lines on my toes which she didn't clean off until I started doing it myself in front of her right before I left. The foot massage lasted maybe one minute. My mother in law had male technician and he finished her pedicure even sooner!!! I would understand if the place was busy and they needed to get to next customer . The place was quiet. As soon as they finished both of them disappeared in the back. Pedicures to me are so I can relax. I felt rushed and the opposite of relaxed. She cut into my cuticle too much because its sore now .
