It would have been nice for them to 1: put this information on their website or 2: tell me at the time of making the appointment or 3: put this info on the paperwork I did online or 4: add this to the email confirmation. Although other med spas do not have this restriction it's their option to have it. If being on certain medications is their hard stop- they should let clients know. This tells me all I need to know about how they conduct business. I drove an hour for this place and I was planning for other procedures in the future, but no thanks.Then, on top of all of that, they couldn't figure out how to refund my deposit. I'm not interested in being their client.

Not a cut like she fully ripped my real nail from the bed and nerves were showing. She then just put alcohol and didnt even wipe the blood before gluing on the new nail. After she made me bleed then she finally decided to soak the rest of the nails off. I asked for Pink, she used this color because to her "it looked better." The gems are completely off center as well. I paid $130 for these and my last two sets from here which were AMAZING only cost $115. I tipped her anyways but are you kidding? Maybe when someone asks for a soak off JUST DO IT!!!!! My nail is still sore and bleeding - will be back just do not want whoever did these nails again. Also, two hours for these is insane.
