Loved it and coming back! This was my first time here since moving from Venice. My stylist was Laura Holmes. Wow! She was so nice and very good at her trade. She began by asking me all the right questions, took her time as she was asking me. I like it because she wanted to make sure it was done how I liked it, however I also let my stylist do things they feel looks good too. I had no issues trusting Laura and my hair style was perfect. I have found my new salon and Laura. read more

This salon not only has unprofessional staff and owner but also breaks many health code violations to salon standards. Be aware they reuse shears, brushes, foils etc after being dropped on the ground more than one time without discarding or sanitizing them. Hair stylist also don't wash hands after having multiple clients at once and going back and forth between clients and reuse dirty capes on clients without properly disposing them after each use. The owner as well is unprofessional and will rudely belittle customers over the phone and won't offer refunds even if they are in the wrong for messing client's hair. I lost out on a $300.00 service for a stylist who rushed my appointment and received no proper consultation before appointment end results lead to me being displeased with services and the manager wouldn't offer me a new stylist to redo the work or a refund. Be aware of using the new stylist Tony very inexperienced outdated techniques. My outcome results were hot roots, uneven hair cut, and highlights that prior would bleed through foils. I won't be returning even though I have been a loyal customer for 3 years. I went to Belt salon where they fixed the problem and use updated techniques that minimize damage in hair and prices that make it worth it. This has been reported to BBB. read more

This little salon has turned out to be a hidden gem for me where hair-care is concerned! I had a very rocky start over a month ago when I incorrectly plugged in the wrong time for my appt- I arrived 15 mins beyond the time I was supposed to thinking I was on time - not a good start! BUT I was treated with respect and great kindness and salvaged enough of my embarrassed self to take the quick rebooking and found Emily! she has worked with me for a little bit of a new style and most recently color- couldn't be happier! Emily is the ultimate professional with great skill and very customer focused while be sincere and friendly. so happy to have landed here and with this delightful and talented stylist!! thank you MeToo! I'm twenty three years old and have been going to hair salons my entire life. To say this is the first salon I've been to that immediately made me feel cared for and respected would be an understatement. The lady at the front desk(I regret not knowing her name) was truly considerate of my time and comfort from the beginning when I called an hour before I wanted to come in and they squeezed me in within 20 min of my requested time. Samm was absolutely amazing and went over the top for my hair trim and even went as far as explaining everything she wanted to do before doing it, which is something I have rarely ever experienced at a salon. She was so sweet the whole time and we clicked immediately! The whole place was so welcoming and comfortable to be in. I'll be recommending this gem to anyone I possibly can, because these guys are absolutely worth it to go to! I can't wait to go back! read more

I am so thankful that I have found a stylist that really listens to me! Sammi is so talented and really takes the time to formulate & execute the perfect blond for me & I know that is no easy task. The salon is super clean, the stylist are all talented and they have great products without being pretentious. I highly recommend Me Too Salon! read more

I moved to Florida with a fear that I would never find another stylist that could do my hair the way my previous one did for 25+ years. I'm so lucky to have found Emily. She knows exactly how I wanted my hair cut and was super patient with me as I am particular. I was already impressed with Emily, but what she did to get my 2 yo son to sit still for a haircut was magical. She got him to sit on her lap so she could cut his hair since he didn't want his haircut that day. If you're new to the area like me and are hesitant to try a new stylist. I highly recommend Emily and I promise you will not be disappointed. read more

In love!!!!! Love my peekaboo highlights and haircut! Emily did an awesome job and she's the nicest and sweetest, but very professional. Her attention to detail was amazing! read more

I took my 12-year old for a haircut. Fist of all, I contacted Sheryl(the owner) Saturday evening via email. She responded instantly and said I could bring my daughter Sunday morning. The salon is closed on Sunday. I,of course, promised my daughter a haircut by the end of the week. We both do appreciate great customer service. Lisa met us in the morning, listen to my daughter( she had a picture of the haircut she wanted) , had great conversation with her. My daughter is very happy. Thank You so much! I was personally a little nervous -what if my daughter has bad experience and won't the haircut-but I was wrong and everything turned out great. read more

I am from out of town and needed my lifeless hair rejuvenated. I skeptically made an appointment here because I had seen such great reviews. So I was hoping to get one of the ladies that the reviews had commented on, but trusted that anyone I would get would be great, because of another review that talked about how careful the owner was in choosing the stylists for her salon. So I was blessed to get Andrea!!! SHE WAS AMAZING!!! She took time to explain my color needs and wants, and the prices that each were. DID I SAY ANDREA WAS AMAZING?? Thanks Andrea for such a pleasant experience and for actually caring about what I wanted and what my hair needed!! I came back to where we are staying and my husband said "WOW, YOUR HAIR LOOKS GREAT! I LIKE IT!!" (DOUBLY PLEASED!!!) Many blessings to you and the salon!! ~Krisan read more

Had my first haircut and highlights with Ashley! She is amazing! Takes her time! Knows what she's doing! We had great conversation too! read more

I am new to the Bradenton/Lakewood Ranch area, so I feel like I got lucky when I discovered Me Too Salon! I'm very picky about my hair, and Ashley really takes the time to make sure she understands what I'm looking for, while also making recommendations. She also does an awesome job styling my hair which is thick and time consuming to dry and style. She never makes me feel rushed, and I feel very pampered every time I go! I highly recommend Ashley! The rest of the staff is very friendly too. read more

I've been going to Me Too Salon since the day it opened, and Dawn has always cut/colored my hair. The prices are reasonable, the talent/skill outstanding, and customer service superb. Tina cuts my son's hair (and gives him great advice about life--that he won't listen to when it comes from me!). Very professional, clean, up-to-date atmosphere. I'm happy to never have to look for another stylist again! read more

Andrea is a wonderful stylist. Great cut, style and color. Also, salon is most pleasant and all staff are really friendly and professional.

Terrible haircut! I am not super picky about my hair and it's always been my philosophy that if I don't like it, it will grow back but every morning I want to cry about how bad my hair looks. I've had people ask me if I cut it myself! No compliments on this one!! I would have done a better job at cutting it. Dawn was more interested in selling me every product in the store than making my hair look good. I am so embarrassed of my hair!! It looks like I had multiple bowls placed on my head so my hair looks like tiers of completely unblended hair. Her scissors must not have been sharp because the ends look like they were cut with kindergarten scissors. I do not recommend this salon at all!!! read more

Michelle took plenty of time to talk with me and examine my hair before we decided what to do. My hair was dried out and suffering from a horrible multi layered cut. Andrea did a wonderful job of "cleaning up" some of the mistakes from past hairdressers. She is very knowledgable and has a very happy client. Although I booked a certain service, more was required and she did it all for me! I've referred several clients to her and that is certainly a big endorsement from me as I am particular about my hair. You will love her. read more
