I had gotten a pedicure and was shocked at the reasonable price in comparison to most places. If you're looking for the basic pedicure with gel polish, I highly recommend this place. Basic pedicure was $28, with gel polish $38. What I liked most about the services was the attention to detail with the cleaning in a pedicure and the foot exfoliating in the areas needed. You're not going to get the extra leg scrub, warm towel wrap, or the hot wax. If that's what you're looking for, you may want to go elsewhere. I wanted the simple cleaning, exfoliating, light massage, and gel polish. I would definitely return as a regular customer with their affordable prices and specifically, the attention to detail, as mentioned before. My only reason for not giving it a 5 star was because of their limited selection of nail polish colors. read more

Betty does a fabulous job on my nails and my husband loves going there . She takes her time and give really good hand massage lol.

Betty has been doing my mani- pedi for a couple of years . She is amazing and always does an beautiful job... Not sure what the other reviewer saw, but the salon is clean and well maintained. All of the tools used are sterilized and the pedicure sinks are always scrubbed between customers. Make an appointment with Betty and you will not be disappointed! read more

Never again. The guy that did my nails was extremely rude and made me feel as if I were bothering him for the entire time I was there. Had he not already glued my nail tips on I would have left, but at that point it was a hostage situation. My nails are uneven in length & shape. I had to immediately shape & repolish my self once I got home. What a shame. Go to Best Nails in the Kohls plaza. They are the best. This place is awful. read more

My wife and I have been going to Lucky Nails for years, both previous and present locations. Kevin, Tina and Betty are all excellent and a pleasure to deal with. Kevin primarily does manicures, while Tina and Betty are both proficient in manicures and pedicures. Tina is also a licensed masseuse and gives wonderful massages. If you are someone that likes to talk allot at the salon, Betty speaks the most English so book an appointment with her. They consistently remodel and upgrade / replace their equipment and decor every few years. They also are very hygienic, utilizing tube liners and gloves. They scrub and disinfect the stations and equipment after each appointment, which is something you always wonder about at other establishments. If you want a nice relaxing mani/pedi, this is the place. They take their time and don't rush you out the door. Prices are very reasonable as well. read more

I'm visiting my parents here on spring break and for a cool day we decided to get our nails done. Everyone was very nice, but I was surprised based on the other reviews how unhygienic the salon was. There were nail clippings on the station I was at, and the tools they used came straight from their drawer which leads me to assume they don't use any sterilizer, etc. The rest of the salon was dusty and dirty as well. My mom got a polish change on her toes and some oil they put on ruined the polish so they had to re-do them and still charged her. That being said our nails do look good so if you're willing to look past that they did a quick and good job. read more
