Nina the one I talked to said " no there's is not any cancellation fees you can cancel any time" I trusted them thinking they were trustful. One time I was clear that I needed to freeze the month of June and July. 2024 and they still charged me full membership in June I don't know how many times I have to contact Summer Garcia to take care of this issue. It's was a completely mess. I'm not the only that got screwed up They were so many members going through the same situation. They just kept charging us full membership when we were clear about freezing it. I froze my membership around Christmas last year and When I went back All the instructors were all gone They quit due to the horrible management. My daughter decided to cancel and let them know a month in advance and they still charged her full membership. BE AWARE OF THIS COMPANY THEY ARE DiSHONEST AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!! We had no toilet paper for an entire week / no sanitizer They keep ripping off people. They only good people that was part of that team was Veronika and Hope.

I drive 45 min to get there but it's worth it. Amanda, Rebecca and Lauren are amazing but all instructors are great. They might switch up Tower Power in the early morning a little more but they listen to requests. Wendaly at the check in area is always very welcoming and Gianna, the new manager as well. It's a community with different optional activities outside of class to promote that as well. You also have every day different classes focused on the various muscle groups and intensity levels unlike other studios where it's the same thing every class every day. So great for the body and longevity of it. And by the way, I did not get asked or paid for the review!

Within moments, I was greeted by Kamryn, who created an immediate safe space and welcoming environment for a new customer. Within the services I was offered, Kamryn was also kind enough to educate me on, and let me try out some of there other offerings, but there was no hard sell, just an earnest conversation to see how she could best serve me as a returning client in the future. I did not sign up for additional services immediately, however, I WILL be a return customer. This business takes customer service to an entirely different level. Their kindness, dedication, and determination to make this not just a "service" but an "experience" shines through in every interaction. The owner, Ekta, not only introduced herself to me while I was changing service rooms with Kamryn (to enter to dreamy and relaxing cryofacial room, where I almost fell asleep), but communicated with me via text prior to and after my appointment for feedback. Both Kamryn and Ekta make you feel like family, even upon one's first visit! This cryofacial- absolutely unbelievable. At 52, my under eye area can be puffy, and the "structure" of my face is somewhat changed. Gravity! I am not interested in Botox at this point, so when Kamryn said some called this facial the "Frotox" facial, I was intrigued! The results were incredible. Do this facial as a treat for yourself! The package also came with one Cryoslimming session, as well. I chose my abdomen as the treatment area, because, why not!?Honestly, it felt like a massage and was super relaxing. You can read reviews on their own website - folks complain about this all the time. They do a great job of letting you know what they don't test on - animals. That's great, but I'm not sure they fully test their products. I think it's basic soap and they focus on the scents, which often cause irritation. My other issue with this company is their website. They list items on sale, but then these items are never available. Interestingly, the items that are in stock are not on sale. This applies to a single product where the size in stock is not on sale, but the size that's out of stock is on sale. It's just an illusion. You can find natural products at Walmart for an 1/8th of the price.

He explained to grab a bag and place the piece of soap in it that we are wanting to purchase. The store smells wonderful!! Nicely laid out store but on the rather expensive side for soaps.
