I don't understand how this place is still open. I tried a year ago for a pedicure and an eyebrow wax. I was left with scabs on my eyebrows from the botched session. My daughter and I decided to give it a try today for a dip color change when our normal place was booked. It's laughable how they turned out. Mine were horrible with dip all over my cuticles but I paid and tipped well ($120 total) since I'm not one to normally make a stink. When we left and I saw my daughters I was mad. Every nail was ripped like a raisin and shaped so crooked. Should have done them at home or anywhere else. read more

Have been going to this salon since 2014. My experiences have been great, laughing and that of being well taken care of. I have recommended this place to many of my friends. Recently it seems their attitude has changed for the worse. 2 visits ago my toenails were cut too short, into the quick. This visit the tech cut me trimming cuticle and made two of my toes bleed with the emory board rubbing my skin. Couldn't talk to tech, she didn't speak English. Don't understand because this used to be the perfect salon. If you go make an appointment in advance at least 2 weeks and ask for Asia or Ve. I do not recommend anyone else. read more

They're a small family owned business who not only take great care of you but are also kind and inviting. They engage in conversation with everybody and like to make you laugh! Took my daughter there for gel mani/pedi's. Christine was super friendly, fun and good at what she does. We will definitely be back! Update: Both me and my daughter had chipping within the first 4 days after we had our nails done. Unfortunately we were out of town on vacation for a few weeks and could not get back in to show Christine but went to another salon out of state and was told the chipping was due to 'bad product'. I had mine redone at out of state salon and had no chipping for 15 days so that was probably correct. I do not like to bash people's work without them being able to defend themselves, however both me and my daughter's nails did the same thing and when we had it redone by someone else it was fine. Therefore I would ask about her product "chipping" before you get her gel nails unless you don't mind them chipping only after a few days. read more

I just moved here from Omaha, NE and needed my nails done badly after our strenuous move. I picked this nail salon because they are close to my new home. The guy doing my nails took great care of my cuticles but frequently told me he "doesn't do nails". I asked him why he was doing my nails if he doesn't ever do them.... throughout the experience he reminded me over and over again that he doesn't do nails (which should have been my red flag). It's been about 1 week and my dip powder nails are all pulling up, which aggravates me because that was a 40.00 job. But he "doesn't do nails" so I'm not surprised. And he made racist comments the entire time. Super uncomfortable. I wanted to like them..... but the whole experience left me feeling upset. read more

I asked if there was anyone who could wax and she simply said "No". And never looked up. I thought she was joking. So I said "Seriously?" And said said "Yes, NO." Got dipped nails for the 1st time here and they fell off in less than 2 weeks. My pedicure sucked badly as the cuticles were barely touched even though I clearly needed them cleaned. Great service, but the product is bellow average. read more

So happy to finally have found a nail place in Palmetto that I like. My husband and I came in before our vacation next week; he had a pedicure and I had a manicure/pedicure. They did such a great job and really made us feel welcome. Asia did my manicure and she was so sweet and great to talk too. I went here for the first time and this is what I saw. Cheerful people who welcomed you. The salon is very neat and clean....no clutter. There equipment is sterilized and in individual package for each client. The music is the best soothing. TINA did a great job on my nails. She was very detailed oriented with the task at hand! I had been going to Natural Nails for over 2 years. I love the family that runs the place but found that over time I kept leaving disappointed about how something came out. The owner is really sweet but really upset me with a comment that made me feel really awkward. As a result, I will not be going back routinely like i have for the past years, but I hope to return one day. read more

Nails (2) chipped after a day..Nails were not paintes fully on all sides. I was told the person is on vacation and I need to come back and let her fix her mistakes is what the owner said. Next week!!! There was one person getting a pedicure. They are nice here until you have flaws. Ill take my $$$ some where with better customer service. read more
