I went 3 times and now I'm done. The first time my girlfriend and I went with scheduled appts. Gets started on time and mine was 20 minutes behind. However, my guy did one of the best pedicures I had so I was hooked and even though I waited was super happy. The 2nd time I went my husband and I both started almost 25 minutes late! I mean seriously? It was the holidays I understand but I had Rez at 6 in Sarasota only 30 minutes away and ! I booked a 4pm pedicure! Unacceptable! Don't make Rez wait! The "other" guy sucked. He apologized but now I'm rushed and told him I needed them short! Did. Get that...nope! Exfoliation sucked. Then a 3rd time since I had a Christmas certificate from my husband. This one was prob the worst. Same damn guy and he left my nails long, barely exfoliated and now one week later need another pedicure?! Really?! No more...I'm happy to go elsewhere. read more

Wanted to get my nails done really last minute, I called them up and asked if they could take a walk in for two. They said yes and once arrived they got us into chairs immediately. The nail salon was very clean, cozy and cute inside. The man who did my pedicure recommended the tropical pedi, it was soooo amazing. They massage your feet and legs with frozen oranges !! I have to admit, I was a bit nervous when I called and was told my regular nail tech no longer worked there. The individual that took my call assured me they had someone that could do as good or a better job and asked me to come in. I did. As I sat there, info began to unfold that the salon had recently sold (sometime right after my last appointment, December 1st). I am happy to say that pedicure was wonderful. I'm embarrassed to say I don't have the gentleman's name that did my pedicure to recognize him here. However, the nail tech, Sue, who did my nail fill was superb! Wow! Clean and bright atmosphere with amazing service! We made an appointment for 4 people - 4 manicures and 3 pedicures. For the pedicures we were seated together right away and had an amazing experience. All the nail artists took their time and were great. Manicures were 2 regular gel, 1 gel design and 1 dip design. This is long overdue. Two part review here.. one bad and one great! My visits were great with Wawa, over the past several months. However, last month. My daughter was given a nail tech, a younger man who, sadly to say, he did, an unbelievable horrible pedicure. I am not about shaming the tech, but hopefully, take this as constructive criticism and do better. Also for the staff to offer better customer service after a complaint. I took my daughter for her birthday. I wish I had gotten the techs name, younger man with black framed glasses... when they read this, they may remember us. After her pedicure was completed, my daughters feet looked gross and worst than when she went in! The dry skin on her feet was peeling, all around and in between her toes... I've never seen anything so bad after a pedicure! Her nail tech applied the callus gel, but did not properly scrub it off. I don't think he scrubbed at all. They looked awful. He also left old polish on the sides of her toenails that was still visible after he applied the new polish. When my daughter said something to another staff member, she gave her a scrubbing loofa to take, and do it herself. So I spent $40 for her to have a nice pedicure as part of her birthday to relax and enjoy, that looked awful and she had to to fix her own pedicure! I was embarrassed for her and felt so bad that her first visit to a salon I was bragging about and her birthday pedicure was simply, Soooo disappointing! Bad customer service did not exist that day! On a positive note, I do love my guy and he does a great job.. Wawa gets 5 stars! The nail tech that did a terrible pedicure and also the staffer that handed her a loofa to fix their mistake gets 0 stars if I could give it! They did not offer, even a discount off of a future visit. That would have been nice, to say the least. They offered to fix it after he finished with his client but we had other birthday plans and could not stay. To give a kind word to Wawa, my fabulous nail tech... always have had a great pedicure with Wawa! He gives an amazingly long massage every single time I go! read more

I work at a breakfast place so Sunday was super busy and I did not get out of work until 4:30 p.m. They closed at 3:30 so go figure! I thought to message them in Facebook because I need a nail emergency. Lo and behold, they responded to me! I told them about my nail situation (FOUR BROKEN NAILS and I had JUST gotten them done a week ago - dip powder) and that I had to work again on Monday and I will not be able to get to the salon until 5:45-6. Well I got there at 5:45 and they were all there waiting for me!!! I felt so bad because they could have gone home earlier, but I am SO grateful they are open until 6:30. well let's start off i was supposed to get a fill and usually when you get a fill there are chunks of the nail that are falling off you're supposed to trim off he painted over with acrylic which means my nails are now more prone to fall off earlier than expected secondly he did the bare minimum I got a French tip with a clear polish as the base he did one coat and you can see straight through my ugly ass nails I then asked for stars which made them 10 times more worse and I knew they were talking smack because I translated it because my boyfriend is Korean! NEVER GO TO THE GUY THAT SITS AT DESK NUMBER 1!! read more

I will never go back to this salon. I asked them to use the dip powder on my nails. I needed two tips put on and the nail tech left them considerably longer than my other nails even when I asked him to cut them down more. After one week I had a crack in one of my nails. I went back for them to fix it. The color did not match, another tip had to go on and it was left longer again, and I was charged for them to fix it. Now it's been two and a half weeks. Every single nail is cracked. I've been getting my nails dipped for years and have never had such a terrible job done. read more

Worst gel nail manicure I've ever had. I asked if they use Shellac (CND) and was told they do. Chipped in many places day 2. I went back and they re did those nails. I left there and discovered three of them were very rough on the edges. They kept catching. Nails were a mess in just three more days so I decided to take it off. I have done this many times with OPI and Shellac without a problem. I don't know what they used but I'm having a terrible time getting it off and my nails are quite damaged. Stay clear. read more

My whole experience here was fabulous. My nail technician was amazing, very competent and knew what he was doing. The massage chairs are very comfortable, and very relaxing. He never made me feel rushed at all, like he was trying to hurry up and get to someone else. I love the way my pedicure came out, it looks really good.
