What I liked about the place was that you could walk in and be seated right away because the place had so many staff. My manicure was okay. There was also a decent selection of polish. The people inside were very unwelcoming and their store smelled like feet cheese. If you like to be criticized and be treated like unwelcoming, this store is the place for you. They did a poor job on my nails. Instead of going here, I recommend Nailology. The people in there are welcoming, their store is tidy, and they actually at least try to do a good job at doing your nails. My nails are uneven and the nail polish is clumpy. read more

I can tell you this is the first ever writing a review but i thought it was very important to warn others. I went to the one in Naples, fl. almost a month ago. I had a pedicure from a person who did not ask but went to dig out an ingrown nail. I didn't realize what was happening and it turned out to be a nightmare. Had to go to a podiatrist, It was not an ingrown nail, but nail was infected. Podiatrist did surgery and a two week treatment that followed, that i prayed would heal it all. Two weeks later, I went to talk with owner and warn what had happened. The owner was not there so i spoke with manager in charge and was promised to have a call back by owner. As of this day no return call. My Warning to those reading this: INGROWN NAILS should be done by a dr. I felt my voice should be heard and maybe I can help others. read more

I just left Pro Nails after sitting for over half hour with no acknowledgement whatsoever. The receptionist never looked up when I entered or checked in. I chose my color and still no acknowledgment. Plenty of people doing pedicures and manicures but just as many sitting on their phones. Very poor customer service won't return. read more

I like my nails and the fact they serve you a beverage if you like. Everything is geared to be a luxurious experience except when you get a dip there is no luxury. They use a drill to take off dip which would be great but I must have sensitive cuticles because I kept tell her i was getting burnt by the drill heads and she said sorry but kept doing it. Clean salon. But unsatisfied with my tech. (She was short, older, has short light hair & a name on her apron that starts with L) Told her I want LONG square tips. I picked 411 purple She left them long initially but then cut & cut away & said my "nails are too small to support long nails." Not true. I get long nails always. She pried 1 off & replaced it at 1 point bc she cut it so short. If it didn't hurt I would've liked her to redo them all. But a freshly glued tip doesn't come off w/o prying & pain. Then she says square tips are sharp & began to round them. I asked her not to continue rounding them. I asked for square and so that's what I'd like. Again, I've been getting nails done for many years and I don't need to be discouraged from getting what I want. To top it off, she brought over orange gel (I caught this before she applied luckily. She said we don't have 411 purple Well why not tell me to pick another color instead of randomly selecting 1, hoping I don't notice? I picked this salon based off of amazing work I saw on reviews online. If I come back I need someone professional who gives me what I ask and pay for. The tech that did my manicure didn't speak English at all. She got some gel on my hand, I didn't know what it was. The longer it stayed on my hand the more it hurt. I told her as much. I had to wait to come back for a week due to a trip and they refused to fix my nails without charging me full price. I've been going to Pro Nail for several months w a friend. It's our halfway point to meet. My friend and I had an appointment Wednesday afternoon. We sat in a tub for forty minutes. When the manicurist came to do our nails she was working on me (she was going to do both of us!?!) she had taken off nail polish on one foot and I told her I wanted the deluxe which is basically adding a moisturizer.
