I showed her a few ideas but ultimately just wanted a noticeable hair transformation. She definitely exceeded all expectations and gave me a style I feel so confident in! Not only was I highly impressed with my hair but the overall experience was great. I brought my one year old daughter with me to get her bangs trimmed as well, and even when she got a little fussy the Salon staff were so kind and helpful. They made us feel so welcomed the whole time. I can honestly say I left this salon SO HAPPY and look forward to booking more appointments here in the future!

When I sat down with Giulian ( I think thats what her name was) she insisted on knowing what salon I had been to before, while I am not interested in talking negatively about anyone in my community so I politely declined to tell her who it was. After that, we took my hair down and the stylist said "ewuu"! And then stated "she wasn't comfortable with me in her chair" and told me to reschedule with someone else. I left there in tears today. It seams like a lovely place and I would have very much enjoyed that being my home salon. I hope you get a kinder stylist to represent your business.

Margarette takes care of my daughter's difficult, curly, long hair whenever she is in town for a visit. Unfortunately, she left the salon she was in and moved so I found myself once again searching for a salon. I made an appointment for Lakewood Ranch Hair Salon for Friday (today) at 10:30am. I advised I have short hair and wanted a short haircut and style. I did not even ask how much since I needed my haircut for an event in Naples on Saturday. I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment and I was told my stylist would be right out. My stylist came out and immediately apologized and said she would not be able to cut my hair because she is not good at pixie cuts and does not feel comfortable. She quickly told me another stylist could cut my hair on Saturday. That was not going to work as Saturday I had the event in Naples in the afternoon and in the morning I had another appointment. I don't understand why she or the receptionist could not have called me earlier to advise me of this. I could have scheduled someone else or gone to another salon. This is the most unprofessional way to handle a business. My appointment specifically stated short haircut and style. Did she not read the notes. Needless to say I will not be going back to that salon. Fortunately I found a salon in Naples that will get my haircut before the event.

She began by asking me all the right questions, took her time as she was asking me. I like it because she wanted to make sure it was done how I liked it, however I also let my stylist do things they feel looks good too. I had no issues trusting Laura and my hair style was perfect. Be aware they reuse shears, brushes, foils etc after being dropped on the ground more than one time without discarding or sanitizing them. Hair stylist also don't wash hands after having multiple clients at once and going back and forth between clients and reuse dirty capes on clients without properly disposing them after each use. The owner as well is unprofessional and will rudely belittle customers over the phone and won't offer refunds even if they are in the wrong for messing client's hair. I lost out on a $300.00 service for a stylist who rushed my appointment and received no proper consultation before appointment end results lead to me being displeased with services and the manager wouldn't offer me a new stylist to redo the work or a refund. Be aware of using the new stylist Tony very inexperienced outdated techniques. My outcome results were hot roots, uneven hair cut, and highlights that prior would bleed through foils. I won't be returning even though I have been a loyal customer for 3 years. I went to Belt salon where they fixed the problem and use updated techniques that minimize damage in hair and prices that make it worth it. This has been reported to BBB.

Audra is skilled and professional. She takes the time to listen to you and your "story" before she starts coloring or cutting. Thank goodness...as we all know that isn't always the case. Audra is focused on making her customers happy...she will grab you a coffee and get right to work.
