I've been going to Venice Day Spa for about three years for a mani, pedi, and skin care. The services are the best I've experienced compared to other places I've used in Venice. And I really appreciate the front desk team as they are diligent to schedule services when I need them, and they are always friendly and engaging. This week, Franki helped me get services scheduled for the next few months, and I'm grateful for that! read more

$110 for a BASIC pedicure. I have to keep writing to post this review but seriously, it was a basic pedicure for over $100. Actually, it was LESS than basic: no foot massage, no callus removal and the chair was VERY uncomfortable. read more

Best Spa in town!!!! I have had several services there and they were all wonderful experiences.

Everyone deserves a 2nd chance so today, on my birthday, I went back for a Margarita pedicure. It was absolutely wonderful, as was Azuree (my nail tech) and the rest of the crew. Definitely found my "go to" and will be back on a regular basis. Thank you Azuree for the awesome pedicure and thank you Heidi for reaching out to me. The salon is beautiful and all that were there were very friendly and welcoming!! read more

Just found this little gem. I am so glad I did!! The entire spa is newly appointed. They just opened this location in September 2020 (though they've been in business for 25 years at another location). It's beautiful and relaxing. The staff at the front desk are so welcoming and pleasant. Jeanie provided my facial. Hands down best facial I've ever had! She's the best! I will be back. I plan to bring my Mom and my Aunt with me next time! How have I not known about this place before now? I finished up my facial and inquired about a mani/pedi. They were able to fit me in with Azuree. She is capable and awesome with services she provides as well! I am completely satisfied with everything about this spa. Try it!! You will not be disappointed! read more

Great massage by Jeannie. Executed so well. She is as kind as she is talented. The facility itself is beautiful and exceptionally clean. Would recommend highly. read more

Had me eyelashes tinted and my brows shaped and tinted. Leigh was great. I am very happy with my brows.

Got a great haircut from Christine. Lovely shop, really clean, terrific COVOD protocols, I will def go back.

I get massages on a regular basis and was in dire need of one during a trip to Venice. I found Venice Day Spa and had a wonderful massage from Tammy. It was medium/deep pressure and super relaxing. I feel like a new person! read more

What an awesome experience. Gorgeous new location and tasty tea!!! My service was a simple brow and lash tint, but I left feeling relaxed and special. Leigh was wonderful and I cannot wait to go back for one her facials! read more

I was going to Venice to visit my parents and knew I'd want a facial while in town. I checked the reviews here and finally decided on Venice Day Spa - I am so glad I did! They text an appointment confirmation, which I love. And, they also told me my GPS might send me the wrong way so they made sure I knew where to go. When I arrived I was a little surprised because the place is primarily a hair salon. I assumed it was more about spa treatments than hair. Carrie(sp) came up to get me and take me to the room. I wondered if my facial would be relaxing with all the activity right outside the treatment room door. Surprisingly it was super quiet! She gives an excellent facial. Soothing, relaxing and pampered my sensitive and dry skin. She also gave me a wonderful hand and foot massage. I will book another facial with Carrie the next time I'm in town. She is fantastic! read more

Dolores was super and my massage was perfect. Very relaxing atmosphere and check in glad were so friendly.

Such a nice little spa! I made a last minute hair appointment while vacationing in Venice and Cynthia was awesome. She really asked a lot about my life/normal hair care and gave me a cut that worked so well for me to be able to maintain, and it looked great! Definitely will recommend her and this salon to others! read more

Really nice experience with my mom and sister. We all had mini facials and massages. Service was great quality and they were very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely go back next time I'm here on vacation! read more

I have used their services twice. On both occasions I have found the staff to be cold and snobby. The staff never smiles and gives off the impression they would much rather be anyplace else than assisting you. Very overpriced, very cold, very unfriendly. read more

