Not only the way it was designed and decorated, but the front desk worker was so friendly, easy to communicate with, and genuinely cared about how our experience was when we left. The pedicure stations are by far the best chairs I've sat in that actually give you a good massage. I had Van for my nail technician, and his attention to detail was spot on as well as his ability to work deep enough inside of my foot when the time for the massage came.
