I'm not sure how this salon has an many good reviews as it does. The staff were nice enough but I was genuinely concerned for my safety with regards to hygiene. The floor looked filthy, there was a bag of garbage just hanging from the pedicure tub, and it didn't appear that any of the pedicure tools were sanitized between customers. Typically clean salons will have the blue bag autoclave tools that they tear open-this one definitely did not. Everything here appeared to reused customer to customer. I didn't notice this until I was already getting started and felt uncomfortable getting up to leave. Luckily they didn't break skin so hopefully I won't have a problem. Also very concerning was that my nail technicians cosmetology license expired in 2022. I understand it's just a technicality and a cash grab from the state-but nonetheless these things are reflective of standards held by a company. Some minor other complaints-my "signature pedicure" wasn't really signature, callous removal was so quick, massage was painful as she kept the exfoliating scrub on the whole time as opposed to washing it off and then massaging with lotion. I was going to get a second service after my pedicure but literally ran for the hills as soon as I paid. There are so many salons available-definitely go to a different one if you can. read more

This was the slowest dip I've ever had. There was no wait but I was still there for two hours. Once she realized I was getting frustrated. She asked another technician to come over and help her. The other girl worked on one hand while she did the other. And the nails looked OK, but definitely was not worth the price and two hours to do them. read more

Had an appointment for 1 and didn't get started on until 2:30 and left at 4:45!i had 4 different people work on me. I get tips on my nails and the person doing them broke 3 off while shaving them down and he didn't do good so someone else had to finish my nails. they were supper sweet about the inconvenience and gave me 10% off. read more

I have been to many nail salons in the area and have found this one to be the best. My gel manicure lasted well over two weeks and still looked great.
