I visited this salon for the first time this evening. I planned to get a dipping powder manicure and a pedicure with gel polish. They gave me to "Emily" and it was a horrible experience. She came to her desk and cut off her own fake nail while I sat there. The nail clipper was outright back into her box without cleaning it. When she got the powder off of my nails, she used a huge file and started filing my nails so fast that none of them are the same length anymore like they were. I stopped her and asked if she was "in a rush? "I asked her to slow down because she was making me very anxious. She ignored me and kept going. As soon as she was done, I walked up to the front desk and told them I wanted someone else to do my pedicure. I paid for my nails. And waited. The girl from the front desk told me sit in a pedicure chair and that she would get someone to help me. Then she came over and asked what was wrong. I explained to her what happened, told her that getting my nails done is usually relaxing. This was far from relaxing. I told her what happened and that she made me incredibly anxious. She said she would get someone to help me in 15-20 minutes. I sat there for a moment and just decided to leave. I didn't want to be disappointed twice in one day. I tired this place because it's close to my home and the man who was doing my nails at a salon in Bradenton had to go back to Vietnam for a family emergency. I'm going to go back to Bradenton, Drive twice as far and find another person to help me there. read more

Won't be returning ! This is nothing like the other Blossoms Nails Spa. myself and my daughter went for pedicures. Over $100 my daughter's nails were never trimmed, and mine were trimmed but are crooked . They didn't use any sterile supplies to cut cuticles ( blossom bradenton always does) they didnt do anything for our calluses . All they wanted to do was just rub oil on our legs. The polish they used was old very thick went on terrible halfway through my daughter's polish. The girl removed all of the polish because it was coming out in chunks. And the next polish was not any better. Three hours later and my polish is still mushy. On top of that the guy kept on trying to upsell us to getting gel versus regular . at the end total Waste of money. will never be back. I don't know what happened to Blossoms. They have no clue what they're doing. i'm attaching pictures. This is only a couple hours after my pedicure. A child could've done. Better job. Update my daughters nails were still "wet" after 20 hrs so we took off her polish and did it over read more

I got the margarita regular pedicure which was truly amazing! Lina did a great job at making me feel relaxed and ensuring I was having a good experience during the visit. The margarita pedicure specifically had three different scrubs with hot stones - highly recommend!! I can't wait to come back and try more pedicure types and get my manicure as well! My only critique would be that it's not obvious that it's truly "cash only"... they will charge you a credit/debit card fee and will also request tip is cash or use the atm for additional fee. read more

For as much as I paid for 4 people, I shouldn't have felt like this leaving. I called before opening to make sure they could take 4 pedi's. They said "give us until 12p". We arrived only to wait 40m to start 1 of 4 in our party, and then finally the rest of us after 60m. Service was cold and no conversation except for the front Service boy asking us if we wanted drinks when we first arrived. Not only did we pay a ton, we had to pay for a kiosk to withdraw cash just to leave a tip. I would've brought cash if I knew I needed to. BIGGEST RIPOFF EVER! First time there on Feb 14th and YOU SHOULDN'T EITHER!! Never in my life have paid $10 extra to do my cuticles. When has that stopped being part of a manicure, a dip one at that! Cheap polish already flaking off, nails chipping. I'm retired so no heavy work for my nails. Anita spent more time talking to her kids and husband, ordering their lunches. Paid $110 for dip and basic pedi when I was told upfront $89. Then Anita added the cuticle fee that didn't ask for. Then another 3% for credit card fee. Plus gave her a $15 tip BEFORE the total was revealed. TOTAL RIPOFF!! read more

