Manager was rude! The women doing nails was awesome. They water down their gel , she wanted a new bottle because my nails were weak. He grabbed it out of her hand and yelled at her not in English. What started off as a great gel rock pedicure after a 12 hr shift in the operating room on my feet all day, quickly turned into a waste of money and hugely disappointing experience. I checked out at 630pm $75 w/ a $10 tip. Get home and my gel has no shine, is rough to the touch and has fallen off all but 3 toe nails WHAT IN THE WORLD! Mind you it is 730 when I noticed! This is absolutely pitiful and I'll be going back to get my $$ back and never going again. John was the gentlemen that took care of me. Got a pedicure and a full set manicure. They turned out great and service was nice, but they didn't push back or trim my cuticles with my manicure and there was still a lot that could be done for my feet as far as the pumice stone goes. Also, my services were $130 (before tip)... a little steep in my opinion. If I didn't feel like they overcharged me I would go back, I just expect to get an out of the park mani pedi for $130 read more

I had dip on natural nails I am not sure if it was their method of application or me being tough on my nails but nearly all started chipping within three days; I ended up breaking four nails by the weeks end. A service business should be required to inform a parent of a minor any additional charges that are not originally "contracted" and these additional services should not be given without consent of a guardian. They massacred my hands. Cut my fingers and caused bleeding on four fingers. Unbelievable. A man did my manicure. Didn't use cuticle cream, doesn't know what he is doing. Horrible experience. I left with blood literally running down my arm. I see that management posted this was a fake review. It is not. The manager and my technician know what I'm saying is true because they ran to get me antiseptic drops and cotton pads just before I left. I don't know what is worse.... Great experience for an out of towner at Coco. I hadn't have not had my nails done since Covid but my nails grew to an incredible length and I was trying to keep them. I cautiously went in but felt very comfortable- all had masks and gloves on. There were shields at the manicure station. Each time I've gotten exactly what I asked for or even better which made me feel confident enough to ask for a very intricate design of a scorpion. I gave three stars because there's an attitude that didn't feel welcoming. I honestly felt criticized for not wanting to get acrylic and be natural with my color choice. Not quite sure what went wrong but they were sticky-tacky, not shiny, no top coat I suppose and the SNS dip was lumpy on both thumbs. Had to file and attempt to correct at home. Person who did them was a bit rude as well. Added a top coat at home - for $50 bucks no thanks. Take my business elsewhere. **Update Dave did call me and offered to make things right- which I appreciate. The guy doing my nails took time to explain the process, as well as spent extra time doing my nails to make sure they looked amazing. Awful experience, my nail tech kept coughing and coughing ,and when I went out to my car and go to mask and I came in, they were all laughing !!!
