Amazing customer service! It was a recommendation as me and two coworkers were looking for a nail salon at 6 pm. They do take walk ins, but if you're able to make a reservation it would be preferred as they are busy. I wanted a gel mani with a design and they did not disappoint. I showed the nail tech the exact design I wanted, and she took the time to color match to ensure the polish was correct. I went back again two days later and got the Angels Pedicure. It's a 70 minute volcano spa with an additional 5 minute neck and arm massage. I left there feeling so relaxed. It's a very casual vibe, nothing too fancy about the salon but service is what makes this business. The prices are extremely reasonable, the gel manicure was $65 and the pedicure was reduced down to $60. The original price on the menu states $70. read more

Not only is this the prettiest salon I've seen, their service is excellent. They run on time, and I'm always offered water when I get settled in the chair. We had three pedicure appointments for 2:30. Not only they took us 30 minutes late but we all couldn't sit by each other. We were all spread out. We have never been here before. One of us sits down and the lady didn't offer what kind of pedicures they have and just started on her toes. Her pedicure lasted only 20 minutes rather than 50. The lady thought she would just speak up and ask her any minute but before she knew it her toes were painted and she was done. I picked the pedicure with the longest massage and the technician massages for 2 minutes each foot max. This is definitely not worth $55. read more

Have been getting dip manicures for years. Tried this place for the first time and unfortunately am very disappointed. They sanded my nails down and applied the gel topcoat over the dust. I have added pictures below where you can see the dust trapped under the clear coat. Looks like sparkles from afar, but it is most certainly dust. I have been to Angel Spa many times. In recent visits I've notice a decline in cleanliness and customer service. I went in for a pedicure. While receiving my service, I was cut pretty badly. When I pointed out that I was bleeding, my tech didn't say anything, just threw my foot back in the water. When she took my foot back out of the water it was still bleeding. She attempted to a band aide the size of a dime of the cut. My foot was wet and still bleeding so the band aide would not stick. It eventually fell off so she just grabbed cotton and stuck it to the side of my foot. She said "sorry" once. I asked to speak to the manager and she replied, "manager not here," told me the total and that was it. Needless to say I will not be back. read more

Came to the salon to get a dip on my nails and then ended up getting a pedicure as well. Mini did my dip nails and Tammy did my pedicure. Both were great! The pedicure was so relaxing and included a leg scrub and massage. She did a great job on the polish too. I'll definitely be back! Mini did my nail dip. First And Last Visit! Very disappointed. I got my lashes done here by the owner (Mimi or someone) and I have to say it was a complete waste of Money! First of all, you shouldn't do someone's lashes if you already know that their lashes are thin or short to only get MONEY. I was charged $120 for lashes that I can barely notice are there. She didn't even try to make me happy even after I expressed to her how disappointed I was. Her reply, "You don't have any lashes." Well, I'm sure you knew that before you began the service. I am sad to say that after 16 years of coming to this nail salon that I will no longer return as a long time customer. My last visit I was told that Chloe would not do my nails because she did not want to use a clipper on my cuticles, but instead use a drill. My longtime nail tech Minnie came to me while I was still in the chair getting a pedicure to tell me this news. She did not remove all of the old material from my last gel manicure which I could see after she did my new gel manicure, along with cutting them too short which made getting a french manicure (I always get french) impossible. During my pedicure Helen made my big toe bleed which did not make me want to put it back in the water (came home and immediately soaked in peroxide). Their service over the last couple of years has diminished so much as to disappoint me to no end. Now I must trek about to find a new salon and hope that I find one to my liking. read more

Mini, one of the store owners, took care of me personally and made sure my nails were just the way i wanted them. You know what sounds like fun? Going to a nail salon where no one seems to know how to do nails. My friend and I made appointments here, she got a pedicure and I waited to have a regular manicure. I was waiting for a while and an older woman approached me telling me to sit in the pedicure seat. I told her I wasn't getting a pedicure and she just stood there looking at me. Another woman told me to sit at the nail area. The older woman came and began filing my nails. My natural nails were long and I asked that she trimmed them and kept them square. I should have suspected something was wrong because she did not seem to understand what I was saying. Needless to say, she started filing my nails down and completely ruined them. They were not at all square and were jagged. I was annoyed but stupidly thought maybe they'd look ok with polish. I was wrong. She went to paint my nails without pushing my cuticles down or cutting them. When I asked her to do so, she did not understand. Her daughter answered for her and told me she was scared to cut my cuticles because she didn't want to make me bleed. I'm sorry, what?! Is that not a regular part of getting a manicure?? I should have ran, but again I thought they'd look ok with polish. When she was done painting my nails I was horrified. They looked like a 5 year old did them. They were lumpy and she piled so much polish on there was no way they would have dried. I was super pissed and told her to take the polish off. Her daughter ran over and said if I waited for her to finish she would fix my nails. I said no thank you, just take off the polish because I'm leaving. She said she was sorry, that her Mom was "helping out" because they were busy. Thats unacceptable. No one should be touching anyone if they don't know what they are doing. I would have rather waited for an actual nail technician had I known. This place would not be open if they were located in NY pulling that crap. Do not go here unless you feel like wasting your time. I did my own nails at home and they looked 100% better than when I was at that salon. read more

The color selection of regular nail polishes is abysmal. Only OPI, barely any Essie, and only bright or dark colors (no neutrals). I did notice a ton of gel nail polishes in the back, though. The pedicure itself was fine. It's $25 for their standard pedicure, which includes a scrub, callous remover, oil massage, and hot stones. The technician doing my toes was very pleasant and kept making sure i was satisfied. The part that turned me way off was when they used a kitchen rag post-massage to steam my calves/feet. I don't know if it was the cloth or the tub itself (which she had drained in the meantime), but all of a sudden all I could smell was dirty feet (on a scale of 1-10 of stink -- 9). So that was gross. And because of that wouldn't come back here. read more
