Her tools were scattered all over the countertop, on dirty paper towels, not in disinfectant where they are legally mandated to be, so I refused to let her use them. She argued with me when I explained that I had not shaved, and that I know the hair is long enough since I'm a licensed cosmetologist and have been waxing other people and myself for 15 years.
