The customer service was great also. I booked online, got automatic reminders, an online check-in process, all very seamless, easy, and organized. When I arrived, Cassie was ready for me. She took some time to talk about my hair, what I was unhappy with, and come up with a plan for a cut that would meet my goals. She also had me show her a few photos. She delivered exactly what I wanted and took my cut from overgrown and damaged hair to adorable, defined, bouncy bob. She is also friendly and easy to chat with.
