This was a spur of the moment impulse decision and I'm glad they had an opening for me. Snow, the manicurist, did my gel manicure and she knows what to do. She expertly gave my nails a much needed shaping, checked with me several times to ensure that I was pleased with her progress. Snow was friendly, attentive, and after her relaxing massage my nails really looked pretty and ready to kick off the summer looks. She's fast with quality experienced work. Absolute pleasure. Off to the Massage chair I went and found that I really needed it! Wayne did my pedicure. Friendly, gentle, and left my toes and heels so smooth. Oh, so relaxing. Wayne was detailed and ensure my toe nails were evenly shaped and removed dead skin too. I honestly didn't even feel him working on my cuticle, that's how gentle he worked. Great way to end the work week. It is an extremely peaceful friendly salon with reasonable competitive prices without the drama. Loved it! Plenty of parking in this plaza, too! Oh, Yelpers don't forget we get $5 off for the first visit when you get a manicure and pedicure! Yes, they honored it!

I waited over thirty minutes past my appointment time with my friend I brought also as a new client to receive services. I only waited because it was for him. When I explained that as a regular client or any for that matter being late especially that late is unacceptable. The woman said " I had to wait for you before". I was floored. I told her yes but I called and it was five minutes. Here's the point she used this logic to treat a regular well tipping customer this way. As she stated " Late is Late. ". That is just downright scary. I am no longer a customer. I don't want someone touching me who would behave that way. I must note she was raising her voice. read more
