I got an infection from this salon! I had a pedicure done the day before my niece's wedding. The tech cut 1 of my big toes with the nail buffer block. It was burning and bleeding! Also nicked my other big toe & one of my middle toes. Not to mention the horrible polish job. Both of my 2nd toe nails were also trimmed crooked. The tech in charge/owner wouldn't give a discount. Said it was "unfair" for the tech to not get paid. Worst salon I've ever been to! read more

DO NOT GO HERE!!! This nail salon not only did not do anything we asked for but hurt myself and my best friend in the process. We both showed our nail techs pictures of what we wanted and got completely different things. My nail tech not only made my nails wayyyy shorter than I asked for but tried to do the design I asked for 6 times and finally gave up and did flowered instead. The colors on the gel stands DO NOT match what they give you. My best friend's tech filed her nails AFTER he finished her gel so she has large pieces of gel missing. This salon is now called ACCENT NAILS. It's family owned and operated. They are all very nice and professional. They speak clear English to the customers and each other. They just finished remodeling and the place looks great. There is a fresh smell as you enter, instead of the normal chemical aroma of other salons. I will definitely be back for my mani/pedi and I'll bring my boyfriend for his pedicures also. The rudest experience I've EVER had. Walked in at 12:30pm. They close at 5:00pm. Both the parking spots reserved for the salon were open and there were 3 customers in the place. The sign also says "Walk-ins Welcome." The lady acknowledges me and asks what I'd like. I tell her a pedicure, and she pauses for a few seconds then says, "we are booked sorry." I said "the entire rest of the day?!" She replied yes. Nail salons are a dime a dozen around here, so take your business elsewhere. I know I will. Had a very nice spa pedicure with Nancy today. The chairs have back massagers in them. They do a base coat, main coat and top coat for their pedicures. They also have drying lamps for pedicures which is something I haven't seen in this area. Also- this place is NOT stinky of nail polish like some of the other nail salons are. It is well ventilated. They play calming music. The Spa pedicures are reasonably priced and include hot stones f you desire. I am coming back again for sure! read more

In light of Covid I brought in my own tools/ products for pedicure- all name brand and all achieve a professional end result. ( CND Stickey Anchoring Base Coat, OPI Infinite Shine 2, Long Wear Lacquer, Seche Vite Dry Fast Top Coat, as well as a personal pumice stone, 2 kinds of buffer blocks and a brand new file.)I am a licensed cosmetologist (4 years spent in hairdressing/Cosmetology/ barbering school to graduate and 15+ years in trade). It's not exactly the worst but it's also not someplace I'd be excited to return to . Andy seated me and set up my water . He was speaking in his native language all while doing so.(It did not sound like he was pleased when I showed him my personal products and tools.) My technicians name was Nancy she was older and sweet but not very skilled. She failed to use cuticle cream to push and trim my cuticles as well as paint the entire nail (while the finished product is not esthetically pleasing I still tipped her 32% (8$ on 25$ bill )because she was kind and sweet and the pedicure was enjoyable nonetheless) However "Andy" took my bottle of Seche Vite (almost 10$ bottle of top coat from Ulta and thinned it out ( not very kind as now I have a watered down version of the expensive concentrated product I purchased. Over all - Nancy and Andy did an *acceptable* job to those who have no knowledge of professional nail education/ nail etiquette or have low expectations . Again, Nancy was very sweet but not very skilled. Andy was not very professional but trying to make it easy for his staff. read more

I would give this place a 0 if I could . I seriously had to explain not only one but two nail technicians how to do a proper pedicure. They didn't take out my toe cuticles. It astonished me how they acted as if was like their first time ever doing a pedicure. My toe nails where uneven and they had no technique. I've never experienced a service like this before. You can tell they weren't sure of what they where doing. So so upset I left before doing my hand nails. DO NOT come here unless you want inexperienced nails techs. read more

Nail horror story. I used to come here but hadn't come for a while. My girl friends and I wanted to have a nail date and I recommended this place very highly. Boy was that a mistake. A young gentleman was assigned to do a full set for myself and I could tell he wasn't very experienced the moment he was glueing the tips on. He got glue all over my thumb and had to use the power file to get it off. He put so much acrylic on my nails to the point where it made my nail look so fat. I asked him to file them to be more narrow and he just didn't get what I was saying. Then, when he used the power file to smooth out the nail, at the cuticle he cut me so bad that it started bleeding and he just kept working over it and ignored it and grabbed my thumb right on the cut while filing it. Another nail tech stepped in and somewhat fixed the shape. At that point I was just fed up and didn't want to overpay for nails that I knew I wasn't going to like, so I changed to regular polish and he had me pick out a color. Once I gave it to him, he hit his palm with it to shake it up and the bottle went flying and shattered on the ground. It splattered on my WHITE, TWO DAY old Dooney & Bourke purse. He used nail polish remover and, for the most part, got it out. But it's definitely still visible. At that point, I was fed up and ready to get this over with. He painted my nails and a manager came up to me and asked how I liked my nails. Of course, you can guess how that went. I told her that I didn't not like them, and she offered to fix them for a discounted price. I let her do that and she did a good job. Even after all of that, I left them a tip. How could I forget to tell you about my friends experiences?! And older man did one of their pedicures and it looked horrible. She was mortified and said she would just take it off when she got home. They offered to fix it but we just wanted to get the hell out of there. I commend the manager for trying to make it right but I will never be returning to this nail place. It's unprofessional and I highly advise management to find trained nail techs. read more

They did not do a very good job with polish and design. The design they have me is different that what I asked for. They are all very nice but aren't the best at designs. Also, she cut my mothers ties with one of the tools and the scrub that they rub on your legs for the pedicure, hurts. read more

worst pedicure ever! I walked in for a pedicure after work today and my skin was burned by their hot stone massage. an older not-so-gentle-man named Loi started my pedicure in lukewarm water and filed my nails way too short to the point where I had to ask him to stop because it was painful. the exfoliant they used was far too rough and hurt to be rubbed into my skin. he brought out this green mud stuff to rub on my legs but it looked gross so I asked him not to use it. he brought out the hot stones and started rubbing them on my calves and I shouted "ow" and there is a visible red burn on my shin. no apology was given, he just put the stones down and moved on to polish. worst pedicure I have ever gotten, so much for relaxation. do not come here. read more
