We were very happy with our stylist. However, the saloon has forged new prices. $30 for a man's haircut $60 for a woman's haircut.. Even though it's just haircuts not wash blow dry. We loved our stylist and hate leaving, and she is not responsible for the demands of the salon, but it's, yet again, a case of business taking advantage of the current market. read more

I had the BEST experience at Jades Rose Salon! I got a beautiful cut by Tiffany, but the whole salon was so nice, and such a welcoming environment. I was able to relax, got a nice scalp massage, treated like queen. The salon is spotless, modern, spacious, relaxing. I'm getting color and highlights soon, I can't wait to go back! They accommodated me after New York Hair canceled on me with an 8 minute notice, and I desperately needed my hair done. I'm so glad I called Jades Rose, I'll never go to another salon in this area. Love, love, love, love it here! It's the great haircut and pink/ gold decor for me. Haha Maia was the lovely and friendly hair stylist who I had the pleasure to cut my hair. I have trust issues with hair salons so I of course I was VERY hesitant to try this place out. I have long, wavy, brown hair, and have had horrible experiences where I have asked for a trim of my ends or layers and have ended up with something completely different because that's just what the hairstylist liked or wanted. Of course I checked a few different places on yelp but this one seemed to be the most modern, had experienced staff and was convenient due to their location. They are located in a newly constructed plaza area that I believe opened this year. They have a lot of parking available and are open Monday through Saturday. I made an appointment which I believe is the best when getting a haircut and not sure if they take walk ins. Maia washed my hair and asked me what I was looking for and got exactly what I wanted and needed. I really appreciated that she asked me a lot of questions about my hair because I know that will help her have a better understanding of how and what results I was looking for. I will be recommending this hair salon to all my friends and family and will most definitely be back in six months which is when I usually get my haircuts! read more

I'm 73- Don't go here!! BIG SCAM!!! I want deposit returned. Bait & Switch!! (I should have paid more attention to previous post. Also the reviews indicated many stylist have left.)..., I broke my ankle and staying at sister' s home while I mend...this Salon is close to her home. I went online for appointment & marked color & trim...cost $156-$186 written. on line as an option. I paid $39 to reserve a spot w sweet Brooklyn at 9 am. She is fresh out of school (5 months) and she had the entire day open. I knew she was new but I also knew I needed foils & a cut since I'm starting to rehab & swim. Brooklyn was lovely. When I explained what I wanted Brooklyn looked & said I needed a toner. Toner==+$50 I called my stylist (going out of town) & she said she never uses toner on me. I told Brooklyn and I declined the toner. Brooklyn left & returned...Now I needed $10 special coating since I'm a swimmer. I told her I will pay only the price quoted for foils & cut...as stated on the internrt. I use my own swimming stuff. She left again. She goes back to talk to someone...She returns w something on iPad.... a new contract form!! This is becoming unbelievable!! She said until she starts she won't know what I need!!! .....Really??!!!! She needed me to sign a 'new ' more 'expensive' contract vs what was on the internet for prices that I had already signed. (I booked on line the night before around 8pm....Ridiculous! .... prices did not change overnight...) The NEW 'contract' shows $156-$256.... Big difference... (I took a picture but dont know how to add to this page.... .......I was ....again... asked to sign a totally new contract. I asked for the owner. I explained to Brooklyn that this is "Bait & Switch" to try to squeeze more money when someone comes in....and it's illegal...guess what... ..........Owner is out of town...... I told Brooklyn I know this is her first salon and I'm sure she'd good, but if I'm paying that much I'll go to someone I know that's much more experienced. (Unfortunately I chose to go close due to transportation issues w broken ankle.) I suggested she needed to go where pricing is honest and not scamming people ehen they come in. I have worked in both New York City, Huntington Beach, CA and Austin, TX I have never had a salon try and pull this on me. (Furniture stores-yes, car dealers-yes......but never a hair salons.) I guess this place is desperate to keep a fee because NO other place does Bait & Switch in Florida. I've lived here off & on for 7 years. I encouraged sweet Brooklyn ..... And Anyone Else... I used to get my hair done there for about 1 year. Scheduled a service as I was leaving the salon (did not book online). I did not confirm appointment as I had an out-of-town family emergency and could not make it to appointment. Instead of cancelling appointment (due to non confirmation) I was charged for full service as if I had service completed. They stored my credit card without consent. When I called to address the issue I was informed the owner was not in shop and on vacation. I will never be a patron of this establishment again. read more

