I have had a terrible experience and all I can say after reading the other reviews is that apparently there are some good nail technicians here. As a new client, I was treated rudely and given a clearly inexperienced tech (claimed to be licensed) who first cut my finger during the manicure. My fingers were a mess I admit, but she attacked them, hurting and injuring me all the while speaking in Vietnamese? Or in another language which makes me feel that the tech has absolutely no idea what she is doing. Then, the same tech is doing my Pedi...I was worried but went along. She cut my big toe so bad that I was bleeding all over the place! Meanwhile, they are doing maintenance on the Chairs right next to mine. Dirty workers, tools all over the floor I have to step over to get out. I could not believe they were carrying on this type of work while the place was crowded with customers. I've been here twice. My first experience went very well, I would give it 4 stars. I appreciated the nail technician. He was gentle with my manicure which was great and I was very pleased. So I decided to go back again . The second time was not so great . I would give it 2 stars . I asked the technician not to cut my cuticles.(she sort of went in a spiral and kept repeating it .) She then proceeded to use the electric nail file to cut my cuticles instead . Why ? Ugg! Of course , She cut me twice using the electric nail file . I was quite annoyed . Additionally, my gel manicure started chipping one week after I got them done. Needless to say, I will not be back. read more

I've gone to this location several times (even before these new owners) I'm so upset that I refuse to give them a single cent anymore. I've always found it rude to speak in Vietnamese where customers that do not understand you can be worried you are talking about them. Usually it's harmless, but not today. I ask twice to heat up my water because it was lukewarm (at best) and you start to mumble under your breath about me. NOT ACCEPTABLE! Jade is a wonderful manicurist However after coming here several times I won't be back due to the cleanliness or lack there of. It does not appear that the tables are disinfected between clients to the point I don't think the towels are even changed let alone the tools being cleaned/disinfected. This place is horrible. I highly advise not to come here. I'm praying that I walk away with out an infection. I should've just walked out as soon as she started. They reuse files and scrubs and brushes with out sanitizer. And they looked really old. The lady was horrible too. She barely scrubbed my feet, even after I asked her to do more, and skipped massage. I was not happy with my nails/ service. I asked to keep them long and the nail tech (a very old gentleman) filed them all the way down and I was so upset because it took so long to grow them out. I am pregnant (lack of control of emotions) and shed a tear so the owner asked what was wrong. Owner then took over for the gentleman and gave me the most aggressive service! I decided to try this place as it was convenient on my way home after calling my regular place and they were booked. I walk in as two of the staff members sitting on the couch watching TV with no clients in the facility at that time. I chose my color and the lady started working on my nails, and quickly finished so that they could close early as it was a quiet afternoon. Well what would you do or say in this situation I was a customer in the padt and stopped going because Larry was very rude and literally turning people away. I went somewhere else and they were ok but Larrys work is great, So i went back today hoping he changed but today he was worse. This is what happened i have long thick acrylic nails he said to me i am a nightmare when he sees me because my nails are alot of work he asked this question DID YOU Go TO A BLACK NEIGHBORHOOD to get my nails done i said excuse me he sais yeah you look like you have a black persons nails i said are you for real He already statrted the process on my nails other wise i would have walked out. I walked in and immediately was happily greeted. The salon was clean and the staff was very friendly. I read some of the other reviews where they said that their nail technician talked too much and their was lots of distraction from relaxation but I did not have that experience. My nail technician only made very small talk and it was very quiet and peaceful. I got acrylics with French Tips and they look great! I'm very happy with my nails. My only complaint is that she did not fix my hang nails or cut my nails at all prior to putting the fake nail on. Overall, a great experience and I recommend it! read more

Worst, absolute worst mani pedi I have ever received. I will never return. The technician who did my pedicure was young and clearly inexperienced. I get pedicures mainly to make sure my toenails are cut correctly and the girl could not do that at all. My toes have actually been sore all day since I left. My manicure was really rough and the technician was rude and rushed me to pick a color. I have sloppy paint around my cuticles and fingertips. The shape is not what what I asked for. No one spoke hardly a word to me the whole almost 2 hours I was there. Also the credit card machine does not allow a tip and I should have left well enough alone because neither deserved a tip but I'm a bigger person than that, so I had to go to publix to get cash. I walked in without an appointment during a weekday. The salon did not appear clean. I asked for a manicure and pedicure. My technician slipped and cut my toe-no apology. Little time was spent on removing calluses or massaging my feet. Once completed, I was unimpressed. My manicure took much longer than I've ever experienced. When my technician was completed my cuticles looked torn and worse than when she started. I asked her to fix them-they never looked 'right.'. Thought I'd try a salon close to home vs work - bad move on my part. Not impressed, not recommended. I will start off by saying this salon appears to be very clean. I walked-in for a mani/pedi, 1st time to this salon & my last. Two employees were sitting on the front sofas, shoes off, feet on the coffee table, w/ cell phone/tablet & one customer. They didn't get up until I told them what I was looking for. Pedi was okay, just a few spots of pink polish left on my cuticles (which I took care of @ home). Worst mani I've ever gotten. I had healthy strong nails, she used the electric rotary file too much & damaged my nails (I had told her I could feel heat & don't think she understood). The gel polish application was so bad that I went back the next evening to have it removed & requested no polish to be reapplied, it was then that I could see the damage she did. HORRIBLE ! I tried this place for the first time for conveinanve to where I live. I was put in a dirty pedicure chair and when I told the lady I had gel on my toes she started sanding them off with the battery operated file. Hate this method I prefer soak off but I let her do her thing. She made my toe bleed from sanding my skin and then took SO MUCH of my nail plate off it started to really hurt and when I touched my nail it felt like paper was left and it was so red because you could see my nail bed just underneath what was left of my nail. And this was on 7 of my 10 toes. At this point I was furious and upset and still didn't say anything. She didn't even clean my nails or shape them and zero massage. She was going to move me to the manicure chair before she even painted my nails...? Unprofessional and unnecessary considering nobody was waiting for the chair. I took that as my way out and said I don't need polish or a manicure. I EVEN PAID FOR THE SERVICE. 30 dollars for a damn half ass pedicure that she destroyed my feet on and had zero massage or anything. DO NOT GO HERE.
