We have used cleaning services before and this one by far is a gem. I wanted to write this review to sing her praises and at the same time, didnt want to share what we found. . This cleaning service is hard working and they go above and beyond expectations. My daughters room was a mess, but when they finished with it, it looked like we had just moved in. They trimmed all of the trees in our front and side yards, raising the canopies significantly. Additionally their used a stump grinder to remove 15+ stumps of various sizes throughout the yard. I specifically want to mention the crew wearing hardhats and other protective equipment. Watching the climber use his safety belt while in a 50ft tree was comforting.

I have an impact resistant roof that was installed six years ago By Jaxon. My husband and I paid in…read morefull for a roofing system that we were told would be a long-lived and trouble-free. However, after about three years, and after my husband died , I have seen issues that hinted at poor workmanship. The roof integrity became even more questionable when it leaked substantially twice within twelve months in the same spot during a heavy rain. I called Jaxon roofing company last year after the first leak that came through the ceiling interior for warranty service and, after months of waiting, they came and added longer nails to the main ridge, which did nothing to stop the leak. This year, following the second leak, I received little response to my claim against the contractor's warranty so I had to call an independent roofing company, who agreed to assess the leak problem objectively and give an opinion as to the cause. Their inspection concluded that the original installation was done incorrectly. I had yet a third contractor inspect the leak area and he had the same opinion---poor workmanship in the original installation which lead to the recurrent leaks and may have been ongoing for longer than I realized. During this process I also discovered some issues/omissions in the original documents and registration with the manufacturer on the warranty which I will now be pursuing for more complete disclosure. I would not recommend this roofing company based on my direct experience with them. I have no malice toward them but have suffered disappointment and loss without sufficient remedy since first contact. My last requests for inspection and warranty claim against workmanship deficiencies have to date been ignored.

After the repair, they pointed out some serious hail damage to me and ultimately the roof needed to be replaced. They scheduled the job for the following week, showed up on the scheduled day and time and finished the whole roof in one day. The entire crew (6 guys) were all very professional, courteous and cleaned up everything after they finished. You could hardly tell they were there. The roof looks great! Mitch (the owner) is a super nice guy and very easy to work with. I highly recommend Five Point Roofing and will definitely use them again.
