Not mask compliant, even when you mention that providers are not wearing masks, just shields. One nail tech had mask under her nose. There is a sign on the door requiring masks but apparently this doesn't apply to the employees. read more

I started off in the boutique where I believe her name was Mikaela answered a few questions I had about their services and then walked me over to the spa. I have been coming to L Spa for years to get facials and my eyebrows done. Not only is it super clean and fresh looking, their staff is amazing as well. Front desk is A+. Their estheticians have completely cleared my acne and give great treatment recommendations. I have since moved out of state and have been having some skin problems (still testing and trying new places here). My mom still goes to L Spa and was telling Joanna about my issue. She pulled up my old charts and gave my mom recommendations and products to send me. These ladies really care about their clients and are complete professionals. I love girly stuff like facials and manicures and I have tried out a lot of places. L Spa always pulls through. On another note...if I could give less stars I would for their boutique alone. The selection and pricing is fine but I HATE the sales ladies who are like vultures. I have worked in retail before and understand that commission is important but these ladies will simply not leave you alone even after it is obvious that you are annoyed. The first time I came in I was relentlessly followed around the store by one associate, I became so turned off that I had to leave. I came back Christmas Eve (my mom had pointed out some things she liked) and it was the same situation. Ladies, if I need your help I will ask for it. Back the hell off. In July, I decided to get fillers done for my parentheses and a little fill on my already naturally plump lips. I've had fillers done other places before and have been very satisfied at other places. The girl made my smile crooked and also put the fillers to where it looks like I have puffy or sagginess under my bottom lip making me look older. My parentheses weren't corrected either and I have little creases above my upper lip. My bottom lip (which didn't really need much filler is lopsided and I have limp and tiny bubbles visible that I was hoping would have disappeared but didn't. Very disappointed and lack the confidence that I once had with my smile. For the horrible job that was done it was also the priciest. Disappointed and I miss my smile. read more

Quaint , luxurious day spa . Very inviting and accommodating , as they fit both myself and my fiancé in for last minute deep tissue massages. The lobby was tasteful andelegant, with staff offering us infused water upon arrival . Our massage therapist, Doreean, was sincerely the best massage therapist we have both ever had . Using a combination of aromatherapy, hot towels, heated stones, massage, and heart, she provided a truly healing experience. Both of us agree , we would travel to get another massage from her again . I also got a pedicure , which was very clean, personalized, and thorough. They offered mimosas and prime relaxation . Though they did not have dip for a manicure, they provided a local recommendation. This proved to be another great experience on Pineapple street . read more

She listens to her client and, based upon what YOU feel is most bothersome, she responds with possible treatments, which you can choose or not. I had a facial today with Chloe and it was amazing! She is very knowledgeable and she truly cares to give the best treatment and advice that is needed for your skin type . She will put together a treatment plan customized specifically for you and educate you to help achieve a healthy glow and even skin tone . I have had botox with Michelle a week ago and had my follow up today with her. She is an artist and knows exactly where and how many units you need to get what you are looking for, also extremely knowledgeable and caring. I am 45 yrs old and the combination of treatment's from Chloe and Michelle are spectacular. I've been to other med spas and cosmetic offices but none compare to L spa and the Char at the desk is very pleasant, helpful and accommodating. Very pleased and the atmosphere is lovely. read more

Had a shellac manicure by Christian. He is very inexperienced for a nice spa like L Spa. I pointed out how the polish was pulling back and missed spots before I left and he gave excuses. This was my second manicure at L Spa and I won't go back because of my experience with him. When I went to pay, L spa did not charge me for the shellac manicure. That was very generous considering I didn't bring it to their attention- they recognized the problem. read more

If you are looking for an expert in the industry- look no further. Her talents have been featured in Harper's Bazaar among many other magazines. I was in need of a good spa day and found L Spa through several different reviews, and they had availability for the date and times I wanted. I had a deep tissue massage with scalp massage with Gretchen, and then a facial with eyebrow wax with Chloe. Everything was amazing!! I have had massages and facials before and I can honestly say these were some of the best I've ever experienced. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating and really made sure my day was as relaxing as possible. I also really liked that they didn't push you to buy products - that's usually the worst part of getting a facial is feeling like you have to buy every product, but Chloe didn't make any suggestions she didn't feel wouldn't 100% benefit my skin, and she didn't force me to buy anything I wasn't interested in getting which I appreciate! It's a little pricey, but worth it. I also checked out the boutique next door and though I didn't get anything, they seem to have a ton of amazing products. I will definitely return! read more