First time there today! Reception was incredibly welcoming! My appointment was scheduled for a soft perm/beach wave with Galina. I have read her reviews and I assumed she was knowledgeable and professional. She was BEYOND. She took one look at my hair and said "no perm for you"!!! Your hair is brittle and it will not be good for you! She offered a nice cut and some natural highlights and root color. She said "I will put a curl product in your hair and you will have your perm!" She was fabulous - honest and professional! She offered a product that will give me the beach wave curl without the damaging perm. Perfect! I'm extremely satisfied. I do believe the rates were high - but as the saying goes...you get what you pay for! I got excellence! 5 star for this young lady! read more

Scheduling here is horrible. I made an appointment 3 weeks ago. They scheduled my appointment on the wrong month! Also, they don't offer the service I made the appointment for! I found out when I came in for my appointment... Not cool. I only came here because I was given a gift card (which they won't refund). I ended up having to reschedule a few weeks later. I got the champagne pedicure, which was amazing, but I don't think I will be a return customer. I'm giving them 3 stars because I like the pedicure and the lady at the front desk was so nice. read more

An incident with an employee was handled with professional courtesy. My fees were waived and I received apologies from the Manager and owner who offered additional services which I respectfully and gratefully decline as I am not out to get something for free. All I wanted was them to address the issue with the employee which they did. I appreciate them responding and taking the time to immediately resolve the issue. read more

I had a scrub and massage by Julie at the spa a few weeks ago. I have had at least 50 massages and she was the BEST I have ever had. She gave the perfect deep massage without going too deep. It was so relaxing but therapeutic at the same time. I can't wait to go back. The entire staff was super nice. read more

Me and my husband went here for a massage and we were both blown away by how amazing it was. If we're ever back in Venice we'll definitely be making an appointment. read more

This place is amazing! I can't say enough wonderful things about Karrie. I was there for professional waxing and she did a wonderful job. She took her time to make sure she covered all of her bases. She was engaging and easy to talk to. I also had my eyebrows tinted and I am so happy with the out come. I am a customer of Karrie's for life! read more

I would like to say that Venice Day Spa has responded with an apology. Thank you! My sister loves this spa and all I was trying to do is send her a gift card for her birthday.I am satisfied with the out come. Thank you again Heidi for your kindness. read more

I love everybody at this spa. You walk in and see miss Valerie's smiling face. In the very few minutes you have to wait you are greeted by every other smiling face in there. Sherri does my nails. Azure does my toes and miss jeane does my hair. These ladies and the rest of the staff are the best. I won't go anywhere else. I highly recommend to anyone that truly wants to be pampered to try Venice Day Spa. read more

Very nice place with courteous professional staff. I recommend Venice Day Spa, you won't be disappointed.

Was visiting Venice on spring break and decided to treat myself to a massage. I booked a 90 minute and it was amazing!! Small quiet room with calming music. The massage itself was fantastic. Highly recommend!! read more

I have been a loyal customer of Venice Day Spa for many years so of course I am disappointed about recent events. I usually get follow-up appointments every 4 weeks, but this time they had nothing in 4 weeks so I scheduled a 5 week app't and asked to be on a cancellation list. Could not tolerate my hair after the 4 weeks and was again told still no appointments so I gave up and went somewhere else. Customer loyalty apparently means nothing to Venice Day Spa. I am not convinced they tried very hard to fit me in to a cancellation. I adore my stylist, so feel badly, but will not be back. read more

The staff at Venice Day Spa are so nice. Fun and lively atmosphere. Had an awesome deluxe massage from Julie today and Ms. Jeanne does a fabulous job on my hair. Would recommend to anyone. They are a full service day spa from kid cuts to mani pedi. And offer packages for those hard to buy for people. read more

Had a leg wax here recently and I regret to report that their methods are not sanitary. I realized toward the end of the service that Tiffany had used the same dip stick throughout the service. What if the client before me had had a bikini wax? Makes me sick to think about the germs in that wax pot. Additionally when I arrived, no one was at the front desk, no one asked if they could help me though several of the stylists and even Tiffany with whom I had an appointment passed by the reception area, looked at me and did not offer to help. Obviously will never go back. read more
