I called this morning to get a haircut and blowout and they were able to fit me in with Kayla, who I have seen multiple times. I appreciated the fact that they were able to accommodate me, as I have a last minute event to go to this weekend. I felt compelled to write a 5 star review today because of the 2 amazing experiences I have had here. About 4 months ago, I came in for a much-needed haircut with my 4 month old. I had made it clear that I needed to bring him with me, and they reassured me that it was absolutely fine. When I arrived, the owner herself offered to hold my son for me while I got my hair washed, cut, and blown out. Incredible. Today, similar experience. I told the woman who made my appointment that I had to bring my son with me, and once again, one of the staff happily walked around and kept my now 8 month old son content and occupied while I got my hair done. Kayla is so sweet, personable, and an amazing hair stylist. She listens to what her clients ask for and executes it well. Shoutout to Angela and the sweet girl at the front desk who have loved on my sweet boy while I have gotten some much needed r&r the last two visits. Can't thank you guys enough! The customer service was great also. I booked online, got automatic reminders, an online check-in process, all very seamless, easy, and organized. When I arrived, Cassie was ready for me. She took some time to talk about my hair, what I was unhappy with, and come up with a plan for a cut that would meet my goals. She also had me show her a few photos. She delivered exactly what I wanted and took my cut from overgrown and damaged hair to adorable, defined, bouncy bob. She is also friendly and easy to chat with. The salon was cute, clean, and well maintained. I had a great experience and am looking forward to my next appointment to get my hair lightened.
