So finally a technician, sent by the district manager, arrived and found that the tube that feeds…read morewater into the Spa was apparently twisted to such an extent that it didn't allow water to flow freely into the Spa. Hence, the control panel couldn't gage the amount of chemicals needed or anything else. So basically, someone put it together that way and shipped it off. My question is why would they deliver a Spa without knowing if it works properly in the first place. You are supposed to set it up, make sure it's functioning correctly or take it back or fix it if it doesn't but they started it and said there you go, we have your money and we don't care. All it took was for us to go to the shop in Sarasota twice, call them three times and expose them to the public to get it fixed. Now, when they delivered it they scratched the panel, so now to see how long that will take and how loud we have to be to get that fixed!
