I'm actually shocked by how unprofessional this establishment is. My true rating is zero stars. I booked 2 spa packages for my daughter and I because she was visiting for her birthday. I specifically asked for them not to contact her because it was a surprise, but they called and texted her confirmation requests - and for the wrong days no less which ruined the surprise and also caused confusion. Then the day of the appointment, they called her to say they would not be able to do one of the packages. No attempt was made to make it right and they didn't seem concerned that her birthday and our day was ruined. I sat in their cheap lobby for 2 hours so at least my daughter could have her services since we drove 45 minutes to get there. Terrible in every aspect. I wouldn't go there for any services even if they were free due to the level of unprofessionalism they seem to be content with providing. read more

Wonderful experience! As someone who has had many massages ‍ over the years, I must say at Ariel was incredible. He had great technique, and great pressure. He asked me if I had any areas that I wanted focused on, and I told him that I suffer from Headaches, Migraines, and also neck pain.
