Upon being greeted when I walked in, I was offered a beverage- coffee, water, mimosa, etc. They looked at my current manicure, as it had to get removed, and they recommended a certain soft gel brand for me. I really appreciated being walked through the options and feeling like they really cared about what I wanted. They also let me take my time choosing a color while Tatiali got started removing my dip. I am so pleased with how my gel manicure turned out. Tatiali really took her time and cared how I was liking it along the way. She explained how their products are different than the typical nail salon - they are much safer and gentler for your nails. She's anticipating the gel to last at least two weeks. It feels natural and not too thick - I love it so much and even more so knowing it's not destroying my nail beds as badly as typical products do. I am so thankful for this place already. Extra bonus is once you start with their products, they don't charge you to remove it the next time you come in. Thank you, ladies, for your kindness and truly making me feel like you appreciated my business! That is not the norm these days and so for all these reasons, mostly that one, I will be returning!

The pedicure stations are by far the best chairs I've sat in that actually give you a good massage. I had Van for my nail technician, and his attention to detail was spot on as well as his ability to work deep enough inside of my foot when the time for the massage came.
