To explain why I thought this might be a scam is in the past year, I have received NUMEROUS requests both via the web and phone calls trying to spam both myself and my husband. We have also had to obtain new credit cards multiple times because our accounts have been hacked. Therefore, I am extremely cautious about doing business with a new company especially one that requires you to input a credit card before the service is performed. I sat in the waiting room the gentleman said she was in the back and asked I have a seat. After waiting 6-7 min I text her to let her know I was there. Another few minutes pass and she comes out and asks me to wait until after the 6pm. Which would be 45 min, it was currently 5:45. Needless to say I did not wait. I understand I was running late but why not reply to my text or call me back or be waiting for me to get there. Rita is good but this experience was not. I hope in the future she values her clients time as she wants us to value hers.
