Ashley and Megan at Green Apple saved my hair! I am in Venice visiting and needed someone to fix my…read morehair from a bad highlight job that was done somewhere else. I had a consult with both of them and Ashley was able to squeeze me into her schedule and made the magic happen. She did a beautiful job - I was blown away by the results. She was very kind, knowledgeable and you can tell she loves what she does and does what she was meant to do. I have a ton of hair and I'm always made to feel bad about that (your hair is so thick, you require so many foils, it takes so long to blow dry all this hair) but Ashley did NOT make me feel that way. She helped me embrace my "mountain of hair". The salon itself was clean and relaxing and everyone was super friendly. If I lived here I would make this my new hair home.

I requested Winn and I'm not kidding, best haircut I've ever had. His cut immediately softened my face and made me look younger. His styling looked like I had my old extensions in. I will definitely be making that highlight appointment. Could not recommend enough.

I had an appointment here recently and unfortunately did not have the best experience. Before the…read moreappointment, I clearly explained what I wanted and let him know my budget, which was $215. The appointment took quite a while, and when it was finished, the result wasn't really what I had asked for. I tried to overlook it at first, but I was already feeling disappointed. Toward the end, he mentioned that he was very busy and might not have time to fully style my hair. I understand being busy, but as a paying client, I expected the full service and not to feel rushed. The ending felt hurried, and I didn't feel like the attention to detail was there. On top of that, I was told the total was $230 instead of the $215 we discussed. It felt overpriced compared to what we had agreed on, and I ended up needing my dad to come help me with the payment situation. Overall, I just wish there had been better communication, clearer pricing, and more care taken with the final result.

I called this morning to get a haircut and blowout and they were able to fit me in with Kayla, who I have seen multiple times. I appreciated the fact that they were able to accommodate me, as I have a last minute event to go to this weekend. I felt compelled to write a 5 star review today because of the 2 amazing experiences I have had here. About 4 months ago, I came in for a much-needed haircut with my 4 month old. I had made it clear that I needed to bring him with me, and they reassured me that it was absolutely fine. When I arrived, the owner herself offered to hold my son for me while I got my hair washed, cut, and blown out. Incredible. Today, similar experience. I told the woman who made my appointment that I had to bring my son with me, and once again, one of the staff happily walked around and kept my now 8 month old son content and occupied while I got my hair done. Kayla is so sweet, personable, and an amazing hair stylist. She listens to what her clients ask for and executes it well. Shoutout to Angela and the sweet girl at the front desk who have loved on my sweet boy while I have gotten some much needed r&r the last two visits. Can't thank you guys enough! Would recommend this salon & spa to anyone!
