This is very unprofessional as I was already driving to their place (I live 45 minutes away from the location) and they called to tell me that they took a walk-in instead. They should've told that person to come after my appointment not take them first. This is ridiculous. It was easy to book an appt, you can do it online, call, or text the number listed. The office was very clean and nicely put together. I especially loved that the "papertowel" roll in the bathroom was made from washcloths/towels that could be washed and reused.
