Ive tried many times here since its so close to my house and never a wait. 4 times now has used idk old polish, seperates and thick. Polish on toes looked like a 2 year old did it this time and my gel finger polish looked splochy and didnt have good coverage. If you need readers, put them on before you leave to inspect. In Venice visiting family and needed a quiet, clean salon to get a mani/pedi and remove old shellac polish. The staff were very courteous and professional. Masks required of staff and patrons (thank you ) and there were cautionary sanitation procedures clearly in place. I got a spa pedicure and a regular manicure in about 2 hours (with soaking off the shellac and getting new shellac on both toes & hands!) and both sets came out very nice and even. They easily accommodated me as a walk in when I arrived, when two other places I had called earlier told me they didn't have any appointments available. David did a great job on my pedi, being very gentle while working on my right foot which was broken several times in the past 2 years. Sam worked on my hands, doing the acrylics, simultaneously. She was meticulous in applying the products and the polish. I can't say how pleased I was with my nails, and I'm pretty picky with who does them and how. The staff and nail techs are super sweet, however, the pictures are what I asked for versus what I got. As a person who regularly gets their nails done, I have to say I was quite disappointed with this salon. This is my first time at this salon and I asked for one of the easiest sets I've ever gotten. I would not recommend coming here for an acrylic full set. May I also mention that the nail technician burnt me multiple times with the nail drill. I just don't get the five star reviews because that was not my experience. plus the place is just dirty and seems kind of cheap and tacky. a lot of the spa Pedicure Chairs are so old that the leather is cracking at the heads. the chairs never seem to be wipe down the tables in the arm rest were full of smudges and fingerprints it was disgusting. the guy that was doing my pedicure was probably the worst I've ever had. the massage, if that's what you call it, was just him rubbing his hand up and down my leg basically for 5 minutes I finally had to tell him to stop. it was more annoying than therapeutic. polish started chipping the next day. definitely will not be going back and definitely will not be recommending this. read more

Would not recommend! I showed a picture of what I wanted done with my nails. After she put on my tips and shaped them, she left for about 30 minutes to attend to another client. While I just sat there waiting! She then started with the acrylic. I was not happy with how she applied it as there was a big gap between my cuticle and the acrylic, making it look like my nails have been growing out for a week. When I asked her to fix it she said she couldn't do it too close because it'll go over my skin and come off and the picture I showed was photoshopped (but all the other times I got my nails done it was done against my skin and it was fine). When I said I didnt like it she tried fixing it. Then there were uneven parts on the nails that I asked her to cover, she then decided to take off ALL the color on both hands and she then started over with the acrylic. All in all it took me over 2 hours just to get my nails done. Not worth it. My friend that went with me was unsatisfied with her nails because her hands looked different: one was done significantly better than the other. We wasted over $150 at the place. The only reason I'm giving 2 starts instead of 1 is because my nails ended up looking decent after 2 hours and because they were friendly. read more

I went in to have my gel replaced. They use a small grinder to the take the top coat of gel off and then soak them in polish remover. Well the gal was in a hurry and the grinder ended up hitting the back side of my natural nail not once but twice and caused them to break way back down the nail. Now she looked at them and continued then the guy that painted my nails looked at one closely and I asked if it was broke and he said no but the next day the break was obvious on both the nails. And to add to my disappointment the polish was so far away from the cuticle that I needed to have them redone in 5 days because they looked grown out already! Sorry but I wont be back read more

Had heard good things re: this salon, so I stopped in to see if they had time for a pedicure. It was good, friendly people, but polish began chipping the next day. I returned to have a mani the next day, but didn't ask for a re-do on toes. Mani was good, but w/ 2 days, the clear topcoat sort of "bubbled up" & easily peeled off in the next 2 days. Pedicure was exceptional with hot stones, peppermint lotion, and a wonderful massage. Nail polish application was perfect. Every time that I have gone to this salon they have messed up in several ways, the people that work there seem to be good at there job they just don't seem to try so my nails always turn out the way I don't want them, There's a few times where they did so bad that the acrylic got on my skin and refused to give me the shape that I requested. They don't interact with the customers while doing there nails. They ruin your nails with the drill and don't understand that it hurts and your ruining your nail. I will say that the staff is friendly and their prices are pretty good, but I still believe that I shouldn't pay $40 for a crappy nail job. read more

When I went to leave, my brand new polish (never opened) was replaced with half full, obviously used bottle. A very uncomfortable conversation followed and I left without my polish. Been here a couple of times, today is the last time. They always ask you to pick a color, I said French with crystals on big toe & could they use pink clear top coat as the base. Don't ever ask them how you want them done. After I was waiting for them to dry, the owner ( man ) came over and started to redo two toes. I said I thought that they were done, he said no He was picky. I should of looked, when I was gone I notice that he mess up those two toes on purpose... never go back... paid 35 for the French pedicure with stones and gave 7.00 tip to him and 3.00 to his wife that painted them....this was before I saw what he had done....not good business... read more
