Don't hurt the business of the salon you didn't go to. I am a long time customer of the Lavish next to Whole Foods and I can say everyone there is very professional and careful. These poor reviews I am seeing on Yelp are not about this salon, but are written in the wrong place on Yelp.

I returned to the shop Thursday to get the nail fixed and I was met with a terrible experience. My initial nail tech was Julie, however Julie must not work on Thursday since she was not in the shop when I went to get my nail fixed. Instead I was assigned to Lyly to fix my one nail, she was incredibly rude. She repeatedly asked me why I didn't come into the shop the following day for Julie to fix my nail. I wasn't aware of Julie's schedule, I just wanted my nail fixed. Lyly continued to be extremely rude for the entirety of the appointment and she visibly did not want to fix my nail. She made comments about the color and length of my nails and was unnecessarily rude. This was disappointing since I've been coming into the shop twice a month for years.
