Desperately needed a pedicure and I'm so glad we found this place!…read more From the road it looks super unassuming, you'd never think you'd walk into a HUGE nail salon with what felt like 50 pedicure chairs which was probably more like 20-30? We went in for three pedicures and each one was absolutely amazing. They give you a complimentary drink of choice so we got mimosas! Everyone is so nice here and they work so detail oriented, especially the technician that did my nails, Henry. I barely even noticed when he was cutting, cleaning, filing, almost had an invisible touch? Wait, is that a new superpower? Either way, he was amazing! They've only been open for like 9 months and I have a feeling it's only the beginning of many years to come. Each pedicure chair has a whole decked out brand new massage chair system that is so cool! We only got the basic pedicure and believe me when I say there was nothing basic about it. This is the perfect place to come with friends or even book a girl day, bridal party, really anything with group. Perfect space for it and the staff is amazing. So glad to have discovered this gem, I absolutely LOVED my gel pedicure it looks flawless!

There is not one thing, it is everything they do that is done well with attention to detail, care, concern and effort. I've been getting gel pedi's forever. I had my first bad gel pedicure experience in PG six weeks ago at a different nail salon. Nail Envy and their manicurists, Leah and Henry made the other location. look like a Pre-K student in the industry. First they are welcoming happy upbeat people. Second they focus 100% on health and hygiene. They use gloves, masks if necessary, tub covers, clean utensils with every guest. They take their time, they are patient, listen to your concerns, you are never rushed. The massage chairs are not old and broken but instead comfort you. Your end result is getting the service you wanted just as you wanted and for an affordable fee. Our toes have never been happier! Services Pedicure Requested style Envy basic pedicure with gel polish and parafin soak ending, Specialties They understand nail bed health and focus of hygiene first and cleaning out nail beds thoroughly. Seasonal theme Spring Cleanliness While the overall location is an older building the one singular thing that stood out was their ability to ensure a clean environment. Stylist Leah was so incredibly articulate with me and explained that many of my nails were broken (due to the other locations poor service) she literally took my chipped dented scratched bubbling lumpy paint job and made it brand new. I liken it to taking a vintage car down to bare metal, pulling out debts, sanding out the pits, creating surface perfection THEN a creates a new paint job that sparkles and shines!

I really wanted to love this place and support a smaller neighborhood salon instead of driving into…read morethe next town... but this experience completely missed the mark. We originally wanted to book for Monday, but were told they wouldn't have enough staff and were asked if we could come another day. We accommodated them and booked for Tuesday instead -- so to say we expected proper service is an understatement. My visit actually started off great. The pedicure was lovely, and my niece was getting a beautiful nail set done by a male technician. Naturally, I felt confident when he started on my nails. We picked a design together, and he was doing a great job -- no issues at all. Then everything went downhill. The owner's girlfriend inserted herself into both of our services and completely disrupted what was already going well. She hovered, second-guessed, and then outright took over -- at one point literally grabbing my hand while he was still working on the other. From that moment on, everything felt rushed and uncomfortable. She started changing my design based on what she wanted, not what I asked for. Meanwhile, my niece's nails were also altered even though they were turning out beautifully -- and only fixed because she spoke up and had him go back to the original design. It became very obvious that this was all about rushing through our appointments to get to the next client. And that's just not okay. We both had scheduled appointments and even adjusted our timing for them, yet still didn't receive the time or attention we deserved. The most frustrating part? The technician clearly knew what he was doing. He was doing a great job -- until he was micromanaged and rushed. And to top it all off, when I wasn't happy, the solution offered was for me to come back another day so she could "finish" the design. No. I was excited about my nails that day, not next week. That completely missed the point. To add to the confusion, the pricing made absolutely no sense. My nails ended up being $10 more expensive, even though I only had one nail repair -- while my niece had two repairs and paid less. Make that make sense. We came in wanting to support a local business. Instead, we left feeling rushed, dismissed, overcharged, and like an inconvenience. If you're going to run a salon, let your technicians do their job, respect the clients in your chairs, and be transparent and consistent with pricing. Needless to say... we'll be going back to our usual salon.
