I physically had to return to the salon the next day (a Saturday), only to be told they were busy, but Hannah herself told me if I still wasn't happy I could return Tuesday and either her or another stylist would take care of it. So three days later still very much disliking the cut, I called and Hannah answered. She said they were busy and they'd call back (like I'd believe that one). As a "courtesy" I gave them a couple hours and tried back. Hannah again answered and was starting to push back, so she put one of the owners on the phone, who ultimately just told me to take my business elsewhere. Well, that part is a given, but still a very unfortunate combination - poor haircut combined with poor service. As the owner herself said on the phone, there are plenty of other places I can go. I'd suggest anyone reading these reviews also take that advice.
