I like to start with the positives. The nail salon is clean. Unfortunately, that is where the positives end. The customer service was not friendly or customer oriented at all from the time I began the pedicure to paying for my services. Actually, when checking out, I'd say the gentleman was a bit rude and never even said thank you. Manager was rude! The women doing nails was awesome. They water down their gel , she wanted a new bottle because my nails were weak. He grabbed it out of her hand and yelled at her not in English. She told me she would put 3 coats on . They need 6 . Not her fault she needs her job . When I said something to him about his handle of her , He laughed and said , " I know what I'm doing!" What started off as a great gel rock pedicure after a 12 hr shift in the operating room on my feet all day, quickly turned into a waste of money and hugely disappointing experience. I checked out at 630pm $75 w/ a $10 tip. Get home and my gel has no shine, is rough to the touch and has fallen off all but 3 toe nails WHAT IN THE WORLD! Mind you it is 730 when I noticed! This is absolutely pitiful and I'll be going back to get my $$ back and never going again. John was the gentlemen that took care of me. Got a pedicure and a full set manicure. They turned out great and service was nice, but they didn't push back or trim my cuticles with my manicure and there was still a lot that could be done for my feet as far as the pumice stone goes. Also, my services were $130 (before tip)... a little steep in my opinion. If I didn't feel like they overcharged me I would go back, I just expect to get an out of the park mani pedi for $130 read more

My friend and I had mani/pedis; they were experienced, efficient and great customer service. I had dip on natural nails I am not sure if it was their method of application or me being tough on my nails but nearly all started chipping within three days; I ended up breaking four nails by the weeks end. A service business should be required to inform a parent of a minor any additional charges that are not originally "contracted" and these additional services should not be given without consent of a guardian. They massacred my hands. Cut my fingers and caused bleeding on four fingers. Unbelievable. A man did my manicure. Didn't use cuticle cream, doesn't know what he is doing. Horrible experience. I left with blood literally running down my arm. I see that management posted this was a fake review. It is not. The manager and my technician know what I'm saying is true because they ran to get me antiseptic drops and cotton pads just before I left. I don't know what is worse.... Beware of new policy sent in a text and email to clients that states they now prefer 'cash' instead of credit card payments and if you choose to pay by credit card, you have to pay a $2 fee. This is outrageous. I'm a good repeat client that tips well. This place used to be better. Great experience for an out of towner at Coco. I hadn't have not had my nails done since Covid but my nails grew to an incredible length and I was trying to keep them. I've been going here for a couple months now and I absolutely love it!!! Each time I've gotten exactly what I asked for or even better which made me feel confident enough to ask for a very intricate design of a scorpion. Paul did my nails and also gave me a great pedicure, I was so happy with the results. But no matter who you get there they all do amazing! I wanted to give five stars. I came here because I personally know loyal clients who always get their nails done here. My manicure and pedicure turned out nice. I gave three stars because there's an attitude that didn't feel welcoming. I honestly felt criticized for not wanting to get acrylic and be natural with my color choice. Some of us ladies like being natural. Saying remarks to the other clients by my side "we love longs nails.." Probably saying more in their language. Not worth $100 of my hard earned money. read more

Not quite sure what went wrong but they were sticky-tacky, not shiny, no top coat I suppose and the SNS dip was lumpy on both thumbs. Had to file and attempt to correct at home. Person who did them was a bit rude as well. Added a top coat at home - for $50 bucks no thanks. Have been going to coco nails for quite awhile.I have to say I was so disappointed this week.I went in Wednesday for a manicure and pedicure.I had a new girl because the one I've always used was recently fired.When I was done I let my nails dry for 15-20 minutes.Went shopping and realized in no time my nails were smudging and looked terrible.Left a message and returned to the salon the following morning to have them fixed.Told Anna I did not know the color she said to go pick it out.I picked a color that looked close and Told Dave I do not know which color it is and he told me the tech would match it for me.Sat down with tech who smelled like he just smoked a few cigarettes.I explained to him that I don't know what color it is.He took polish off 5 nails that were bad.All the time he was talking to someone on his cell phone and didn't seem interested in helping me.He proceeded to polish my nails with the wrong color.After doing 2nails I said this is the wrong color.Look at how different it is.He said that's why you should know the name of the color.I found him to be very rude and besides that he polished the wrong color and didn't look to correct it (just ignored the obvious color difference)told me go dry your nails.Didn't walk me to the dryer or put it on.I sat there for twenty minutes to assure they would dry.Not one person asked if I was happy with the outcome or anything.Left there with a horrible manicure and felt so dissatisfied and completely ignored. read more

I went to get a fill and I asked to keep them the same shape and length. She proceeded to file them down into a SUPER narrow coffin shape. I have never seen a worse shape, it looked pointy. It was also $55 for a fill? I usually pay 35 other places. When I got home I had to file them down so short and they just look awful. Will not be coming back. read more
