I had a very rocky start over a month ago when I incorrectly plugged in the wrong time for my appt- I arrived 15 mins beyond the time I was supposed to thinking I was on time - not a good start! I'm twenty three years old and have been going to hair salons my entire life. To say this is the first salon I've been to that immediately made me feel cared for and respected would be an understatement. The lady at the front desk(I regret not knowing her name) was truly considerate of my time and comfort from the beginning when I called an hour before I wanted to come in and they squeezed me in within 20 min of my requested time. Samm was absolutely amazing and went over the top for my hair trim and even went as far as explaining everything she wanted to do before doing it, which is something I have rarely ever experienced at a salon. She was so sweet the whole time and we clicked immediately! The whole place was so welcoming and comfortable to be in. I took my 12-year old for a haircut. Fist of all, I contacted Sheryl(the owner) Saturday evening via email. She responded instantly and said I could bring my daughter Sunday morning. The salon is closed on Sunday. I,of course,promised my daughter a haircut by the end of the week. We both do appreciate great customer service. Terrible haircut! I am not super picky about my hair and it's always been my philosophy that if I don't like it, it will grow back but every morning I want to cry about how bad my hair looks. I've had people ask me if I cut it myself! No compliments on this one!! I would have done a better job at cutting it. Dawn was more interested in selling me every product in the store than making my hair look good. I am so embarrassed of my hair!! It looks like I had multiple bowls placed on my head so my hair looks like tiers of completely unblended hair. Her scissors must not have been sharp because the ends look like they were cut with kindergarten scissors. I do not recommend this salon at all!!! read more
