Dont know her name but I asked multiple times…read morefor a soak off and she refused then used a fake nail to attempt to pry my old set off, in doing this she sliced my real nail and bed and i was bleeding a lot. Not a cut like she fully ripped my real nail from the bed and nerves were showing. She then just put alcohol and didnt even wipe the blood before gluing on the new nail. After she made me bleed then she finally decided to soak the rest of the nails off. I asked for Pink, she used this color because to her "it looked better." The gems are completely off center as well. I paid $130 for these and my last two sets from here which were AMAZING only cost $115. I tipped her anyways but are you kidding? Maybe when someone asks for a soak off JUST DO IT!!!!! My nail is still sore and bleeding - will be back just do not want whoever did these nails again. Also, two hours for these is insane.

Everyone who came in was said hello , do you want water etc. so I see he is either in a bad mood or hates his job. I picked out 2 colors from a sample board with numbers. He said they don't have any transparent colors for my nails. Ok fine I settle for a clear. I asked him nicely to file a piece that wasn't smooth n catching . He rolls his eyes .Then on to the pedi. Don't ask hows the water or do you want the chair massage. He was silent n nasty . Proceeds to start painting my toes red which I immediately stopped him n said that's not the color. He was very very annoyed n insisted I picked that out #12. Finally he gets the board because I insisted id never pick that color. So he gets it n plain to see it's not even close. So now he says sometimes they make mistakeTells me to pick another color n I do but it's bright pink not the color again. I just settle for something n was happy to leave n be done. Terrible service. However the other ladies seem very nice so id say it's definitely him. Not sure if his name was Ned because there was cards where I got my mani n i think it said that or something similar. Terrible experience n I rarely give a bad rating unless it's deserved.
