The ambiance is that of a beautiful beach setting, & it felt super inviting. The nail tech knows exactly what she's doing, and they all are ridiculously attentive & catering to clients. The spa also offers many different 'treat yourself or someone' services, & frankly I will be a returning client. AMAZING salon! I was looking for a new salon and feel like I hit the jackpot finding this one. It is so cute and everyone was so friendly. I had Mary as my stylist for cut, color and blow out and she was the best stylist I have ever had. She listened to what my concerns were, talked me through what my options were and was so meticulous with everything she did. I showed her the breaks, and asked if there was any monetary remuneration for my next mani. She said that she could charge me the regular price... No consideration for a long-time client. I recently relocated to palmetto and needed a new nail and lash salon. I came to Seychelles spa and have absolutely loved it. The first visit I had a gel mani/pedi and it was very clean and relaxing. They sanitize even the chair between every guest. I returned for a full set of lashes and then a third time for a chemical peel. Loved my haircut , didn't appreciate the price after I just had the same haircut three weeks ago for a lot less money. They treat their new , off the street walk in customers better than their loyal clients that have been using their services for the last fifteen years . Today was my last visit. read more

We Walked in and we were not even greeted waited for about 10 minutes until one of the 3 ladies that was standing in the front desk acknowledged us. She asked us if we had an appointment when we said we didn't have an appointment she says we're not taking walk-ins. The front door clearly states walk-ins welcomed. Seychelles is fantastic! I had the works today and it was the best day! I'm really happy with the results of my gel nails, pedicure, waxing, dermaplaning and facial in preparation for my wedding. And the girls were all so lovely and caring! It was just such fun and relaxing. It was so great to be able to communicate with the staff my needs and feel they really understood me and what I needed. I also felt comfortable to trust in their advice and guidance as they are all fully qualified in their various specialities. I will most definitely be back. The newly renovated salon is beautiful and very relaxing. Great first impression. However, I went for a Brazilian wax. I don't really know what I left with as the esthetician kept stating she didn't have the right tools to do it correctly. Uh? What? This is literally your job. Granted I have thick hair in that area and had not had anything done in a few months, but I left very sore from the uncomfortable position she had me in for over an hour and not even close to a Brazilian. If you are uncomfortable (which is what I really sensed from her) doing that particular service, then don't offer it and have appointment slots available for you to do them, weeks in advance, and not have the proper tools to complete the service at that. read more

I use to love this place. its actually a really nice spa tucked away on a corner lot in Palmetto and you would never know it was here. would be a great place if the owner could keep staff. I'm not sure...well I have an idea...what the problem is but everytime I come here whoever I have an appointment with has left. Its a shame because she always has great staff who do an excellent job. Its to bad she can't get along with them and hold onto them.To much turnover here....I wouldn't recommend it. read more

Horrible Scam AVOID THIS PLACE - Paid for a one hour massage for my US Marine returning from boot camp and receive a "back only massage" which the therapist talked the entire time?!?! What is a "back only massage"? Its not even offered on the website or flyers. When confronted on the issue I was told I would be offered a 30 massage at no cost but once scheduled, the massage therapist didn't have keys to get in to the building and by the time she got in, I was told "it's too late, I have another appointment scheduled so.....". I wrote a letter to the owner and not even then did I receive an apology. Very poor customer service!! I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE! read more