The other day I decided to try this location for the first time. I did not have an appointment and I was able to just walk in and they were able to have a nail technician for me right away. I requested a Basic Manicure and Pedicure and I was delighted with the service I received. The young lady Queeni did a fantastic job on my hands and feet, everything from the shape of my nails, which I like short with no polish of any kind and she did a great job with the massage part! Paid extra for the "upgraded" pedicure and it was a total scam. Rushed, sloppy, uneven nails zero effort put in. No stone massage, no lime, nothing it was supposed to come with. My friend and I started at the SAME time for the SAME services. I finished both mani + pedi, went to Panera, ate, came back... and she was STILL getting hers done. Just an FYI , I was charged an extra $10 dollars for a gel manicure today. I was told it's "extra on Sunday because we have to pay more for them to come into work." I would have been okay with this if I was told in advance when I scheduled my appointment. The usual charge is $42 but somehow the math worked out to $50? Plus a tip the total was $60? I would like to start this review by stating that the previous person that I saw at the spa his name is K did a wonderful job both times that I want to see him. Today I went to the salon and had another tech do my nails because K is out of the country. I had a manicure/pedicure. I paid for one of the most expensive pedicures, the margarita. I would like to say that he didn't even massage my legs or feet. The only time he did is when he put oil on and used the hot stones other than that, he did not. Part of the spa experience is that there are two different scrubs, one yellow one & one green, then a yellow lotion. He put both green and yellow scrubs on my legs at the same time, rubbed them in a little bit and then that was that. With the lotion he put that on and then he put hot towels on top of it, again didn't even massage my legs or feet. Again the only time he massaged my legs and feet was when he put oil on and used the hot stones which lasted roughly 45 seconds per leg. What in the universe is going on? Usually when I get a pedicure at this place, it lasts a little bit longer and how do I know it was very quick? Well because I put my chair massager on and I was only able to cycle it once, meaning 30 minutes and he was done. Other times when I get a pedicure, it lasts at least two cycles if not 2 1/2 which means it's more than an hour long pedicure. He was way too fast. For the manicure, I had him try to do a design but it did not come out the way I was hoping so I had him do something completely different, which I was ok in the end. Still not the best but definitely better than the first thing that he did. I then went to the front desk to pay, and the guy asked me how it was and I told him that I was not satisfied with my service and that I wanted to speak with the manager. His response was well we don't have a manager on site and I said well can he call me? Oh he's very busy. What kind of answer is that? He's very busy. I'm a paying customer and I should be able to speak with the manager to try to resolve this negative experience. I was even going to tip this guy $10 but he wasn't able to do the math properly even after I showed him what I wanted to do on the calculator. My total was $137. I wanted to tip him $10 which would make it a total of $147 subtract that from $160 (that's how much I gave him) so I would need $13 back. He just didn't get it so I ended up only giving him a $3 tip and you know what, that's on him. If you go here, I would recommend K or Rosie but no one else that I know of and I really wish the manager would return customer's calls and not blown them off. read more

Sydney and her husband Tommy are excellent!! I almost gave up on the place after a few tries with other nail techs but once I found this incredible duo I was extremely happy with my nails and knew I'd found my spot. Sydney is talented and is capable of duplicating any nail art pics I bring to her. She also does the absolute prettiest French nails and toes I've ever had. Sydney consistently gives my nails the perfect shape (never too thick either!) and they always look great beyond my usual 2-3 week appointments. The nail techs Henry and Anita did an amazing job on my Mom's and my toes! They are beautiful! What I didn't expect was to pay $120 for two pedicures with polish. We elected Gel polish which we didn't know it was $30 for the pedicure and $30 for the gel polish. On top of that there was a $3.60 charge for using a debit card. On top of that, they wouldn't allow me to add the tip to the same transaction. I was told that couldn't be done but I could use my debit card again for the tips plus another $3.60 charge. I've been here 3 times in a month for a dip mani and regular polish pedi. I don't know if it's the techs or the product they use that I've never heard if, but my dip manis keep cracking and breaking. I've never had this problem before. I shouldn't have to go 3 times in a month, but they needed to be fixed. Each time cost me over $100.00. Beautiful place, but terrible work. Very glad we now have a new nail salon in Parrish, but since it is one of the few, it is pricey. I will say they have an absolutely impressive wall of colors to choose from and the service is quick and efficient. I love that they don't speak to each other in their native language while providing services and actually talk to their customers unlike other places. Definitely a large, new, clean, space with plenty of availability but very pricey to go often. They do offer you a beverage when you first sit down which is a nice touch and the ambiance is very relaxing. read more

I guess cheating on your nail salon really does leave to bad karma. Swung into here in a pinch and had my nails done by "grandma Kim" or that's at least what was taped to all her equipment. By far the ugliest nails I've ever had and I've had gel acrylics for almost 10 years. Absolutely uneven, my tech was rude as hell. Walked away as I was talking to her and was openly talking bad about me and the nails she did to the nail tech next to her and about how I complained about them being uneven, I didn't even post pictures of the shape being incorrect as well. I said quite a few times I didn't like my nails and she truly didn't care. What a disappointment and waste of time I'll never be back. read more