My daughter made an appointment for me to get my hair highlighted... I have short hair and they quoted her $130. She used my credit card to book the appointment which they charged me $39 to confirm appointment. The day of my appointment, it took the girl an hour to analyze my hair and consulted with another stylist... at this point the price doubled to over $200+ I said no way I cannot afford that. I took off my cape and told them I couldn't afford that. Next day I got charged an additional $78 for NO SERVICES PROVIDED! read more

Yesterday, I went to JadesRose Salon to see Tiffany for a full highlight and glaze. What a WONDERFUL experience! First off, Tiffany is warm, kind, and highly skilled! My color is even better than I could have imagined and she took the time to explain every part of the process. As someone who is incredibly budget conscious, Tiffany went over every detail to make sure I felt comfortable. I cannot tell you how appreciative I am of someone to take that time and be so welcoming about it. She is a true professional and kind soul. There was not one single second that I did not feel at ease in this beautiful salon. You can tell the owner has really put in the effort to make an appealing environment (she has a gorgeous aesthetic) and take good care of her fellow employees. Being someone who usually does not stray from my super blonde hair color of choice, Tiffany makes you want to be adventurous and I must say I have absolute faith in her abilities. I would actually give this salon 0 stars if that was an option. I waited a half an hour after my appointment time. When I questioned how long it would be, I was told my stylist was still finishing up, it's a busy time. When I questioned, what was the point of appointments then? The owner was hostile with me. Very unfriendly. Definitely has no experience with customer service. read more

Not happy at all. I scheduled online and asked for a highlight and cut. I specifically told Emma I did NOT want color - even showed her pictures of the last time I had it done and the woman used color and I was so upset. I just wanted bleach. The total online said $125. She asked if I wanted a treatment and I said yes. Admittedly, I don't know a lot about the process, but apparently she COLORED over the full highlights I just paid for with a dark blonde- Soo now my hair is an ugly dark blonde. My total was over $200 and my hair is horrible. Not happy. Will not return. Too bad. I need a new salon who actually LISTENS to their customer. read more

I hadn't had a haircut since November 2021 for various reasons. My children gave me a gift certificate for JadesRose for Mother's Day and it was truly the best gift! Heather took time to listen to what I wanted, asked me the right questions and understood my natural curl. She revived my dry hair and took a lot of weight off. The outcome was perfect! Cannot say enough good things about this salon! The salon itself is clean and vibrant, while the staff are over the top friendly and welcoming! From the moment I walked in, I felt instantly comfortable and excited to get my hair done (embarrassingly for the first time in 11 months!!) My stylist Tiffany was AMAZING and gave me my favorite hairstyle ever. Jordan, the receptionist, went above and beyond, going to get me a Sprite after I felt sick after being there 3+ hrs. First appt, was on August 2nd had cezanne smoothing treatment, the stylist said it would lighten my hair a little, turned my hair completely red, also bought all the products she suggested. went back to have color restored on Saturday august 5th the first color stylist tried two times and color was still brassie red, the owner stepped in and said she's learning trial and error, and tried to color it one more time. she blamed passed products that were built up in my hair. it came out better than the first to tries but still reddish tint, my first home wash i used the products they sold me and it turned back red again. I called to tell her what had happened and her response was we have no control over the past hair product's and canc. my up and coming appt. for route touch ups saying they all felt uncomfortable with me coming to there salon. I asked her to please fix my color and she had no response just spent over $500. and my hair is brassy red. VERY unprofessional and will not fix my problem read more
