The receptionist,Christina, was very accommodating about my appointment. They have several staff, so I was able to get in when I wanted. Randy was very gentle, as I have sensitive skin and did a great job with my mani-pedi. I NEVER write reviews, this is a first. I went to the salon a few days ago after being recommended by a friend. The salon is beautiful and for the most part all the techs seemed pleasant. Mines was not! If you are having a "bad day" stay home, don't bring your attitude to work, Nancy. I don't expect a therapy session, just some polite conversation to make the hour pass. Four went in and four floated out. We went in for nail service, 2- acrylics, 1- dip and 1- mani/pedi. Prices were reasonable. The service was terrific. All the employees were great. I am a short nail gal, but my nails have lasted longer than ever. The girl in the chair next to me was going out of the country the next day, so she had long nails that the guy technician had painted designs on and even crafted two frogs for her. She walked out with nails that looked like they came off a magazine page. The vibe in the salon was welcoming, professional and made us feel relaxed for the entire time. This past time, I also decided to try having eye lash extensions put on by Cami after talking to one of the shop owners (Kristine). I have very, very short/small, almost non-existent natural lashes and I've been told in the past by other businesses, that my tiny lashes cause the extensions to fall off quickly and are difficult to apply a full set properly. I talked to Cami at Celebrity Nails about my options and she skillfully and patiently applied a full lash set for me that looks full, soft and natural. She stayed much later than her regular shift to work on them and to assure that my lashes looked their best before I walked out the door. She is really friendly, listens to your needs and seems to be a perfectionist who takes great pride in her work. You won't be sorry that you've given this salon a try for any of their services. I have been going to this nail salon for a few weeks and they suggested that I do Gel X because I wanted to grow out my natural nail. The goal was to grow them out, eventually take off the gel X and have my natural nails healthy and strong. Today was the day I've been waiting for to finally reveal all the progress and growth I have made by coming to the salon consistently. I was greeted with a nail tech I have never met before, told him I would like to get my Gel X removed to do regular gel polish. Instead of soaking my nails to remove the Gel X, he RIPS THEM OFF COMPLETELY AND IT RIPPED MY NATURAL NAIL LENGTH DOWN TO MY FINGER!!!!!!! INSTEAD OF SOAKING THEM TO KEEP THEM HEALTHY AND LONG!!!!!! I was so disappointed and sad. All the progress and the money I spent at this salon was for nothing. And they cut my skin twice. It's really unfortunate because I really loved the work they had done on me previously from this experience. I hope everyone else has a better nail journey than I did at this salon. read more

I have been having pedicures here for years. I have always been happy with the results until now. A very sweet older tech performed my pedi today. All seemed to go well, so I thought. I looked down at my toes from standing and they looked fine. There was some residual polish on my cuticles and around my nails and upon taking a closer look, I realized it was not a good job. Not even satisfactory. Not sure why polish is missing on several toe nails. I am so disappointed and with leaving tomorrow I do not have time to go back for a correction. I will look much closer the next time I get a pedi but I won't be going back to Celebrity Nail. :( Photos are not great but you can see it near the cuticle and btw I only used my finger nail to clean my toe cuticles up. read more

I was going to this salon since they opened and they have great nail technicians but they charged me $100 for a french manicure I had for my nails and toenails which was shocking to me! Never in the last 30 years have I ever been charged so much money! Watch it...as the technicians do sneaky things like talking you into additional services without telling you they'll be charging you for every little item! I don't appreciate being nickel dimed and price-gouged so I will not be going back and honestly I don't think the owner cares as all she cares about is volume/numbers not the customer!! read more

I went here for a dip 3 times and once for a pedicure. The last 2 times I requested Karen or Christine, based on reviews but they put me with random guys. One guy was nice but the leg massage was agony and my nails weren't great. The other guy did okay the 1st time but the next time he did my dip, it didn't last as long as usual and all of them popped off completely by 3-1/2 weeks. That has never happened in over 4 years of getting dips. I want to find one nail tech that I can count on and not get stuck with whoever, so I moved on to another place in the same shopping center, and they are awesome! read more

The pedicure was less than relaxing ... normally they massage your feet and legs... none of that happened ... the best part was the massage chair. I made an appt Thursday for a full set of acrylics for me & a full set for my sister-in-law. I absolutely loved my nails, and how the nail tech took the time to perfect them. However, the nails were so weak. Friday, I was pulling my blankets because they were tangled, and my middle nail broke off. Today, I hit the edge of my fridge and my thumb nail broke off, and it even broke my real nail in half. That has never happened to me, in all the years I've been getting acrylics.
