When we arrived, I advised the front desk attendant of my earlier call and the price quote and he confirmed that was correct. We then went to our spa rooms and waited at least 15 minutes before the massage therapists showed up. They then gave us a 1 hour massage, but when we went to the front to pay, a different attendant said we rec'd 75 minute massages and that the cost was $95 each + tax. We advised them we had made it very clear that we were getting 1 hour massaged and that we had confirmed the $75 price beforehand as well as upon our arrival. As we argued with the attendant, we noticed her English skills became progressively worse. We finally paid and left, but have filed a dispute with our credit card company. Apparentently, Magic Spa personnel thing it's fair to "bait and switch" their price quote or that it's fair to charge you for a 15 minute wait before your massage begins. WE WON'T GO BACK AGAIN!

For context, I've had over 200 massages from at least 100 different masseuses in the past 7 years, and she is hands down the best. I visited her 4 times, so it wasn't a fluke. And don't get me wrong, I've had many many great massages. But this is the top. Her hands are truly like magic. She doesn't follow a cookie cutter routine...she finds the spots that need work, and she targets them effectively. Michelle probably revealed 10 new "spots" on my body that need massaged, that no other masseuse has touched before. Her knowledge is top notch. I learned so much about my muscles and tendons just by asking her questions. I genuinely wanted to take the knowledge home with me because I'm afraid that no one else will ever be as good as her. The whole spa is awesome. The 4.9 Google rating is no joke. I booked an entire day of bliss for my fiancé (body wrap, massage, and facial) and she was delighted from beginning to end. She agreed that Michelle was awesome. She also received a massage from Elizabeth who did an excellent job. My fiancé was exceptionally pleased with both ladies' abilities to offer a true deep tissue massage.

I had a reflexology foot massage with Ella, and she did an incredible job. I have a pretty bad case of plantar fasciitis, and my feet are often achy and sore. Ella was attentive and really focused on the areas that needed extra care. She also massaged my neck, arms, and back, which was such a wonderful bonus. I felt absolutely amazing afterward--so much relief and relaxation! My husband had a back massage with Lily, and she was fantastic as well. She made sure to check in about the pressure and adjusted it to his comfort level. He was dealing with allergies and coughing quite a bit, and she thoughtfully offered him water multiple times, which we really appreciated. Her attentiveness and professionalism made a big difference. The pricing was very reasonable, and we loved that there was no pressure to purchase extras or upgrades--just genuine, quality service. We both left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and very satisfied. We'll definitely be coming back!

When I arrived I was told they couldn't do the procedure because I was on a certain medication. It would have been nice for them to 1: put this information on their website or 2: tell me at the time of making the appointment or 3: put this info on the paperwork I did online or 4: add this to the email confirmation. Although other med spas do not have this restriction it's their option to have it. If being on certain medications is their hard stop- they should let clients know. This tells me all I need to know about how they conduct business. I drove an hour for this place and I was planning for other procedures in the future, but no thanks. Then, on top of all of that, they couldn't figure out how to refund my deposit. I'm not interested in being their client.

Then they called me back not even a minute later to say that the person wants a 90 minute massage and that they cannot do my 1:30 appointment after all. This is very unprofessional as I was already driving to their place (I live 45 minutes away from the location) and they called to tell me that they took a walk-in instead. They should've told that person to come after my appointment not take them first. This is ridiculous. I will never recommend this business and I suggest that if you don't want the same thing to happen to you then you don't go there either.
